Constitutional Tribunal - Opis:
- The author of the opinion notes that although the Tribunal’s doubts about the correctness of specifying the date of publication of the Martial Law Decree in the Journal of Laws were the basis for the declaration of the unconstitutionality of this act, the effects of the entry into force of this judgment affect only the normative system, that is, a change in the area of the norms in force. The principles regarding the preparation of bibliographic descriptions and texts of legal acts in the ISAP have been developed for many years of practice and the data included in the ISAP reflects the information contained in official journals. There are no legal obstacles to put in the bibliographic description of the legal act placed in the ISAP an annotation that includes information about the judgment of the Constitutional Tribunal on the constitutionality of the act and excerpts from the statements of the Constitutional Tribunal included only in the written grounds of the judgment.
