    The problem of innovation and innovativeness of economy is very important in nowadays economy. The main problem is how to measure the level of innovativeness, because there are many ways to do it. One of the ways of this is to use complex innovative Indexes as described in this publication Bloomberg Innovative Index. The aim of the publication is to analyze the sub-indexes in the Bloomberg Innovation Index from innovativeness point of view.

    The paper describes an analysis of the current educational processes from the perspective of encouraging or discouraging innovativeness and creativity. The paper also analyzes the factors either promoting or limiting innovativeness and creativity in the workplace and everyday life. The conclusions include suggestions for creating an innovativeness friendly atmosphere which tolerates failures and celebrates successes. This type of culture and environment promote economic growth.

    The paper concentrate on the problems of customers satisfaction from services in incubator centres in USA and Poland. The aim of the paper is to analyse the level of satisfaction of Business Incubation Centre on the example of two incubator centres one from USA (Hazelton CAN-Be in Pennsylvania and second in Gliwice Poland). The analysis was conducted in pre-incubation and incubation stage. The analysis was conducted on example of survey analysis in both incubator centres. On the base of achieved results we assessed the priority of customers in each incubator centre.

    This paper concentrates on the analysis of the impact of Business Incubator Centre on the economy development. The analysis has been done on the example of Hazelton Incubator Centre in Pennsylvania (United States). We conduct our analysis using various indicators divided into four groups: social indicators, procedural indicators, technical indicators and financial indicators. On the basis of those indicators we analyses functioning of this business incubator center.
