- The effect of temperature oxidation on micromechanical properties and the tribological behavior of the alloy Nb-Ti-Al has been investigated. The increasing of annealing temperature from 300 to 900 C leads to increasing of the internal stresses and microhardness in the micro/nanoscale of crystal lattice and reducing of the plasticity. The tribological properties of alloy after oxidation at temperature 500C are optimal. At this temperature dispersion strengthening of alloy creates a minimum internal pressure and provides good plasticity of surface.
