    The current publication presents selected risks resulting from the involvement of the human factor. In the opinion of the authors of the paper, it is the human inclination to make mistakes, commit breaches and abuses that can generate losses and damages caused by disclosure, modification, destruction or loss of corporate data. Theoretical considerations on the subject matter have been enriched by the results of conducted empirical research. They answer the following question: What categories of information security threats are associated with the human factor.

    Opis:
    Due to the exchange of information, organizations are encouraged to create an effective system of information flow that should be monitored on a regular basis in order to minimize the risk of emergence of threats. Due to modern technical solutions of security systems, it is much more possible and accessible than a few years ago. For this purpose, proper identification and classification of threats is necessary. This constitutes the starting point for considering the role and the essence of risk. The article highlights the aspects related to ensuring information security as a whole and data protection – the most important assets of business entities.
    Z uwagi na fakt wymiany informacji organizacje zachęcane są do utworzenia skutecznego systemu bezpiecznego przepływu informacji, który powinien być na bieżąco sprawdzany, aby zminimalizować ryzyko pojawienia się zagrożeń. Dzięki nowoczesnym rozwiązaniom technicznych systemów zabezpieczeń jest to dużo bardziej możliwe i dostępne niż jeszcze kilka lat temu. W tym celu niezbędna jest właściwa identyfikacja i klasyfikacja zagrożeń. Stanowi to punkt wyjścia do rozważań dotyczących roli i istoty ryzyka. Artykuł zwraca uwagę na aspekty związane z zapewnieniem bezpieczeństwa informacji jako całości i ochrony danych – najważniejszego dobra jednostek gospodarczych.

    The subject of this article is information security treated as a global challenge of the 21st century. The reason for this is the existence of many contemporary threats to information, both in the public and private spheres, which place information in a dangerous situation. The answer to this challenge is, among others, information ecology, whose info-ecological guidelines on how to make information safe in the mentioned spheres are noteworthy. The article presents appropriately categorised threats to information, as well as info-ecological principles of information security which are useful in the face of the challenges and threats of cyberspace.
    Przedmiotem artykułu jest bezpieczeństwo informacji potraktowane jako globalne wyzwanie XXI wieku. Powodem tego jest istnienie wielu współczesnych zagrożeń informacji, zarówno w sferze publicznej, jak i prywatnej, które stawiają informacje w niebezpiecznej sytuacji. Odpowiedzią na to wyzwanie jest m.in. ekologia informacji, której infoekologiczne wytyczne dotyczące tego jak uczynić informację bezpieczną w wymienionych sferach są godne uwagi. W wystąpieniu zostaną zaprezentowane odpowiednio skategoryzowane zagrożenia informacji, jak również infoekologiczne zasady bezpieczeństwa informacyjnego przydatne współczesnemu człowiekowi w obliczu wyzwań i zagrożeń cyberprzestrzeni.

    The article presents the results of research on information security issues in manufacturing enterprises. The study covered three large enterprises from the metallurgical industry. The main purpose of scientific observation was to establish elements subject to overexposure and to serve the security of information and to demonstrate which elements are protected and in what way. The conducted research showed considerable deficiencies in physical security, therefore a sheet was introduced for the evaluation of the implementation of the information security management system, which has a real assessment of the progress of implementation work and facilitates zero one-off evaluation of collateral held. The research forms the basis for further research in the field of information security.
    W artykule zostały przedstawione wyniki badań dotyczące zagadnień bezpieczeństwa informacji w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych. Badaniem zostały objęte trzy duże przedsiębiorstwa z branży metalurgicznej. Głównym celem obserwacji naukowych było ustalenie elementów podlegających nadzorowi służącemu bezpieczeństwu informacji oraz wykazanie, które elementy są chronione i w jaki sposób. Przeprowadzone badania wykazały spore braki w zabezpieczeniach fizycznych zatem wprowadzony zostały arkusz oceny projektowej wdrożenia systemu zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji, który ma służyć realnej ocenie postępu prac wdrożeniowych, a także ułatwiać zero jedynkową ocenę posiadanych zabezpieczeń. Badania stanowią podstawę do dalszych badań w zakresie bezpieczeństwa informacji.

    Informacje o określonych parametrach zawsze interesują podmioty realizujące m.in. zadania z zakresu bezpieczeństwa wewnętrznego i zewnętrznego państwa. Odgrywają kluczową rolę w procesie decyzyjnym, który bezpośrednio przekłada się na bezpieczeństwo państwa. Państwowy system informacyjny wspierający działalność uprawnionych podmiotów władzy wykonawczej, a także podmiotów niepaństwowych, musi pełnić rolę systemu powiadamiania i alarmowania. Należy go dostosować do zmieniającego się otoczenia funkcjonowania państwa, co uzasadnia wprowadzane reformy. Jednak w tym procesie nie można ujawnić jego treści, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kadr pracowników służb specjalnych, agentów, baz danych, kierunków prac operacyjnych itp. Wymaga to odpowiedzialności i racjonalnych decyzji, aby nie naruszać istniejącego systemu informacyjnego państwa oraz krajowy system ochrony informacji niejawnych.
    Information about certain parameters is always of interest to entities performing, among others tasks in the field of internal and external security of the state. They play a key role in the decision‑making process, which directly transfers into state security. The state information system supporting the activities of the authorised entities of the executive power, as well as non‑state entities, have to play the role of a notification and alarm system. It should be adapted to the changing operating environment of the state, which justifies the introduced reforms. However, in this process, its content cannot be disclosed, with particular emphasis on the HR employees of secret services, agents, databases, directions of operational work, etc. It requires responsibility and rational decisions not to violate the existing information system of the state and the national system of protection of the classified information.

    In modern conditions of the 21st century, information security of corporate economics is gaining more importance while the task of its provision becomes more and more acute. Rapid introduction of information technologies into all spheres of vital activities of the society and the development of corporate economy under conditions of globalization processes call for the definition of substantiated and efficient ways of ensuring information security. The purpose of writing this article is theoretical–methodological analysis and identification of the basic components of provision of information security of the corporate economy under conditions of globalization to protect information, directions of improving the efficiency and competitiveness of the economy on the world market. In the course of the study we applied the following methods: systematic and comparative analysis, the method of generalization. The paper considers theoretical–methodological fundamentals of information security of the corporate economy. The results of the comparative analysis of the category of "information security" were systemized and are given here. Information security is proposed to be regarded as an integrated component of the process of ensuring the protection of information from internal and external threats and creating favorable conditions for the efficient functioning of corporations and enhancing their competitiveness. Peculiarities of setting up an efficient system of information security were researched. A solution to the problem of efficient functioning of the system of information security of corporate economics in the conditions of globalization was proposed by adopting a set of measures that take into account the main components of information security: legislative; economic; program–technical; administrative management. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the improvement of scientific and methodical approach to identifying components of information security of the corporate economy, which provide a range of political, economic, organizational, technical and other measures that contribute to the realization of informational rights and interests of corporations.  The practical significance of obtained results is to provide protection of the information of corporations from internal and external threats, creating favorable conditions for the efficient functioning of corporations and enhancing their competitiveness. The design of measures to ensure the interaction between institutional environment is a promising topic of the further research into the corporate economy based on parity of information security.  
     В современных условиях XXI в. информационная безопасность корпоративной экономики приобретает все более весомую роль, а вопрос её обеспечения становится все острее. Стремительное внедрение информационных технологий во все сферы жизнедеятельности общества и развитие корпоративной экономики в условиях глобализационных процессов актуализирует проблему определения обоснованных и эффективных путей обеспечения информационной безопасности. Целью написания данной статьи является теоретико-методологический анализ и выявление основных составляющих обеспечения информационной безопасности корпоративной экономики в условиях глобализации для защиты информации, направлений повышения эффективности и конкурентоспособности экономики на мировом рынке. В процессе исследования были применены следующие методы: системный и сравнительный анализ, метод обобщения. Рассмотрены теоретико-методологические основы информационной безопасности корпоративной экономики. Систематизированы и предоставлены результаты сравнительного анализа категории «информационная безопасность». Информационную безопасность предложено рассматривать как интегрированную составляющую процесса обеспечения защиты информации от внутренних и внешних угроз и создание благоприятных условий для эффективного функционирования корпораций и повышение их конкурентоспособности. Исследованы особенности формирования эффективной системы обеспечения информационной безопасности. Предложено решение проблемы эффективного функционирования системы информационной безопасности корпоративной экономики в условиях глобализационных процессов путём внедрения комплекса мероприятий, учитывающих основные компоненты информационной безопасности: законодательную; экономическую; программно-техническую; административно-управленческую. Научная новизна исследования заключается в совершенствовании научно-методического подхода к определению составляющих информационной безопасности корпоративной экономики, который обеспечивается целым комплексом политических, экономических, организационных, технических и других мероприятий, способствующих реализации информационных прав и интересов корпораций. Практическое значение полученных результатов – обеспечение защиты информации корпораций от внутренних и внешних угроз, создания благоприятных условий для эффективного функционирования корпораций и повышение их конкурентоспособности. Разработка мероприятий по обеспечению взаимодействия институциональной среды – дальнейшая перспективная тема исследований развития корпоративной экономики на основе паритета информационной безопасности.
    У сучасних умовах ХХІ ст. інформаційна безпека корпоративної економіки набуває все вагомішої ролі, а питання її забезпечення стають дедалі гострішими. Стрімке впровадження інформаційних технологій у всі сфери життєдіяльності суспільства та розвиток корпоративної економіки в умовах глобалізаційних процесів актуалізує проблему визначення обґрунтованих та ефективних шляхів забезпечення інформаційної безпеки. Метою написання даної статті є теоретико-методологічний аналіз і виявлення основних складників забезпечення інформаційної безпеки корпоративної економіки в умовах глобалізації для захисту інформації, напрямів підвищення ефективності та конкурентоспроможності економіки на світовому ринку. У процесі дослідження було застосовано такі методи: системний і порівняльний аналіз, метод узагальнення. Розглянуто теоретико-методологічні основи інформаційної безпеки корпоративної економіки. Систематизовано і надано результати порівняльного аналізу категорії «інформаційна безпека». Інформаційну безпеку запропоновано розглядати як інтегрований складник процесу забезпечення захисту інформації від внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз і створення сприятливих умов для ефективного функціонування корпорацій і підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності. Досліджено особливості формування ефективної системи забезпечення інформаційної безпеки. Запропоновано вирішення проблеми ефективного функціонування системи інформаційної безпеки корпоративної економіки в умовах глобалізаційних процесів шляхом упровадження комплексу заходів, які враховують основні компоненти інформаційної безпеки: законодавчу; економічну; програмно-технічну; адміністративно-управлінську. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в удосконаленні науково-методичного підходу до визначення складників інформаційної безпеки корпоративної економіки, які забезпечують комплекс політичних, економічних, організаційних, технічних та інших заходів, що сприяють реалізації інформаційних прав і інтересів корпорацій. Практичне значення одержаних результатів – забезпечення захисту інформації корпорацій від внутрішніх і зовнішніх загроз, створення сприятливих умов для ефективного функціонування корпорацій і підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності. Розробка заходів щодо забезпечення взаємодії інституційного середовища – подальша перспективна тема досліджень розвитку корпоративної економіки на основі паритету інформаційної безпеки.

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki analizy ryzyka bezpieczeństwa informacji w wybranym m przedsiębiorstwie przemysłowym.
    Information resources, as one of the basic assets of enterprises determine a market success of organization and keeping its competitiveness. Therefore, it’s necessary to construct appropriate system in organization, which guarantee information security before threats. The fundamental element of the information security sys stem in the enterprise is the risk in management. In the article the results of risk analysis of information security in the chosen industrial enterprise was presented.

    The deliberate manipulation of public opinion, the spread of disinformation, and polarization are key social media threats that jeopardize national security. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the content published by social bots and the polarization of the public debate on social media (Twitter, Facebook) during the presidential election campaign in Poland in 2020. This investigation takes the form of a quantitative study for which data was collected from the public domains of Facebook and Twitter (the corpus consisted of over three million posts, tweets and comments). The analysis was carried out using a decision algorithm developed in C# that operated on the basis of criteria that identified social bots. The level of polarization was investigated through sentiment analysis. During the analysis, we could not identify automated accounts that would generate traffic. This is a result of an integrated action addressing disinformation and the proliferation of bots that mobilized governments, cybersecurity and strategic communication communities, and media companies. The level of disinformation distributed via social media dropped and an increasing number of automated accounts were removed. Finally, the study shows that public discourse is not characterized by polarization and antagonistic political preferences. Neutral posts, tweets and comments dominate over extreme positive or negative opinions. Moreover, positive posts and tweets are more popular across social networking sites than neutral or negative ones. Finally, the implications of the study for information security are discussed.

    The author of the article has conducted a comprehensive theoretical and legal research of the principles for reforming national security in the domestic jurisprudence. The author has defined the priorities and directions of the reform in the national security sector, and more important – its theoretical and methodological basis. It has been outlined that theory of national security is currently undergoing a stage of active formation and dynamic development. The search for reliable theoretical principles for the organization of the strategic planning system in the national security sector requires its consideration in terms of the application of the most general political and legal methods and tools of the state’s activities, built on the basic principles of complex and systematic nature and aimed at achieving the highest level of the national security. It has been concluded that the formation and implementation of state national security policy in Ukraine is one of the main problems of effective management of a transforming society. Ukrainian political practice indicates that the technology of implementing the doctrines, strategies, concepts and programs of the state policy in the national security sector should objectively integrate all components of political activity of the state and should be based on sound theoretical principles and historical experience. It has been determined that the main purpose of the national security reform is such a quality improvement of legislation and governance in the national security sector, which can provide quality strengthening the protection of key national interests from external and internal, real and potential threats, in accordance with еру current and future needs of society. It may provide the creation or substantial renewal of the activities of existing entities that ensure the national security, a significant change (“reformatting”, “resetting”) of the national security sector in accordance with existing social needs.
