This article reports on the findings of a study on the empirical verification of the hypothesis regarding a stronger impact of gender over sex on coping with stressful situations. Gender has been operationalized into S. Bem’s gender schemas. Multiple regression analysis confirmed the hypothesis for the three measured styles of coping with stress.

The paper focuses on the selection, application and evaluation of games suitable to enhance teaching and learning processes in two courses related to logistics and supply chain management (SCM) at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade. The selection procedure of logistics and SCM games which incorporates the database of these games and a multi-criteria analysis are designed and applied. Based on requirements to support practicing the distribution requirements planning (DRP) a new game has also been designed. The outcomes of post-game evaluation have shown that students like playing logistics and SCM games and that playing these games helps them learn something they have not previously known. The results of this study are useful for both academics and practitioners interested in training and education of logistics and supply chain (SC) professionals.

The paper contains a report on the empirical inquiry which reveals how teachers and future teachers regard the educational transformations in Poland resulting from the implemented reform and what implications this may have in the field of education. In the context of attitudes towards the implementation of reforms in the education system, the author has raised a basic question of fundamental importance, whether teachers' professional preparation and degree of reflection, their attitude towards the reality of the situation and the motivation they show allow them to safely observe the course of events in the contemporary educational process. The author presents such issues and he outlines a fundamental question: how do teachers perceive their own professional role and can they identify at all the tasks they should fulfill within the changing social, political and economic reality? The text also contains a reference to a peculiar educational myth, according to which the educational reforms were somehow forced on Poland by the European Union. The author presents the attitude towards the education reforms being introduced, as observed from the perspective of the professional environment, which fundamentally polarises teaching circles. He concludes that - still for some time - the emotions accompanying these transformations will be the greater, the more changes are noted by teachers in the current state of educational materials.

Education and educational policy represent a significant place in society. The role of education in the European dimension lies in its contribution to the development of European inhabitants' awareness of common qualities of solidarity, democracy, equal opportunity and mutual respect. The aim of this research was to connect leadership characteristics and skills of school employees in Serbia with their personality dimensions. Techniques of interviewing and scaling, instruments in the form of questionnaire and an attitude scale were applied in this study. Research population consisted of employees of elementary and secondary schools in Serbia (Vojvodina province), while the research sample comprised 252 respondents, including principals, deputy principals, teachers and professional associates (psychologists and pedagogues). Data obtained were processed in the statistical SPSS package (descriptive analysis, factor scores on extracted Promax dimensions, measures of linear and multiple correlations, discriminant analysis) and point to insufficiently expressed leadership features of employees in educational institutions in Serbia and a statistically significant relationship between leadership characteristics and the respondents’ personality traits.

This quantitative research examines the utilisation patterns of GPT chat platforms within the adolescent demographic of secondary school students, exploring the potential associations between such usage and their vocational interests, gender, and personality traits. The study involved 75 students from a technologically advanced high school, where tablets and iPads are innovatively implemented, largely replacing traditional teaching aids in every subject. A diagnostic survey and two psychological tests – NEO Five-Factor Inventory NEO-FFI by P.T. Costa and R.R. McCrae – Polish adaptation and Multidimensional Preference Questionnaire WKP were used. The research indicated a correlation between gender and interests and declared level of knowledge about AI tools: in the study group, boys declared a higher level of knowledge and interests. Moreover, there is no significant correlation between personality and the use of ChatGPT. Individuals with managerial and organisational interests reported higher interest in ChatGPT. Conversely, individuals with practical and aesthetic interests stated that ChatGPT restricts creativity.
