Understanding the complexity of a teacher and its role in modern society is vitally important for the advancement in education. The aim of this research paper is to introduce the concept of cultural linguistics and to determine the impactsand the broad understanding of the role of a teacher, referredin this article as the pedagogue in the era of information and communication technology. Evidence suggest that there is a growing need to reestablish the position of a pedagogue which is one of the most important factors in the proper approach to the use of technology in modern schools. To recognize this role, the fundamentals of cultural linguistics and its schemes will be used to highlight the need for further research. A number of cross-sectional studies has accentuated the problem of digital technology in the classroom and the role/scheme of a pedagogue (Palmer, 1996; Ceratto Pargman, 2019; Sharifian, 2011, 2017). This study identified the key elements of a pedagogue and presented a sample of exercises that can be used by a teacher to utilities the digitalization of schools.

The sustainability of engineering education depends on a strategic vision in university education. The strategic vision of education at technical universities is orientated to knowledge, digitization, online education, innovative methods in education, all forms of Management and business education platform. The main goal of this article is the creation of the model of engineering education at the technical university based on synergy effect of the economic subjects of study, digitalization, all forms of management, and innovative didactic methods with direction to future education. In this research we realized project "Student firms" by using digitalization, e-learning approach in education and connecting all form of management as in business environment. Results of the implemented "Student Firms" project at the university recorded benefits in improving students' key competencies, soft skills, social competencies, financial, economic competencies, and their impact on the level of evaluation of subjects of study. The output of the research was the design of a model of engineering education at the university. This model can be a tool for making changes in education at university for his sustainability in the future.

W pracy podjęto próbę analizy wpływu rozwoju technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych, a zwłaszcza technik multimedialnych na szeroko rozumianą edukację. Zwrócono uwagę na możliwości, jakie stwarzają te technologie dla wprowadzania nowych rozwiązań w dziedzinie edukacji tak młodzieży, jak i osób dorosłych. Wskazano na możliwości wykorzystania tych technologii w kształceniu ustawicznym. Przeanalizowano wpływ technologii informacyjnych i multimedialnych na skuteczność i efektywność kształcenia. Rozpatrzono uwarunkowania społeczne, demograficzne i ekonomiczne wprowadzania tych technologii do współczesnej edukacji.
In this work an attempt has been made to analyze the influence of the development of information- communication technologies, especially of multimedia systems, on the widely defined education. Possibilities created by these technologies to introduce new solutions in education of youth and adults have been marked. Also the possibilities of use of such technologies in a continuing education have been appointed. The influence of information and multimedia technologies on the accuracy and efficiency of education was analyzed as well. Social, demographic, and economic conditionings of introduction such technologies to modern education have been discussed.

In his work an attempt has been made to analyze the influence of technical and economical conditionings of the introduction of information and multimedia technologies to the polish system of education. The dynamics of the development of the communications and multimedia market has been appointed, emphasizing mobile technologies sector. Both technical and economical aspects was mentioned that are substantial for furnishing schools with the latest multimedia and information hardware. Social agents have been discussed that may influence the acquisition of modern technologies in the polish system of education. Normative recommendations have been presented, both polish and of the EU, regarding the introduction of information and multimedia technologies to educational systems of member countries of the European Union

Artykuł został tematycznie podzielony na dwie części. Pierwsza opisuje teoretyczne wymagania i charakterystykę oprogramowania oraz obsługi systemu CMS. W drugiej opisany został praktyczny sposób zakładania strony WWW na przykładzie systemu PHP-Fusion na serwerze cba.pl.
The role of information technology in human life inspires to many thoughts and raises new questions about its function in everyday life. The development of information technology is certainly inevitable process, its role in the information society will certainly grow and with it the dissemination of new methods of communication and communication. The main objective of this paper is to present in a clear and accessible way a simple method for creating web pages in the system (CMS Content Management System) called PHP-Fusion. The paper was thematically divided into two thematic parts. The first part describes the theoretical requirements and characteristics of the operating system software and CMS. In the second part will be described a practical way to set up a web page on the example of PHP-Fusion on a server cba.pl.

Cel: W artykule podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na pytanie: w jakim kierunku będą zmierzały przemiany szkoły pod wpływem nowych technologii. Społeczeństwo informacyjne budowane jest na odmiennych − niż społeczeństwo industrialne − paradygmatach, w tym na odmiennym modelu aksjologicznym. Dlatego współczesność wymaga innego systemu edukacji niż dotychczasowy, ukształtowany według wymogów społeczeństwa przemysłowego. W praktyce oznaczać to może konieczność organizowania (tworzenia) szkół opartych na nowych założeniach. Wprowadzenie: Współczesna cywilizacja informacyjna jest oparta na technologiach informacyjnych (TI) będących podstawowymi i niezbędnymi narzędziami do uzyskania, przetwarzania informacji, a w efekcie tworzenia wiedzy. Zakłada się, że kolejna rewolucja technologiczna − zwana kognitywistyczną − otworzy szkoły na intelektualny dorobek człowieka w niespotykanym dotąd stopniu i zakresie. Wymaga to zmiany samej szkoły, gdyż przyswojenie tak dużej ilości wiedzy opiera się na doświadczeniu w stosowaniu reguł i zasad pozyskiwania i przetwarzania informacji, ogromnej wrażliwości intelektualnej, ponieważ uczenie się jest sposobem wchodzenia w kulturę. Metodologia: W artykule oparto się na analizach zachodzących aktualnie kierunków rozwoju technologicznego i przemian społecznych, które ten rozwój wywołuje. Wnioski: Przedstawione zostały możliwości, ale i zagrożenia wynikające z nieograniczonego dostępu do sieci, portali społecznościowych oraz wirtualnych doradców i nauczycieli. Dokonano analizy skuteczności TI z jednoczesnym opisem najważniejszych wskazówek dla racjonalnego włączenia ich do edukacji. Poruszony został także etyczny wymiar wykorzystania TI w edukacji związany z poszukiwaniem odnajdywaniem, przetwarzaniem i przesyłaniem informacji w kontekście poszanowania praw człowieka do prywatności i własności intelektualnej oraz duchowego i emocjonalnego rozwoju. Została tu poruszona równie ważna kwestia dotycząca TI, a związana z wartościami, które powinna wspomagać i rozwijać szkoła niezależnie od czasów, w których funkcjonuje i wykorzystywanych środków. Jako ostatnie są poruszane kwestie dotyczące samych nauczycieli ich postawy oraz podejścia do technologicznej reformy edukacji. W refleksjach końcowych wyraźnie zaznaczona jest niezastąpiona rola nauczyciela w procesie dydaktycznym i fakt, że żadne systemy teleinformatyczne, rozwiązania programowe, czy nawet wirtualni nauczyciele nie są w stanie zastąpić żywego nauczyciela, jego słowa oraz gestu.
Aim: The article is an attempt to answer the question: in which direction will the transformations of schools under new technologies will be heading. An IT society is built on different paradigms than an industrial society, including a different axiological model. As a result, it requires a different education system than previously known and shaped according to the requirements of industrial society. In practice, it may mean the necessity of organising (creating) schools based on new assumptions. Introduction: Contemporary IT civilisation is based on IT being the basic and primary tools of gaining and processing information as well as creating knowledge. It has been assumed that another technological revolution – known as cognitive – will opens schools to the intellectual achievements of a human being at a level and scope that has not been known yet. However, it requires the change of school itself as acquiring such a great number of knowledge is based on experience in applying rules and principles of gaining and processing information, great intellectual sensitivity, as learning is a manner of entering culture. Methodology: The article is based on the analyses presently performed with regard to technological development and social transformations which cause this development. Conclusions: The authors presented capabilities as well as threats resulting from unlimited access to the internet, social portals and virtual advisors and teachers. There was made an analysis of effectiveness of IT along with a description of prompts for their rational inclusion into education. There was also tackled the ethical dimension of using IT in education connected with seeking and finding, processing and sending information in the context of honouring rights of a human being to privacy and intellectual property as well as spiritual and emotional development. There was also tackled an equally important issue regarding IT and connected with values which shall be supported and developed by school regardless of times in which it functions and the means it uses. Finally, there are issues related to teachers themselves, their attitudes and approach to the technological reform of education. In conclusion, there is clearly underlined an indispensible role of a teacher in a didactic process and the fact that no IT systems, program solutions or even virtual teachers are not able to supersede live teachers, their words and gestures.

W tym celu należy zapoznać się z aspektami budowy wydajnych sieci WLAN dla potrzeb palcówki oświatowej.
Development of wireless communication is a challenge for school net infrastructure. Access to electronic sources through LAN is becoming ineffective while present Wi-Fi nets should enable communication for all employees and pupils at school. For this reason we should learn about different aspects of constructing effective WLAN answering the needs of particular schools.

Tworzone są kluczowe czynniki wykorzystania technologii AR / VR w dziedzinie edukacji. Obliczenie projektu modelu biznesowego dla wdrożenia technologii AR/ VR w dziedzinie edukacji, obliczono opłacalność projektu. Proponuje się wykorzystanie technologii AR/ VR w dziedzinie edukacji jako modelu biznesowego dla startupu.

Aim. The article aims to analyse the manifestations of information asymmetry in the market of educational services to develop proposals for improving the communication programmes of higher education institutions of Ukraine. Methods. The authors describe the display of information asymmetry in the market of educational services based on a sociological study among the 1st and 2nd-year students of Ukrainian universities, which aimed to study the criteria for choosing an educational programme. The authors used correlation analysis to assess the statistical significance of the influence of individual criteria on the selection of entrants. The survey was conducted at the universities in Ukraine that provide educational services on the bachelor’s degree specialities of 073 Management and 075 Marketing. A critical and comparative analysis of state regulatory measures to overcome information asymmetry was also applied. Results. The annual decrease in the number of university entrants in Ukraine and around the world has led to increased competition among universities, resulting in an escalation of information asymmetry in the market of educational services and its ‘lemonisation’. Conclusions. According to the results of the sociological study, despite the high availability of sources of information, at the time of entering the university, the vast majority of students did not consider themselves sufficiently informed about the benefits of studying in the chosen educational and professional programme. Several state regulatory measures have been taken to provide quality educational services in Ukraine and ensure unbiased information about universities. It was revealed that by allocating state-funded places for a specific speciality and university, the government significantly influences the choice of applicants. However, it should be noted that such impact is not very significant for applicants with high scores. Given this, the impact and effectiveness of both the state regulation system of universities in Ukraine and its specific instruments require further study. Cognitive value. The study results contribute to overcoming the asymmetry of information in the market of educational services, serve as a methodological basis for improving the communication programmes of higher education institutions, promote healthy competition among them. The findings of this study can be considered an essential contribution to future research.

Nowadays technologies influence our work and private life and this requires constant changes. It also concerns education. To be well educated you should still act effectively and efficiently using modern technological developments. The development of ICT (Information Communication Technologies) has led to the Internet gaining the status of the main channel of distribution of all information. New processes of distance education (e-learning) are penetrating education, the public sector and businesses. The aim of this paper is to analyse and compare selected e-learning systems using software with the implemented AHP method.
Obecnie technologie informatyczne wpływają na naszą pracę i życie prywatne. Dotyczy to również edukacji, gdzie proces uczenia i nauczania może być skutecznie i wydajnie realizowany przy użyciu nowoczesnych rozwiązań technologicznych. Rozwój ICT (Information Communication Technology) doprowadził do rozwoju Internetu, który zyskuje status głównego kanału dystrybucji wszystkich informacji. Nowe procesy kształcenia na odległość (e-learning) przenikają do edukacji, sektora publicznego oraz firm. Celem niniejszej pracy była analiza i porównanie wybranych systemów e-learningowych. Analizę przeprowadzono z wykorzystaniem systemu MakeItRational, który posiada zaimplementowany algorytm wielokryterialnej metody AHP.

Modern technologies whose development defines the beginning of the twenty-first century information civilization create entirely new possibilities for organizing and delivering educational processes. Thanks to them an opportunity for education opens up, which is a move away from the narrowly conceived encyclopaedism in education to independent work, revealing activities, and sometimes creativity. The paper will consider the benefits that can be associated with the use of IT in teaching on the one hand understood as a set of devices, on the other as education software packages. At the same time features which entails risks for the organization of teaching and learning processes as well as for themselves educated will be indicated.

Opis:
W pracy przeanalizowano możliwości wykorzystania różnych modeli chmury obliczeniowej do permanentnej edukacji. Omówiono czynniki, jakie winny być spełnione, aby można ją było wykorzystać w procesie dydaktycznym. Zwrócono uwagę na aspekty ekonomiczne wprowadzania chmury obliczeniowej do edukacji, a zwłaszcza edukacji permanentnej.
In this work possible use of different models of the computing cloud in permanent education is analysed. Selected criteria are discussed that are needed for their effective use in the educational process. A special attention is drawn to economical aspects of the introduction of the computing cloud to education, especially to the permanent education.
