Opis:
The problem of unstructured knowledge conflicts solving in the management support systems is presented in the article. The first part of the article pays attention to the fact that unstructured knowledge is an important element of organizations functioning, especially in terms of competition. Next, the sources and essence of unstructured conflicts of unstructured knowledge are characterized. This knowledge is stored at wide mining text documents. In the final part of the article, assuming the representation of text document in the binary form of frequency matrix, the consensus determining algorithm is elaborated allowing to solve unstructured knowledge conflicts, which is the basic purpose of the article.

This article presents the problem of consensus determining postulates defined in decision support systems. The consensus determining methods and the general postulates for consensus estimation and their characteristics are presented in the first part. Next, the definitions of new postulates pertaining to decisions support systems were elaborated, and the possibility of their use in practical solutions is presented. The consensus function granting these postulates is also characterized. The application of these postulates, as a consequence, can lead to the process of making decisions will be more flexible, and the risk involved in decisions will be significantly reduced.

The definition of the structure of knowledge in controlling sub-system in integrated management computer support system is presented in this paper. In the first part of the article, a controlling sub-system is characterized. Next, the formal definition of knowledge structure is presented. This structure can be used, for example, to verify and compare heterogenous knowledge generated by using different methods of analysis. The final part describes an example of use of elaborated structure in practice, related to the operation of the prototype of controlling subsystem in the enterprise operating in the financial sector, which focusses on deleveraging of hospitals.

Opis:
The article presents a proposition of a universal model of knowledge conflict resolving using consensus methods, which can be used in a multi-agent decision support system. Knowledge conflicts often appear, when individual agents generate different solutions of the same problem. It is very difficult for the user – decision-maker to make a good decision because the analysis of solutions generated by agents is very time-consuming and the decision must be made quickly. Moreover, selecting one of the decisions on the basis of the experience of the decision-maker is very risky, because he/she could choose the worst solution. Consensus methods, however, allow to agree, on the basis of the solutions generated by agents, one solution, which is a compromise. As a consequence, reducing the time and decreasing the risk level of the decision taking process, to enable the functioning of the enterprise in more flexible.

Consensus methods allow to resolve the knowledge conflicts, among other things, in supply chain management systems. The purpose of the article is to elaborate the distance function between the variants generated by the system SCM. This is one of the stages of the consensus determining process. The first part of the article presents a characteristic of knowledge conflicts, consensus methods and a definition of the structure of the variant. Next, the formal definition of distance function was elaborated. This definition is necessary in order to elaborate the algorithms of consensus determining.

Opis:
The diversity of the criteria and the methods of analysis in the supply chain used in Supply Chain Management systems (SCM) leads to a situation in which the system generates many variants of solutions. As a result conflict of knowledge appears in the system. In order to resolve this conflicts the authors of the article have suggested the inclusion of the module using the consensus determining algorithm in the SCM system. This will affect the supply chain dynamics, and at the same time, the effectiveness of organizations. The first part of the article presents the basic elements of the developed prototype of SCM, which uses consensus determining algorithm. Next the consensus module and the formal definition of the elaborated algorithm is characterized. The last part of the article presents the manner of conducting the verification of the consensus determining algorithm and the results of this verification.

Opis:
The paper presents a knowledge conflict resolving in supply chain management systems by using consensus methods. Most often user independently resolves this conflict by analyzing individual variants and taking a decision which of these variants choose. It is time-consumption and process, which is tied with risk of incorrect variant choice. To eliminate these inconveniences it can be use the consensus methods. These methods allow the automatic determine by system one variant, that is presented to the user. Therefore, the knowledge structure, which represents individual variants of solution, was defined in article. This definition is necessary to determine consensus algorithms, which allow to resolving knowledge conflicts supply chain management systems.

Opis:
The purpose of article is to elaborate a consensus determination algorithm in supply chain management support systems, which may lead to achieving a greater flexibility and effectiveness of such systems. Using consensus methods in resolving the conflict of knowledge, in other words, determining a variant to be then presented to the user, based on the variants proposed by the system, may lead to shortening the variant determination time and to reducing the risk of selecting the worst variant. As a consequence, supply chain management might become more dynamic, which obviously influences the effectiveness of the operation of particular organizations and the entire supply chain. The originality is using consensus method to resolve knowledge conflicts in SCM systems to help decision-maker to take decision earning satisfy benefits.
