Opis:
Understanding the complexity of a teacher and its role in modern society is vitally important for the advancement in education. The aim of this research paper is to introduce the concept of cultural linguistics and to determine the impactsand the broad understanding of the role of a teacher, referredin this article as the pedagogue in the era of information and communication technology. Evidence suggest that there is a growing need to reestablish the position of a pedagogue which is one of the most important factors in the proper approach to the use of technology in modern schools. To recognize this role, the fundamentals of cultural linguistics and its schemes will be used to highlight the need for further research. A number of cross-sectional studies has accentuated the problem of digital technology in the classroom and the role/scheme of a pedagogue (Palmer, 1996; Ceratto Pargman, 2019; Sharifian, 2011, 2017). This study identified the key elements of a pedagogue and presented a sample of exercises that can be used by a teacher to utilities the digitalization of schools.

W artykule przedstawiono model biznesowy wykorzystania technologii AR / VR w dziedzinie edukacji. Analiza rynku technologii AR /VR, możliwości wzrostu i ograniczeń rozwoju tego obszaru. Tworzone są kluczowe czynniki wykorzystania technologii AR / VR w dziedzinie edukacji. Obliczenie projektu modelu biznesowego dla wdrożenia technologii AR/ VR w dziedzinie edukacji, obliczono opłacalność projektu. Proponuje się wykorzystanie technologii AR/ VR w dziedzinie edukacji jako modelu biznesowego dla startupu.

Opis:
e-Choupal is an initiative of Indian Tobacco Company (ITC) Limited which came into existence in the year 2000 with an objective to link rural farmers via the Internet to procure agricultural products. Traditionally, agricultural commodities were procured in mandis, major agricultural marketing centers in rural areas, where the middleman make most of the profit. These middlemen used unscientific and unfair means to judge the quality and set the price of the product and therefore there has been less incentive for the farmers to invest and produce good quality output. With the formation of e-Choupal, the farmers were given a choice to sell their products freely diminishing the influence of the middlemen. This initiative also addressed issues like fragmented farms, weak institutions, and information asymmetry amongst farmers.This paper examines and evaluates the business model of ITC e-Choupal and studies the acceptance of this business by the farmers.

New technologies are, in the world of advancing processes of globalization, scientific and technical revolution, one of the most important indicators for designing many areas of social life. This paper is dedicated to an overview of components of an onboard control system of an autonomous ship. This system controls and operates the ship. Therefore, this system needs to be able to analyze the ship’s state, predict its future development and analyze the consequences of its own decisions. The paper focuses on software aspects of the onboard control system, not the hardware. The paper provides an overview of technologies that can be used to implement the components of such a system responsible for planning new routes, handling the ship during the voyage, ensuring its seaworthiness and safety during the voyage, monitoring an autonomous ship from an onshore control centre, ensuring the robustness of the onboard control system, and collective operations of multiple autonomous ships. The paper describes benefits the maritime industry would gain from deploying some of the technologies developed for autonomous ships on ordinary, human-controlled ships. The paper also describes some challenges, especially in the field of automatic decision and reasoning, arising from the emergence of autonomous and smart ships. The main contribution of the paper is that it summarizes existing research in different areas of autonomous ship technology.

Opis:
The article describes the relation between information technology and the hierarchy complexity. It describes the typical functions of information technology and indicates that the interactive features contribute to changes in the complexity of organizational structure hierarchy. Then presents the results of studies made among 104 companies in Poland, which aimed to determine the complexity of the hierarchy in the three groups of companies: those that use information technology with implemented interactive functions, those that do not use this kind of technologies and those what use information technologies without interactive functions, but have implemented information functions.
W artykule opisano związek między technologiami informacyjnymi a złożonością hierarchii. Określono w nim typowe funkcje technologii informacyjnych i wykazano, że funkcje interaktywne w największym stopniu przyczyniają się do zmian złożoności hierarchii struktury organizacyjnej. Następnie zaprezentowano opracowanie wyników badań przeprowadzonych wśród 104 przedsiębiorstw w Polsce. Ich celem było określenie różnic w złożoności hierarchii dla trzech grup przedsiębiorstw: tych, wykorzystujących technologie informacyjne z zaimplementowanymi funkcjami interaktywnymi, tych, niewykorzystujących tego typu technologii oraz tych, które nie stosują funkcji interaktywnych, jednak dysponują funkcjami informacyjnymi.

The data of individual sector on environmental science is compiled in information technology (IT) through database software known as Environment Information (EI). Environment information is an easy accessible database in individual sector, where people can know both new research scope and impact on environment. The present study deals to inform that EI is an area, in which the knowledge of environmental science and IT is combined through database software. In this paper, individual research area, data format and beneficial aspects on environmental science is tabulated for EI. There are several research areas in which the data viz. ecology and ecosystem, biodiversity and conservation of important species, health hazards by diseases, health care facilities, toxicological aspects, wastes types, source generation and management, alternative energy generation facilities, environment education and awareness etc. It is a conceptual approach to gather knowledge of environment related problems and prospects and can easily make a database for the intellectuals, academicians, scientists, regulatory authorities, policy makers, researchers, students etc. These help to know benefits in research area, regulatory process, decision making and proper environment management. People can easily access compiled database in an individual sector of environment science.

W pracy podjęto próbę analizy wpływu uwarunkowań techniczno-ekonomicznych i społecznych wprowadzania technologii informacyjnych i multimedialnych w polskim systemie edukacji. Zwrócono uwagę na dynamikę rozwoju rynku telekomunikacyjnego i multimedialnego, a zwłaszcza na sektor tego rynku związany z technologiami mobilnymi. Wskazano na aspekty techniczno- -ekonomiczne związane z koniecznością wyposażania szkół w nowoczesny sprzęt teleinformatyczny i multimedialny. Rozpatrzono czynniki o charakterze społecznym mające wpływ na absorpcję nowoczesnych technologii w polskim systemie edukacji. Przedstawiono podstawowe zalecenia normatywne, tak polskie jak i Unii Europejskiej, dotyczące wprowadzania technologii informacyjnych i multimedialnych do systemów edukacyjnych państw Unii Europejskiej.
In his work an attempt has been made to analyze the influence of technical and economical conditionings of the introduction of information and multimedia technologies to the polish system of education. The dynamics of the development of the communications and multimedia market has been appointed, emphasizing mobile technologies sector. Both technical and economical aspects was mentioned that are substantial for furnishing schools with the latest multimedia and information hardware. Social agents have been discussed that may influence the acquisition of modern technologies in the polish system of education. Normative recommendations have been presented, both polish and of the EU, regarding the introduction of information and multimedia technologies to educational systems of member countries of the European Union

In the article the toolkit public opinion in modern Ukraine. Directions strengthening social solidarity and new forms of influence on public opinion in modern Ukraine. Characterized the main task of political analysis of public opinion. Comments on the specifics influence public opinion and its functions. It is concluded that the tool is inherent in public opinion is unsystematic. The necessity consistency in use of formation solidary society and promote the idea of Ukrainian national solidarity. The attention on the need to track sentiment of society. The need for attention to the content of media market. The article also describes the main indicators of public opinion. Contact politician or political force, which would be formed through such interactive forms, while almost absent. Communication state and society leads to a distortion of reality and the possibility to influence the coverage of certain events. In light of the obvious failure of state intervention in the sphere of public interests, policies, practices, scientists searching for new meaning social interaction, which is based on the following social processes, association, recognition, communication, understanding and trust. These processes are important components of the idea of solidarity. The policy takes the highest percentage discussion ordinary citizens of our country together.
