Opis:
The aim of the study is to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence of driving instructors with their styles of coping with stress. The study included 100 instructors, 70 of whom were men, whose age ranged between 23 and 69 years of age and 30 women aged between 25 and 55 years old. Instructors job experience was 8 years old. The study used Popular Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire by Jaworowski, Matczak et al. and Questionnaire and Coping with Stressful Situations by Strelau et al. The analysis revealed statistically significant differences between male and female instructors at the average results of the level of emotional control and understanding of emotions. At instructors-business owners it is noted signifi-cantly higher levels of all the features of emotional intelligence than at instruc-tors-workers. Driving instructors, both men as well as women achieved average results in applied styles of coping with stress. The highest level, instructors obtained in the style of coping with stress, concentrated on the task whose outcome was significantly different from other styles.

Opis:
This article provides an overview of the views on the importance of temperament and the sense of hope for the success of driving instructors and the relationships of these structures with the satisfaction of the trainees. The study included 100 instructors, 70 of whom were men, whose age ranged be-tween 23 and 69 years of age and 30 women aged between 25 and 55 years old. The instructors' training period was 8 years. The study used questionnaires: Formal Charac-teristics of Behavior Temperament Questionnaire by Jan Strelau and Bogdan Zawadzki, Eysencraft Personality Questionnaire in Polish adaptation of Brzozowski and Drwal and Hope Questionnaire for Success by Łagun, Trzebinski and Zięba. Driving instructors received average scores on all scales of questionnaires. Statistical analyzes show that both instructor owners and instructors employees achieved average results on all scales used in the study. Both groups showed significant differences in the mean results of neuroticism, emotional reactivity, endurance, activity. Instructors have achieved significantly higher scores on scales: student satisfaction with the course, comprehension of the student's problems, or overall assessment of the instructor, while female instructors gained higher scores on the stress level of the training. Significantly higher results in instructors male instructors women, scales: satisfaction of students from the course, understanding the problems of students or, more generally assessed instructor and higher in women on a scale stress level training can lead to the conclusion that the male instructors give their trainees greater satisfaction from training than women. Significantly higher scores on all satisfaction scales from instructor owner training allow you to formulate the claim that the trainee enjoys a higher level of satisfaction with the training, in cooperation with the instructor who is also the owner of the business.
