Opis:
The goal of this paper is to address the phenomena of homosexuality in Albania and the situation of persons with homosexual tendencies encounter. Future spouses’ sexuality cannot be ignored when addressing the conditions for marriage. The issue of gay marriage has been at the center of political and social debate in the world for years now. Legal regulation concerning homosexual marriage is found in countries like Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and the Netherlands. As regards Albania, no law allowing same gender marriages has been adopted yet. Our Family Code does not give a clear definition of the concept of future spouses, not having a provision that specifically requires different genders of people wishing to join in marriage, although, through a careful reading of the provisions of the Family Code it is noted that different genders are a requirement for marriage. Regardless of the time we live in, we observe that our society is still conservatory towards this phenomenon. The fear that with accepting homosexual marriages the definition of the traditional family will lose its meaning brings a large part of the society to be skeptical in accepting homosexual marriages. We continue to be faced to the myth that the acceptance of homosexual marriages will lead to an increase in the number of homosexuals in the country.

Opis:
The vocation to parenthood is one of the basic tasks of the spouses. In the modern world marital infertility is one of the ever more common problems affecting married couples. On the other hand, ever more often we encounter situations, in which parents, especially single mothers, do not want to raise their children. The meeting of the needs of people in both these situations makes the so-called unwanted or rejected children get a chance to find parental love and a family home by means of adoption. The article tackles the issue of adoption present in the teaching of the Magisterium of the Church. It indicates that accepting a born child to the family through adoption is a requirement of the spouses' fertile love, but also a Christian fulfillment of the commandment of love, the service to life and a way to preach the “Gospel of life” by means of acts of love given to the most needy child. Adoption is not an easy thing, an event that happens once, but it amounts to saying “yes” to love; it is accepting a certain way of life, in which serving another man and Christ present in the “least” man is the first and supreme aim of adoptive parents' life. It is also worth stressing that the necessity to shape and create mentality serves a man not as something exceptional, but exactly as the style of life of Christian spouses.

Opis:
Artykuł dotyczy adopcji dzieci w polskim systemie prawno-opiekuńczym. Analizie zostały poddane dwie kluczowe kwestie: dobro dziecka i spełnienie w rodzicielstwie.
The article is regarding adoption of children in the Polish system legal-protective. There were analysed two crucial issues: the good of the child and fulfilling in the parenthood. Adoption enables these children which from various reasons were deprived of the care of biological parents to bring up in the home environment. The right to bring up in the family is in an essential canon of children's rights. The preparation is supposed to serve the good of the child, to try to meet his needs and the right to the parental care and the development in the correctly functioning family environment. Adoption is also opening chances of fulfilling in the parenthood, of which a biological conception and giving the child rise to aren't using the being up.

Opis:
Family is an important topic in literature for children and youth. In works for the youngest readers, it is presented differently than in texts for older children and youth—as a safe environment that offers acceptance. The specificity of the image of the family in Polish literature for children has been illustrated in this article by comparing it with French books for children. French books usually operate with a plot and combine the informational character with artistic values. The diversity experienced in the spirit of freedom, equality and fraternity is shown in them as a richness and a source of joy. Polish books emphasize the value of the family, but they are devoid of the lightness and playfulness present in French texts. The diverse image of the family presented in books with informational content is to a small extent reflected in literary texts.

Opis:
John Paul II during his pontificate always reminded of the standing value of human life, of a complete need of respecting it. The man, despite of the stage of his life, has got the right to live longer, to develop, and to satisfy his needs. Today, however, we can notice that family situation has reached crisis point. This is true also about the Polish family. The statement saying that the recall to accept the abortion law is a regress on the way to democracy, and it is one of the biggest absurdities, which can be told by the thinking man. What makes sense for the country which is going to exist, is to serve- without exceptions- and to protect the lifethe fundamental thing of the world. This is why the attempt to kill the unborn people made under the majesty of the law is the democracy suicide, the stroke imposed into its heart. The catholic church has become alarmed with the lack of respect for the natural laws and for the disappearance of the life value. It is confirmed by the huge amount of the Church Documents devoted to this question. The catholic church is definitely against the abortion. To support this point many different pastoral forms of protection the unborn were worked out and introduced to the church life. The pastoral aims taken up for that are the following: the prayers, intensifying the knowledge, starting the Holly Life Days or Weeks, the Prayer Crusade to Protect the Conceived Children, the Spiritual Adoption of the Conceived Child, the Lonely Mothers’ Houses, the Window to the Life.

Opis:
This article aims to offer an overview of non-traditional families in contemporary children’s literature. The most influential works about divorce, adoption, and same-sex families will be presented, considering both Italian authors and translations from English into Italian. These contemporary themes are developed in picture books for a pre-scholar audience, but also in youngadult novels, covering an extremely wide range of readers. The aim of this essay is to observe how the Italian publishing industry is reacting to these new tendencies that are now very common in many countries of the world but cannot emerge completely in others. Nevertheless, according to recent studies, children’s picture books or novels in which different kinds of families are shown are a particularly important tool to teach diversity and tolerance and to promote modern values.
