Prezentowany w niniejszym artykule materiał stanowi niewielki fragment empirycznych badań własnych autora, przeprowadzonych na przełomie lat 2009/2010 na terenie Warmii i Mazur wśród 343 właścicieli mikro i małych przedsiębiorstw prywatnych. Techniką wiodącą był wywiad kwestionariuszowy. Za wskaźniki do uwydatnionego w tytule problemu badawczego posłużyły odpowiedzi respondentów rozstrzygających dylematy: czy tworzyć firmę z osobami z kręgu rodziny, czy też spoza niej i czy zatrudniać w firmie wyłącznie krewnych, czy też wyłącznie innych pracowników niż członkowie rodziny i krewni. Odpowiedzi odpowiednio agregowano i szukano ich związku z parametrami firm prowadzonych przez udzielających odpowiedzi. Okazało się, że tak mierzoną „rodzinność” w badanej populacji determinują parametry firm, np. wyniki finansowe.
This paper presents only a small fragment of own study. The study (completed in 2009/2010) used the technique of individual questionnaire survey, which provided information from 343 owners of businesses operating in the Warmia and Mazury region that in statistical terms are described as private micro and small firms. The evaluation of gathered information has used the percentage distribution of answers to given questions, such as: Is it better to open the business with family members or not? Is it better to hire only family members or not? The results indicate that owners’ preference to level of family influence on business depends on firm attributes, e.g. financial results.

In the process of transferring values children need a model they can watch and identify with. The parents are a symbol and their role in the education towards values is irreplaceable. It is the family that through their lifestyle, customs, habits and traditions shapes the child’s personality, identifies norms, values and behavior patterns. The family defines the goals and values that the children will follow later in life. The basis of the values creation process are: the quality of interpersonal relationships, education objectives, mutual assistance, emotional bond, personal commitment and acceptance of the common value system by parents and children. The level and scope of a child’s identification with the parents is also important as well as the assessment of the parents’ values by a wider social group.

The Study the matter of the meaning of the family in the self development of the youth. The authoress analyses the present situation of Polish families, often difficult and leading to the dysfunction. The meaning of Socialization analyses in the family then, and the basic dimension of the young man self – realization brings more closer. Treating to own investigations he undertakes the test of the answer on the question: What do the pupils ofWroclaw aw average schools undertake workings for the own development? Considerations drawing the painting of the self - realization of the citizens of Wroclaw aw young generation finish the text. The main conclusions: the present youth be subject to civilization changeability and to her adjusts on her way. Broadcasting money transfer important is in the family, but the plurality of elections gives the unrestricted range of the possibility of functioning in the adult life to young people. The family stimulates to younger members self – realization her in two dimensions: sensible and unaware. The present youth knows social ploughlands, which maybe (he should) fulfil yet he still lasts in the period of the moratorium (more pragmatic than rebellious) not undertaking rash decisions on the future, trying pit with the plurality of the offers of the present world. Creating the new areas of the own activity, seeking the own place in the changing world the teenage generation can so support family values, broadcasting examples in the future.

Opierając się na Adhortacji „Christifideles laici”, autor przyjmuje założenie, iż należy „podjąć szerokie, pogłębione i systematyczne działania, wspierane nie tylko przez kulturę, ale także środkami ekonomicznymi i ustawodawstwem, ażeby zapewnić rodzinie warunki, by zgodnie ze swym powołaniem była pierwszym miejscem «humanizacji» osoby i społeczeństwa”. W tym celu zajął się tematem roli współczesnej rodziny w kwestii pojednania sakramentalnego. Postawił sobie pytanie, na ile rodzina, rozumiana jako pierwsze środowisko życia i poznania wiary, sprzyja (lub powinna sprzyjać) w doprowadzeniu do pojednania się (w szerszym znaczeniu tego słowa) ze sobą, z Bogiem, i z ludźmi? W odpowiedzi uzyskał przekonanie, iż w wychowaniu liczy się przede wszystkim atmosfera rodzinna, klimat wzajemnego przebaczenia, twórczej (kreatywnej) miłości, jedności. Dziecko w innym przypadku może mieć poważne trudności z rozumieniem sensu pojednania, co uwidocznić się może podczas spowiedzi św., a tym samym w kwestii potrzeby przystępowania do Komunii św. Może to także zaowocować brakiem zaufania do drugiej osoby, np. lękiem przed wejściem na drogę sakramentalnego małżeństwa. Może to skutkować również tendencjami do zejścia na tzw. złą drogę, a z czasem doprowadzić nawet do utraty wiary. Bez dobrego wzorca rodzicielskiego dziecko będzie miało poważne trudności w tworzeniu pozytywnych relacji do wszelkich wartości (rodzinnych, społecznych, religijnych); trudności w pojmowaniu głębszego sensu ich realizacji (np. poprzez potrzebę wspólnego ich przeżywania, tzn. świętowania w rodzinie).
Coming from the assumption (ie, based on the document, which is the exhortation Christifideles Laici) that we need “a vast, extensive and systematic work, sustained not only by culture but also by economic and legislative means, which will safeguard the role of family in its task of being the primary place of „humanization” for the person and society”, the author took up the subject of the role of the family in matters of sacramental reconciliation. He asked a question to what extent the family understood as the first environment of life and faith is (or should be) conducive to bringing about reconciliation (in the broader sense of the word): with each other, with god and with men? His conviction is that what counts in education is, first of all, a family atmosphere, a climate of mutual forgiveness, creative love and unity. otherwise the child may have serious difficulties in understanding the meaning of reconciliation, which might affect his confessions and his need to receive communion. this may also lead to lack of trust in other people, e.g. in fear to enter a sacramental marriage. Such a person may have a tendency to go astray, and sometimes even lose faith. Simply put, without a good parental pattern, the child will have serious difficulties in establishing positive relationships to all values: (family, social, religious); problems to understand a deeper meaning of their implementation (e.g. in the need for sharing them through celebrations in the family).

Świat i otaczająca nas rzeczywistość ulegają bardzo szybkim zmianom. Ażeby za nimi nadążyć, konieczne jest dokonywanie właściwych wyborów edukacyjno-zawodowych przez młodzież. Wybory te nie mogą być aktem jednorazowym. Dlatego też młodzi ludzie korzystają z potencjalnych możliwości wsparcia rodziny w procesie wyboru kierunku studiów, a w dalszej perspektywie zawodu. Wpływ rodziny na podejmowanie decyzji edukacyjno-zawodowych przez młodzież jest faktem bezspornym. Z tego powodu należy postawić pytania: Jaki jest udział rodziców w kształtowaniu przyszłej kariery młodego człowieka? Teoretyczne rozważania na ten temat są tylko częścią tego artykułu i stanowią podstawę do badań empirycznych na reprezentatywnej grupie studentów Karkonoskiej Państwowej Szkoły Wyższej w Jelenie Górze. Analiza literatury oraz wyników własnych badań pozwoli na sformułowanie określonych wniosków na temat rodziny – rodziców w wyborach dokonywanych przez młodzież w obszarze edukacyjnym dziś, a w dalszej perspektywie – kariery zawodowej.
The world and the surrounding reality are subject to constant and rapid changes. To follow them, it is indispensable for young adults to make proper educational and professional choices. The choices should never be a single, one – try action and due to this young people take advantages of potential support in the selection of studies and, in a longer term, profession. That families influence young adults' educational and professional decisions is indisputable. Therefore, the questions arise: In what way does family affect the choices? What is the role of the family in shaping a young person’s future prefessional career? Theoretical considerations of the topic are a part of this paper and they stand for the basis of practical research on a representative group of Karkonoska Państwowa Szkoła Wyższa in Jelenia Góra students. The analysis of literature and the results of the research will enable up-to-date conclusions on the role of family in educational and professional choices of young adults within the field of education at present, and in a longer term – their professional career.

W artykule omówiono wybrane zagadnienia dotyczące roli dwóch środowisk wychowawczych- rodziny i przedszkola w rozwijaniu zainteresowań muzycznych dzieci wieku przedszkolnym. Rozważania rozpoczęto od przybliżenia głównego zadania umuzykalnienia przedszkolaków, wybranych funkcji muzyki i wartości wychowawczych muzyki na etapie edukacji przedszkolnej. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono zaangażowaniu rodziców (na przykładzie pracy własnej jednej z autorek artykułu) i nauczycieli przedszkola w proces umuzykalniania dzieci, a zwłaszcza rozbudzania ich zainteresowań światem muzyki.
The article discusses selected issues concerning the role of two educational environments - family and preschool - in the development of children’s musical. The considerations open with an introduction to the main task of musical education of preschoolers, selected functions of music and the educational values of music in this stage of education. Particular attention is paid to the involvement of parents (based on the example of the author's own work) and kindergarten teachers in the process of children's musicalization, especially in arousing their interest in the world of music.

The first educational environment of every human being is usually the family. This is where the lifelong process of shaping attitudes and acquiring the desired character traits begins. Just as social attitudes are shaped and strengthened on the basis of values derived from the family environment, the ethos of service is built, which develops and strengthens pro-defence attitudes. Nowadays, such attitudes are less and less often seen among young people due to the crisis of values in developed countries and the promotion of a consumerist lifestyle. Ensuring security in the 21st century depends not only on the military or the intellectual potential of citizens, but above all on the extremely important human factor, most often expressed by patriotic pro-defence attitudes allowing for heroic efforts, especially in the event of a real threat. The aim of this article is therefore to show the extremely important role of the family environment in shaping and strengthening pro-defence attitudes among the society of the 21st century. The research was carried out using theoretical methods, such as analysis, synthesis, generalisation, and inference, and using the technique of examining documents and source materials. Particular attention was paid, inter alia, to the need to build pro-defence attitudes among young people and to the educational functions of the family environment constituting the basis for the process of shaping pro-defence attitudes.

Artykuł niniejszy stara się uwypuklić wagę roli rodziny w wychowaniu dzieci do wiary, począwszy od czasów biblijnych, aż do czasów nam współczesnych, poprzez odwołanie się do najważniejszych dokumentów Kościoła. Po ustaleniu, jaka jest rola rodziny w wychowywaniu dzieci do wiary, omówione są niektóre praktyczne sposoby, jakie rodzina może w tym celu wykorzystać.
One of the major responsibilities of the Christian Family is not only taking care of their children but also the education of the children for the faith. This role which is so important today is iterated in many Church documents. This is not a recent addition to the responsibilities of the family; in fact, it has been the responsibility of the family since biblical times. This paper seeks to highlight the importance of the role of the family in the education for the faith of children, starting as far back as biblical times, and reaching our contemporary times by reviewing the most important Church documents. Once the role of the family in educating for the faith of children is established, then some practical ways in which the family can educate for the faith today are discussed.

Wybór ścieżki kształcenia to jedna z najważniejszych decyzji w życiu zawodowym człowieka, w wyniku której ponosi on liczne konsekwencje. Z takim wyborem borykają się uczniowie kończący szkołę podstawową. W tak młodym wieku (14‒15 lat), podjęcie właściwej decyzji wymaga dużej dojrzałości. Wielu młodych ludzi nie jest na to gotowych. Dlatego też nastolatkowie kierują się po pomoc w stronę swoich najbliższych, do których mają zaufanie i zawsze mogą liczyć na rzeczową rozmowę i radę. Młodzi ludzie mogą też otrzymać wsparcie ze strony szkolnych doradców zawodowych.
The choice of education path is one of the most important decisions in a person’s professional life, which has numerous consequences. This is the choice faced by pupils leaving primary school. At such a young age (14‒15 years), making the right decision requires a lot of maturity. Many young people are not ready for this. Therefore, teenagers turn to their loved ones for help, whom they trust and can always count on substantive conversation and advice. Young people may also receive support from school vocational counselors.

A rational organization of leisure time should be a priority for the family environment. This problem is particularly important in the era of modern civilization, dominated by passive forms of recreation, resulting in many hours spent sitting in front of the TV and the computer screen. The role of parents should be based on a conscious and deliberate preparation of children and young people for a proper organization of their leisure time. It is important that parents’ activities encourage young people to participate in individual and organized forms of physical activity (sport, tourism, and recreation). Previous studies clearly indicate that physical activity in childhood influences the physical activity in adulthood. The processes of awakening interest, searching for patterns of behavior and forming habits related to various types of physical activity are all elements of lifelong learning.

Bezpieczeństwo nie jest czymś trwałym, stabilnym i niezmiennym. Jest to zjawisko o charakterze dynamicznym, dlatego słusznie rozpatruje się je w trzech podstawowych formach, a mianowicie jako naczelną potrzebę, stan oraz proces. Efektywne zarządzanie bezpieczeństwem domaga się systemowych rozwiązań, ale przede wszystkim kreowania kultury bezpieczeństwa. Kształtowanie kultury bezpieczeństwa jest złożonym przedsięwzięciem, wymagającym czasu, ale również zaangażowania różnorodnych sił i środków będących w dyspozycji państwa. Dowodzi to konieczności systemowego podejścia do tego zagadnienia. Analizując go, autorki skupiły się wokół związków przyczynowo- -skutkowych występujących między jakością funkcjonowania rodzin a poziomem bezpieczeństwa społeczności lokalnych.
Safety is not something permanent, stable and unchanged. This is a dynamic phenomenon to be rightly considered in three basic forms, namely as the main need, state and process. The effective safety management calls for system solutions, but above all for creating a safety culture. Shaping a safety culture is a complex undertaking, requiring time, but also the involvement of various forces and resources at the disposal of the state. This proves the need for a systematic approach to this issue. Analyzing this issue, the authors focused on the causal relationships between the quality of the family functioning and the level of safety of local communities.

Celem artykułu jest pokazanie znaczenia instytucji wsparcia psychologicznego w życiu współczesnej rodziny. Rodzina, bądź poszczególni jej członkowie, uczęszczają na terapię nie tylko w celach leczniczych, ale także po to, by otrzymać wsparcie, gdy znajdują się w kryzysie. Coraz częściej chcą i potrzebują rozwijać się pod względem emocjonalnym. Instytucja wsparcia psychologicznego staje się potrzebą, a nie tylko koniecznością. Artykuł ma na celu pokazanie również potrzeby organizowania nieformalnych „szkół dla rodziców”, by mieć możliwość tworzyć, ulepszać i pogłębiać relacje wewnątrzrodzinne.
The aim of this article is to show how important institutions of psychological support are in the life of the modern family. The entire family or its particular members attend therapeutic sessions not only to recover but also to get support when they are in crisis. More and more often they need and want to develop emotionally. Psychological support is becoming a need, not just a necessity. The author of this article also points out that there exists the need to set up a kind of informal ‘school for parents’, where they could establish, improve and strengthen the relationships existing within the family.

Prezentowany przegląd badań, jak i badania realizowane przez autorkę ukazują znaczenie rodziny w perspektywie doświadczania starości. Tak wysoce podkreślane przez osoby starsze upatrywanie w rodzinie źródła wsparcia świadczy opokładaniu w niej dużych nadziei w fazie starzenia się i starości. Pomimo powstawania rodzin nuklearnych, zaburzeń trwałości związków małżeńskich, samotnego macierzyństwa, budowania rodzin zrekonstruowanych, adopcyjnych czy zastępczych, senior wciąż pozostaje nieodłączną częścią rodziny, która stanowiąc przestrzeń do jego aktywności, pomaga mu wudanym starzeniu się, rozwiązywaniu problemów, udzielaniu wsparcia społecznego. Jest to ważna wiedza w perspektywie demograficznego starzenia się społeczeństwa przy jednoczesnym zmniejszaniu się liczby ludności.
The presented scope of research, as well as research carried out by the author herself show the role of the family in the perceiving the experience the old age. family is very important source of social support for elderly people, who place great hopes in family during the process of ageing and later in old age itself. In spite of many on-going changes to the contemporary family like creation of nuclear families, divorces in general short-lived natrimonies), increasing number of single-parent households (mainly female), creation of reconstructed, adoptive and substitute families, elderly still remain an indelible part of family. Family creates an environment for the seniors to be active in helping therefore in sucessfull ageing process, solving problems and gives social support. Presented knowledge is important in perspective of on going process of ageing of society along with simultaneous decreas in population.

Otoczenie dziecka, w tym przede wszystkim rodzina, jest najlepszym miejscem do prowadzenia właściwie ukierunkowanej pracy wychowawczej. Będąc podstawową komórką społeczną, cechującą się największą ciągłością i systematycznością, powinna zapewnić dziecku najlepsze warunki rozwoju. W realizowanym przez nią procesie wychowania znaczenie odgrywa nie tylko emocjonalny stosunek rodziców do dziecka, lecz również ten, który się wyraża w ich sposobie zachowania oraz umiejętności zaspokajania jego potrzeb. W rodzinie dziecko przygotowuje się do życia, uodparnia na trudności i niepowodzenia, uczy się odpowiedzialnego podejmowania obowiązków i zadań. Kształtowanie postaw moralnych jest niezwykle istotną kwestią w procesie wychowania dzieci. Wypracowanie i ukształtowanie właściwej i trwałej hierarchii wartości jest czynnikiem niezbędnym do świadomego życia i podejmowania odpowiedzialnych decyzji, dokonywania pewnych wyborów oraz przejawiania określonych zachowań. System wartości przekazywany w środowisku rodzinnym to nie tylko wzory zachowania, atmosfera domowa, styl życia, ale także oczekiwania w zakresie kształtowania stałych cech charakteru. Owe wzorce przekazywane są w postaci opinii, poglądów, wiedzy, a także uznawanych norm. odzina powinna wprowadzać dziecko w świat wartości kulturalnych i społecznych, w rodzinie po raz pierwszy dziecko powinno zetknąć się z pojęciami dobra i zła, rzeczy dozwolonych, pochwalanych i potępianych. Rodzice swoim zachowaniem i ocenami winni wskazać młodemu pokoleniu, co w życiu jest ważne, z czym należy się liczyć, jak należy odnosić się do ludzi. Będąc pośrednikami w zdobywaniu informacji o otaczającym świecie mogą i powinni poprzez selekcję informacji i materiałów pewne wpływy nasilić, a inne osłabić. Aby uzyskać pożądane efekty, powinni pamiętać, że konieczny jest nie tylko dobór właściwych wzorów i modeli, ale przede wszystkim przemyślany i celowy sposób ich propagowania.
A child’s environment, with its family in the first place, creates the best space to lead a properly directed educational progress. The family as a fundamental social unit is characterized by the greatest continuity and regularity. It should provide the best conditions for child’s development. There are several important issues in this educational process which are carried out by the family. It is not only the emotional attitude but also the means of its expression as well as the ability to meet the child’s needs. A family is a place where a child is being prepared for life, where it learns to tolerate various difficulties and failures and where it learns to take responsibility for its duties. The shaping of moral attitudes is an extremely important issue in the process of children's education. Developing and shaping an appropriate and fixed hierarchy of values is a necessary factor for conscious living and making responsible decisions, making choices and manifesting certain behaviour. The system of values passed in the family consists of not only certain behaviour, home atmosphere and lifestyle but also expectations of shaping fixed features of character. These patterns are passed by means of opinions, views, knowledge and accepted standards. A family introduces a child to the world of cultural and social values. This is the family environment where a child encounters, for the first time, the notions of right and wrong, the allowed and accepted things. By means of behaviour and evaluation parents show a child what is important in life, what to pay attention to and how to act with people. Parents as intermediaries in obtaining information about the surrounding world can and should, by the selection of information and materials strengthen some influences and weaken others at the same time. To achieve the desired effects, parents should remember it is necessary not only to select appropriate models, but most of all they should have a studied and purposeful way to promote them.
