    Opis:
    Podstawowym elementem infrastruktury technicznej niezbędnym w codziennej działalności gospodarstw rolnych są drogi. Stanowią one nie tylko element przestrzennego zagospodarowania wsi, który ma umożliwić komunikację pomiędzy ośrodkami gospodarczymi poszczególnych gospodarstw a uprawianymi przez nie gruntami, ale współuczestniczą również w kształtowaniu struktury przestrzennej gruntów oraz krajobrazu wiejskiego. Artykuł przedstawia próbę oceny przestrzennego układu dróg transportu rolnego we wsi Kamianki w gminie Grodzisk, stanowiącej w latach 2007-2008 obiekt prac scaleniowych. Aby osiągnąć zamierzony cel pracy, dokonano inwentaryzacji obszaru badań oraz wykonano następujące analizy: określono odległości gruntów od siedlisk, wskaźnik zagęszczenia dróg, wskaźnik wydłużenia dróg oraz gęstość sieci dróg metodą centrograficzną. Do analiz i prezentacji ich wyników wykorzystano system informacji geograficznej ArcGIS ESRI.
    Roads are the main element of the technical infrastructure necessary for the daily operation of agricultural farms. Farm roads are not only structural elements which enable transportation between local economic centres and agricultural fields, but they are also important in shaping the spatial organization of farmland and the rural landscape. This article presents an evaluation of the agricultural road network in the village of Kamianki in the Grodzisk district, which underwent land consolidation from 2007 to 2008. An inventory of the study area was conducted, and the following were determined: the distances between agricultural land and residential dwellings, the road density index, the road extension index, and the road network density as indicated by the centrographic method. The analysis and presentation of the results was done using the ArcGIS ESRI geographical information system.

    Opis:
    Re-structuring of rural spaces is essential for continued sustainable development of these areas. The space-management tool of land consolidation can be used to obtain desirable structural changes, but only if it is systematically implemented and becomes a permanent element of long-term rural management policies of provincial self-governments. Land consolidation and exchange measures should be introduced comprehensively and should be coupled with post-consolidation development of land. Only then can they contribute to the multifunctional development of rural areas. In our previous studies, in order to identify the areas with the greatest defects in the spatial structure which needed land consolidation and exchange most urgently, we carried out the investigations which allowed us to select appropriate factors for identifying such groups of villages. The ranking was established using Hellwig’s synthetic index of development and the zero unitarisation method. This article presents the results of the research carried out in 36 villages of the Opoczno commune, occupying a total area of 16,590.51 ha, divided into 41,990 cadastral plots.

    Scalenia gruntów są jedynym postępowaniem urządzeniowo-rolnym umożliwiającym dokonanie w krótkim czasie korzystnych zmian struktury przestrzennej gruntów na dużym obszarze. Bardzo duże potrzeby w zakresie realizacji prac tego typu w Polsce, w powiązaniu z ograniczoną pulą środków finansowych dostępnych na ten cel, wskazują na konieczność wypracowania metod w sposób precyzyjny identyfikujących obszary, gdzie realizacja prac scaleniowych jest konieczna i gdzie procedura ta może dać największe efekty. Zadanie koordynowania i programowania prac urządzeniowo-rolnych należy do samorządów województw. W ramach tego zadania, Urząd Marszałkowski Województwa Małopolskiego zlecił autorom niniejszego artykułu wykonanie ekspertyzy o nazwie: „Analiza struktury przestrzennej obszarów wiejskich województwa małopolskiego w celu identyfikacji obszarów kwalifikujących się do przeprowadzenia prac scaleniowych”. Celem tego opracowania było przedstawienie dla poszczególnych obrębów ewidencyjnych Małopolski informacji istotnych w procesie programowania i przygotowania prac urządzeniowo-rolnych. Wyniki analiz wykonanych w ramach ekspertyzy zostały opublikowane na portalu Małopolskiej Infrastruktury Informacji Przestrzennej (miip.geomalopolska.pl). Celem niniejszej pracy jest prezentacja wyników ekspertyzy oraz ich wdrożenia jako narzędzia do programowania prac scaleniowych w Małopolsce w ramach Małopolskiej Infrastruktury Informacji Przestrzennej.
    Land consolidations are the only agricultural management procedures which allow for positive changes in land spatial structure in a large area in a short time. Very large needs for implementation of this kind of works in Poland, in conjunction with a limited amount of funds available for this purpose, indicates the need to develop methods which in a precise way can identify areas where the implementation of land consolidation works is necessary and where this procedure can give the best results. The task of coordinating and programming agricultural management works belongs to the regional governments. Within this task, the Marshal Office of Malopolska Region commissioned the authors of this article prepares an expertise called: “Analysis of the spatial structure of the rural areas of Malopolska province in order to identifying the areas eligible to implement the land consolidation work”. The aim of this study was to present for an individual registration precincts of Malopolska province, relevant information in the process of programming and preparation the agricultural management works. The results of analyzes which were made in the expertise have been published on the portal of the Spatial Infrastructure Information of Malopolska (miip.geomalopolska.pl). The aim of this paper is to present the results of expertise and their implementation as a tool for programming the land consolidation work in Malopolska province as an element of the Spatial Infrastructure Information of Malopolska.

    W opracowaniu przedstawione zostaną badania obejmujące ocenę istniejącego stanu gruntów gospodarstw rolnych w miejscowości Rudnik Stróża - woj. podkarpackie. Materiał badawczy obejmie wszystkie grunty należące do osób zamieszkujących badaną wieś. Wykorzystane dane źródłowe pozyskane zostaną z katastru nieruchomości a zastosowanie narzędzi informatycznych pozwoli na określenie niezbędnych parametrów przestrzennego ukształtowania działek i gospodarstw we wsi. Podstawowym elementem badań będą ciągłe części działek ewidencyjnych, objętych jedną formą użytkowania. Szczegółowe badania dotyczyć będą oceny działek ornych i działek z trwałym użytkiem zielonym oraz ich rozmieszczenia we wsi. Uzyskany wynik umożliwi określenie pozytywnych i negatywnych stron badanego układu gruntowego wskazując niezbędne przemiany w zakresie jego poprawy.
    The study presents the researches covering the assessment of a current state of the agricultural lands in the village of Rudnik Stróża - voivodeship podkarpackie. The research material will include all lands belonging to people residing the examined village. The source data which are to be used will be obtained from the land register and the use of IT tools will allow to specify the necessary parameters of the plots and farms spatial shape. The basic element of the research will be a continual parts of the registered parcels of land covered by one form of usage. Detailed studies will concern the assessment of plots with arable land and plots earmarked for grassland and their location in the village. The output will allow to identify the positive and negative sides of the examined ground indicating the necessary changes in the area of its improvement.
