    Nowadays peace became scarce. Expanding conflicts, terrorist attacks and the uncertainty so common to today's times put in question the value that was won after many years of war. The Constitution is free from regulations treating directly about peace. There are only few references to it. Perhaps, peace is a luxury for which we have to fight, and neither a right that must be protected nor freedom which we can/should use. Maybe it is not supposed to be talked about the right to peace, but about some kind of a privilege. Therefore, it would be necessary to admit, that there is a mistake done already in the subject of this paper. This area seems also to be interesting especially, when moving the optics and focusing on the actions and declarations of heads of states while implementing the common political objectives that are at odds with objectives of other/opposite countries. The word war is used like a substitute for terms ‘peace, freedom and prosperity’, or even worse, like a way to it.

    Opis:
    Freedom of association has its origins in an idea of civil society. The civil society with long and complex history becomes a fundamental element in a nowadays discourse on a well governed state. In such context an act of accession of Poland to European Union means integration with societies associating in various chains of associations, organisations, fundations, trade unions etc. – in the frame of what we used to call a civil society. Freedom of association is an essential element among other political rights and liberties. Trade unions, for example, are a form of association. Basically, they are associations of workers organised to protect the interests of their members in front of the employer. A trade union can represent the rights of employees more efficiently than an employee itself. The Constitution of the Republic of Poland of the 2nd April 1997 expresses freedom of association as a civil freedom. The Constitution emphesizes the particular role that trade unions play in accomplishing the rules of pluralism. The freedom of association in trade unions is guaranteed by article 59 of the Polish Constitution. The legislative system of the Third Republic of Poland secures favorable conditions for the development of pluralism and reinforces democratic law order and the idea of civil society.
    Wolność zrzeszania się stanowi niezwykle ważny element pośród praw i wolności politycznych. Jedną z form zrzeszania się są związki zawodowe, których istotą jest organizowanie się pracowników w celu obrony swoich interesów. Związek zawodowy może bowiem skuteczniej reprezentować interesy pracownika niż on sam. W Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z 2 kwietnia 1997 r. (dalej: Konstytucja) zrzeszanie się zostało ujęte jako „wolność obywatelska”. Konstytucja podkreśla szczególną rolę związków zawodowych w realizacji zasady pluralizmu. W myśl art. 12 Konstytucji Rzeczpospolita Polska zapewnia wolność tworzenia i działania związków zawodowych. Wolność zrzeszania się w związki zawodowe jest też gwarantowana przez art. 59 Konstytucji. Respektowanie wolności zrzeszania się w związki zawodowe w systemie ustawodawstwa III Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej stwarza korzystne warunki dla rozwoju pluralizmu oraz przyczynia się do umocnienia demokratycznego porządku państwa i idei społeczeństwa obywatelskiego.

    This article presents the connections between the state of being an adopted son of God by Christians and the freedom of humanity on the basis of Romans 8 : 12–17 and Galatians 4 : 1–7. At the beginning, it presents the state of the person before he or she is granted new existence and is a child of God. The different kinds of slavery that in these two fragments are presented by St. Paul and the symbolism of the young heir are discussed. The next part of the article presents Greek words that St. Paul uses to describe the state of the new existence of Christians; namely: ἡ υἱοθεσίά τό τέκνον, ὁ υἱός. The last part of this article is devoted to the connection that exists between being an adopted son of God and freedom.
    Artykuł przedstawia powiązanie między stanem przybranego synostwa Bożego chrześcijan a wolnością człowieka na podstawie fragmentów Rz 8, 12–17 i Ga 4, 1–7. Na początku przedstawiony zostaje stan człowieka, zanim jeszcze zostanie obdarowany nową egzystencją, którą jest bycie Bożym dzieckiem. Omówione zostają rodzaje niewoli, które w tych dwóch fragmentach przedstawia św. Paweł oraz symbolika małoletniego dziedzica. W następnej części artykułu przedstawione zostaje greckie słownictwo, którego używa św. Paweł do opisania stanu nowej egzystencji chrześcijan, a mianowicie: ἡ υἱοθεσίά τό τέκνον, ὁ υἱός. Ostatnia część pracy poświęcona jest natomiast powiązaniu, które istnieje między przybranym synostwem Bożym oraz wolnością.

    La permanencia del acoso sexual se ha convertido en un tipo penal inquietante cuya permanencia en el Código Penal español, como tipo privilegiado frente a otras formas de acoso recogidas tras la reforma operada por la LO 1/2015 de 30 de marzo, hace necesaria o por lo menos conveniente una revisión de su figura en aspectos tales como el bien jurídico, la conducta, ámbito de aplicación, penalidad o concursos, entre otros aspectos.
    Przestępstwo molestowania seksualnego stało się dyskusyjne po noweli kodeksu karnego Ustawą 1/2015 z dnia 30 marca 2015 r., gdyż zostało uregulowane jako szczególna forma molestowania. Dlatego też stosowne wydaje się omówienie tego przestępstwa, zwracając szczególną uwagę między innymi na przedmiot ochrony, stronę przedmiotową, zagrożenie karne oraz zbiegi.
    The crime of sexual harassment has become controversial since the Criminal Code was amended by the Act 1/2015 of 30 March 2015, because it was classified as a special form of harassment. That is why it seems to be necessary to discuss this type of crime drawing special attention, inter alia, to the object of protection, the objective element, potential penalty and concurrence.

    Opis:
    The paper deals with the anthropological foundations of formation and some of their pedagogic implications, according to the Italian thinker, educator and scholar, Rev. Luigi Giussani. He is an author of numerous publications translated into various languages, including Polish. One of his more prominent study, one that deals with the problem of formation, is the Risk of Formation that has recently been published in Polish. It is a reflection on the essence, purpose and means of formation. In the contemporary cultural and social context it is crucial to learn the anthropological foundations of Rev. L. Giussani's pedagogic thought. This is especially justified to know the realistic approach to man who „seeks his own formula”, and that idea stems from a broadly conducted educational practice. It is also valuable that the educator and founder of the religious movement Comunione e Liberazione, sa valued today, understands formation as an initiation into the whole of reality, into the discovery and understanding of its essence and sense. In his reflection, he touches the experiences that every man can have, who - as a rational being - poses questions about himself, about the significance of life and anything that is going on. At the same time, he focuses on the clash between man and a certain cultural contexts, in a concrete place and time. It follows from the present study that this formation by relying on the anthropological assumptions teaches us how to values goods and how to call threats inherent in the person, in the mentality of the world and civilization. Speaking about the formation of a man aware of his destiny, Giussani addresses a very important problem of formation to responsibility and consequence in life. Taking into consideration human freedom, he stresses that it is necessary to make a personal decision and commitment in one's own development. The Italian thinker boldly stress the truth that is disregarded today, namely that there is a need for effort, hardship and sacrifice. He summons to live an authentic life by his faith and to testify by one's own attitude about the love of God. A detailed analysis of his conception of formation calls for a separate study.

    Podczas swojej czwartej pielgrzymki do ojczyzny Jan Paweł II, wobec głębokich rozłamów, jakie podzieliły społeczeństwo polskie, nauczał o konieczności głębszego rozumienia wolności. Wolność daje człowiekowi możliwość podejmowania decyzji. Przyszłość nie podlega prostym determinizmom, to ludzkie odpowiedzialne wybory nadają jej kierunek. W pogłębionej refleksji nad ludzką wolnością Jan Paweł II wskazywał również na konieczność właściwego rozumienia wolności słowa. Mowy można używać na wiele sposobów, także po to, by oczerniać i wzbudzać podziały. Swobodne wypowiedzi, które mają na celu jedynie zwycięstwo w dyskusji, niewiele mają wspólnego z wolnością. Dlatego konieczne staje się odkłamanie rzeczywistości, by mowa stała się narzędziem prawdy, a nie nienawiści. Pomimo głosów krytycznych wobec pierwszej pielgrzymki Ojca świętego do wolnej Polski, dziś – po ponad 30 latach, jakie upłynęły od tego czasu – lepiej można zrozumieć jej przesłanie. Konieczność etycznych fundamentów ludzkiej wolności i pracy nad mową są wciąż aktualnymi wskazówkami, jakie papież daje polskiemu narodowi także w obliczu obecnych podziałów dotykających Ojczyznę.
    During his fourth pilgrimage to his homeland, John Paul II, in the face of deep divisions that in the Polish society taught about the need for a deeper understanding of freedom. Freedom gives man the ability to make decisions. The future is not subject to simple determinisms, these are the free human responsible choices that guide it. In his in-depth reflection on human freedom, John Paul II also pointed to the need to understand properly the freedom of speech. Speech can be used in many ways, including to slander and divide. Free speech, which is intended only to win a discussion, has little to do with freedom. Therefore, it is necessary to make an effort for speech to become an instrument of truth, not hate. Despite critical reception at first of the Holy Father’s first pilgrimage to free Poland, today – after more than 30 years that have passed since then – it is possible to understand its message better. The necessity of the ethical foundations of human freedom and work on free speech are still valid guidelines that the Pope gives to the Polish nation, also in the face of the present divisions affecting the Homeland.
