Opis:: Przedstawiono wyniki analizy funkcjonowania systemu kanalizacyjnego miasta Przemyśla. Wykonano ją w celu zbadania wpływu rozwoju terenów miejskich na przepływy ścieków istniejącą siecią kanalizacyjną. Na podstawie projektu tej sieci i planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego w programie SWMM został zbudowany model hydrodynamiczny rozpatrywanej zlewni dzielnicy Zasanie. W symulacjach zostały wykorzystane rzeczywiste dane opadowe pochodzące z deszczomierzy zlokalizowanych w tej dzielnicy.
The paper presents the results of the analysis of the sewage system functioning in the city of Przemysl. It was assumed that, as a result of joining to the city new areas, the volume of stormwater discharged to existing combined sewer system would increase continuously. The information about the areas that are planned to be joined was drawn from current development plan of the city of Przemysl. On the basis of data received from the sewage system exploiter hydrodynamic model of the drainage basin of Zasanie quarter was created. The model is based on the existing sewerage network design and development plan of the city. Simulations with the use of real-life precipitation data collected by the pluviometer in Przemysl were carried out with the use of Storm Water Management Model program. The aim of the carried out analysis is determination of influence that development of the urban area has on sewage flows in the sewerage systems. Obtained result should be taken under consideration by the local governments whenever joining of the new areas to the city is being planned, since existing sewerage systems are frequently unable to take in and discharge excessive volume of stormwater. The solution to this problem can be, however, the use of retention reservoirs within the networks or taking into account, while preparing local development plans, devices and objects designed for sustainable rainwater management.
