    Increasing requirements in the field of monitoring the impact of machines contributes to the analysis of production processes in order to verify their environmental loads. The research carried out in this area is aimed at identifying the negative impact of the tested object to be able to introduce changes in the consumption of raw materials and energy while limiting the negative impact on the environment. The article will present the results of the life cycle assessment (LCA) of the process of mass, thermo-shrinkable packaging of beverage bags depending on the change in the way the packaging machine is powered. In addition, as part of the analysis, it was indicated which stage of the process has the biggest negative impact on the environment. LCA results are presented at the stage of endpoint characterization.

    The article is devoted to analyzing the need for managers to spend money on developing technological support for organizations to achieve strategic goals. The impact of technologies in various sectors of organizations' activity on the effectiveness of organizational systems is considered. The work examines the activity of Ukrainian profitable and non-profit organizations on the influence of the level of technologicalization of organizational processes on increasing the level of profit and the social effect of activity. The study considered the statistical data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine for 2018, 2019, and 2021 according to the indicators Number of enterprises that have access to the internet and the number of employed who have access to the internet and Number of employed who have access to the internet. The given statistical data were quantitatively processed (summarized and compared). With the help of theoretical research methods (deduction and analysis) of the obtained results, it was found that the organization's technological development helps to increase the organization's profitability and the non-profit organization's social effect. The practical value of the article lies in the visual representation of the dependence between the necessity of spending on the technological development of managers of profitable and non-profit organizations and the effectiveness of these organizations.

    The basic assumption of the article is that entrepreneurship could be best explained on the ground of psychological theories dealing with creativity. Therefore, the author’s model of „The Style of Creative Behavior” measured by „The Creative Behavior Questionnaire” (CBQ) was used as the main theoretical framework in three studies presented. Other models were also used: „The Formal Characteristic of Behavior – Temperament Inventory” by J. Strelau, „Match Problems II” (Adaptive Flexibility of Thinking) by J. P. Guilford, as well as D. C. McClelland’s model of the need of achievement, measured by „Widerszal-Bazyl Questionnaire of Motivation”. The four factors, out of five, from the CBQ: The Strength of ego, Self-realization, Flexibility of cognitive system, and Internal locus of evaluation proved to be the most efficient in discriminating entrepreneurs and effective managers from control groups – unemployed people, and group of administrative workers. This corroborates the results obtained in previous author’s research.

    In the modern world, people have unlimited possibilities to gain success in the field they choose. Technological progress, mainly the Internet, has ushered in a new era of communication betweenpeople. The world, being a global village, has become not yet a dream of people but the reality they live in. In such a world, one of the most important factors of a human existence is the way peopleuse their time. Therefore the role of one’s ability to manage oneself in every aspect of a human existence is constantly growing. The analysis of one’s expectations with the real achievements gives people important knowledge on the socio-economic needs. To gain success in the surrounding world we need to learn how to manage ourselves and how to develop, we need to do the things we are best at, keep the brain sharp and have energy and self-acceptance. Taking into account a teacher’s responsibility for the young people he/she teaches and raises, this profession is more like a mission. In the process of preparing the youth to live and function in the modern world, teachers should alsohelp them to create their own ability to manage themselves. Considering the relation between the master and student who follows his master’s steps, a contemporary teacher needs to do his/her best to know himself/herself well and to have a knowledge on managing oneself.
    Współczesny świat stwarza nieograniczone możliwości osiągania sukcesów w wybranej przez siebie dziedzinie. Postęp  technologiczny, w tym Internet, zapoczątkował nową erę komunikacji międzyludzkiej. Świat jako globalna wioska stał się już nie marzeniem człowieka, lecz jego rzeczywistą codziennością. W świecie tym jednym z najważniejszych elementów funkcjonowania człowieka jest wykorzystanie czasu. Stąd coraz bardziej wzrasta rola umiejętności zarządzania sobą w każdej sferze funkcjonowania człowieka. Analiza oczekiwań z rzeczywistymi osiągnięciami danego człowieka dostarcza mu ważnej informacji o potrzebach społeczno-gospodarczych. Aby odnieść sukces w otaczającym nas świecie, należy więc nauczyć się zarządzać sobą, rozwijać się, robić to, co wychodzi nam najlepiej, zachować bystrość umysłu i energię oraz akceptację samego siebie. Nauczyciel – ze względu na odpowiedzialność za młodych ludzi, których kształci i wychowuje – wykonuje szczególny zawód, a właściwie pełni misję. Przygotowując młodych ludzi do funkcjonowania we współczesnym świecie, powinien kreować w nich tę umiejętność zarządzania sobą. Uwzględniając zasadę mistrz–uczeń, współczesny nauczyciel, chcąc służyć własnym przykładem, sam musi dążyć do mistrzostwa w zakresie poznania siebie i zarządzania sobą.

    Entrepreneurship process has been argued as opportunity-driven, creative, and resource-efficient, that could influence income generation of small farmers that adopted entrepreneurial skills and innovation into their farming operations. This study examines entrepreneurship process strategies employed to income increase by small farmers, evidence from southwest of Nigeria. The sampling procedures entail three stages of samples selection of 240 farmers but only 200 data was useful. Descriptive statistical and inferential statistics were used to analyze and describe the data. Respondents’ age ranges from 16 to 65 years old, mean age was 36.16 years. The study found out that 5 % of the samples had modest communication skills that aid adoption of effective entrepreneurial processes and about 83% have a strong belief in one’s self to succeed. Successful farmers had multiple sources of related income generation business ventures. Targeting the entrepreneurs for support could make them even more effective.

    The article presents certain aspects of decision of effective management of supply chains organized for companies. Companies service issues have been identified both in the supply and distribution area. Were defined factors affecting the organization of operating in various spheres of companies. It was pointed out that the basic functions directly related to the core business of companies resulting from the industry, the size and the conditions of competition, e.g. for the production facility, it could be manufacturing process itself, while for the commercial company implementation of marketing strategies and building brand image. The paper also presents the factors affecting the costs and benefits companies interested in outsourcing their logistics providers of comprehensive services. Inter alia the essence of the supply chain functioning, integrated management model of supply chain network including flow of stream of goods and flow of stream of information, objectives of supply chain management, decisions of effective supply chain management concerning on minimizing cost of logistics services and high level of quality of delivery services, performance evaluation measures of processes in the supply chain are presented in the paper.

    Because there is no turning back from quality, the economic system does not only fight for the price of the product, but also for quality. Certainly, companies that take the quality of the product seriously win. Therefore, the certification of the integrated management system is very valid. At the same time, it should be noted that with such a growing competition, enterprises that do not take into account the existing standards will cease to be attractive.

    Organization of effective management of municipal waste is a complex management task, characterized by a multiplicity and heterogeneity of the factors that must be taken into account, and multistage associated with different content process applicable at each stage. To make effective management decisions we must to decide the problem of the availability of reliable and timely information. The geo-information system for monitoring and waste management can be seen as a higher-order system element, including for complex socio-eco-economic assessment of the status of the region. The main task of achieving economic efficiency of waste sorting is: "It must be economically profitable for population and management companies to sort waste and dispose them in different containers." To do this, the tariff for the export of unsorted waste containers should be maximized and the cost of removal of sorted waste should be minimal (ideally - zero). The results obtained have allowed significantly improve the capacity and effectiveness of the decisions made, in particular, on issues such as the optimization of traffic flows, division of human settlements into separate areas on a territorial basis and a reasonable preparation of technical tasks in the organization of tender procedures in the management system of sanitary clearing settlements.
    Organizacja efektywnego zarządzania odpadami komunalnymi jest złożonym zadaniem, które charakteryzuje się wielością i różnorodnością czynników, które muszą być brane pod uwagę. Jest to wieloetapowy proces związany z różnymi procesami technologicznymi mającymi zastosowanie na po-szczególnych etapach. Problem dostępności wiarygodnej i aktualnej informacji jest wspólny dla wszystkich etapów podejmowania skutecznych decyzji w zakresie obchodzenia się z twardymi odpadami komunalnymi. Geoinformacyjne systemy monitorowania i zarządzania odpadami mogą być postrzegane jako element wyższego rzędu systemowego, również dla kompleksowej oceny społeczno-ekologicznego i gospodarczego statusu regionu. Głównym zadaniem osiągnięcia efektywności ekonomicznej segregacji odpadów jest: „Ludność i spółki zarządzające, które muszą mieć korzyść z sortowania odpadów i wyrzucania ich do różnych pojemników”. Aby to zrobić, taryfy na wywóz nieposortowanych pojemników na odpady powinny być zmaksymalizowane, koszt usuwania odpadów segregowanych powinien być minimalnym (idealnie – zero). Otrzymane wyniki wskazują na znaczne poprawienie skuteczności podejmowanych decyzji szczególnie w takich kwestiach jak optymalizacja ruchu transportowego, podział na osobne obszary terytorium mieszkaniowego, bardziej uzasadnione przygotowania zadań technicznych w organizacji proce-dur przetargowych w systemie zarządzania sanitarnych oczyszczeń zamieszkałych obszarów.
