Sachse test - Opis:
- Hypermobility is an increased range of joint mobility caused by the generalized laxity of the ligaments stabilizing the joints and joint capsules. Changes in the proportion of collagen are the basis of joint hypermobility. Hypermobile people suffer from a number of symptoms related to the musculoskeletal system and other systems due to the widespread presence of connective tissue in the body. The aim of the study was to compare the diagnosis of disorders from the hypermobility spectrum using the Beighton and Sachse tests. 60 women were included in the study. They were divided into two groups, similar in terms of age and BMI value. The Sachse test and the Beighton scale were used. The ambiguous, and in some cases contradictory, results obtained in both methods indicate the need for a more detailed analysis of diagnostic methods for disorders from the hypermobility spectrum.
