    Opis:
    The history of musical performances is also the history of space in which they take place. This space is associated with the development of digital technologies. The article presents situations in which musicians perform or take other artistic actions relying on these technologies. This is an attempt at drawing attention to the fact that cyberspace does not replace traditional performance space (like concert halls, opera houses etc.) but rather, leads to cooperation of musicians in that space.

    Opis:
    The Internet, as a social medium has a wide spectrum of applications. In general, the cyberspace serves as a provider of services, a commercial platform and the arena of social networking. On one hand, the Internet offers unlimited possibilities with respect to the access to all sources of information but, on the other hand, it can generate a series of threats to the established social and legal order. The threats may pertain to systems, data security, computer programs, users' privacy and intellectual property. Although the problem is important socially as well as politically, until recently the Polish literature on the subject did not address the issue of counteracting and punishing offences related to electronic data processing widely enough. The motivation behind this paper was recent social discourse on the free flow of information on the Internet and the multiplicity of controversies accompanying this topic.

    Cyberspace as a virtual venue for communication and information offers its users potentials the consequences of which can be debated from different angles. The critique coming from respectable professional sources highlights some of the risks in the system. Cyberspace has accelerated a fundamental transformation in consumption and increased the use of digital services. It reinforced digital business models’ dominant position at the expense of more traditional businesses. Tech giants showed how vital is big data and inferred data derived from the Internet users’ activity. Today hardly anyone can ridicule or dismiss as bizarre stories of censorship, malevolence, manipulation, fake news, fraud or actions of distinct ideological flavour. Hardly anyone mentions the fate of the human being who has drifted into the domain of illusion.

    The article provides the justification for the need to analyze the area of 'new media' with regard to the use of digital tools by children and youth with intellectual disabilities. It presents the genesis of the notion of cyberspace as well as the nature of possible consequences associated with inappropriate use of digital technologies. The paper then discusses the categories of negative effects related to cyberspace and the use of new technologies by children and youth with intellectual disabilities. The increasing digitization has influenced the evolution of cyberbullying. There is no highly effective method or solution available to protect children and youth with intellectual disabilities against cyber crimes. Therefore, the idea of reasonable usage of 'new media' seems to be one of the most important tasks for educators, teachers, and parents of children and youth with intellectual disabilities in the 21st century.
    W prezentowanym artykule przedstawiono uzasadnienie potrzeby podjęcia tematu nowych mediów w kontekście użytkowania przez młodzież z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną. Przedstawiono genezę zagadnienia cyberprzestrzeni i skutków nieodpowiedniego korzystania z technologii cyfrowych. W dalszej części zaprezentowano kategorie czynników szkodliwych w obszarze cyberprzestrzeni związaną z użytkowaniem przez dzieci i młodzież z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną. Digitalizacja cyberprzestrzeni przyczyniła się do rozwoju cyberbullyingu. Nie ma skutecznej metody, aby uchronić dzieci i młodzież z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną przed stycznością z cyberzagrożeniami. Tylko rozsądne użytkowanie nowych mediów to najważniejsze zadanie dla pedagogów i rodziców młodzieży z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną.

    W artykule zbadano problem wpływu mediów, kształtujących myśl społeczną, zakła-dających fundamenty przekonań politycznych. Chodzi przede wszystkim o wpływy na rzeczywistość dziejowo-polityczn++ą. Najważniejszą kwestią, umożliwiającą rządom zarządzanie swoją działalnością oraz kontrolę tej działalności, jest istnienie wiarygodnych informacji. To, w dalszej kolejności, pozwala społeczeństwu aktywnie angażować się w zarządzanie krajem. W tym aspekcie ogromną rolę odegrał okres „Rewolucji Godności” na Euromajdanie 2013-2014, usuwający ówczesnego prezydenta Wiktora Janukowycza ze stanowiska. Można go potraktować jako formę rewolucji poprzez YouTube, Facebook i Twitter, co stanowi przykład ewolucji technologii współczesnych oraz mediów społecznych.
    The body of the article goes on to discuss the problem of cyberspace authoritative impact on political reality, as it shapes public opinion, lays the grounds of political beliefs and transforms the course of history. Broadly speaking, reliable information is a critical resource that helps to ensure the accountability of a government, enables a government to manage its operations, and allows the public to participate in the governance of their country. In particular, the 2013-2014 Euromaidan ‘Revolution of Dignity’, seeking to topple the-then President V.Yanukovych from power, could be described as the YouTube, Facebook and Twitter revolution - reflecting the evolution of technology and social media.

    Rozwój pedagogiki wraz z rewolucyjnymi odkryciami z dziedziny mikroelektroniki stał się siłą napędową społeczeństwa informacyjnego, nazywanego również jako społeczeństwo wiedzy. Jego rzeczywistość powoduje dziś niewyobrażalne zmiany w edukacji i wychowaniu, mentalności oraz życiu codziennym człowieka. Dynamiczny rozwój technologiczny spowodował jakościowe i ilościowe zmiany w technologii kształcenia, umożliwiając wykorzystanie coraz nowszych mediów dydaktycznych. Proste środki zostały uzupełnione, a w większości przypadków zastąpione mediami złożonymi w tym robotami humanoidalnymi. W związku z tym, iż żyjemy w szczególnym okresie rozwoju cywilizacji wkrótce różnego rodzaju automaty i roboty staną się częścią wyposażenia szkolnych pracowni. Ta tendencja jest już wyraźnie zarysowana w krajach wysoko rozwiniętych technologicznie. Czy tego chcemy, czy nie, automatyka, robotyka i informatyka będzie coraz bardziej obecna w naszym życiu. Co więcej, już niedługo całe zastępy mniej lub bardziej inteligentnych robotów pojawią się w naszym otoczeniu gruntownie je zmieniając. Od nas zależy przygotowanie się do najbliższej przyszłości by nie stać się ofiarami własnej technologii i wynalazczości.

    The focus study concentrated on the research of 1) children’s perception of the essential features of cyberspace, 2) children’s understanding of its content and structure, i.e. its specific architecture, or “furnishing”, and tools utilized by it, 3) children’s perception of the determinants of their cognitive and social functioning in cyberspace, 4) children’s degree of awareness of the areas of risks and potential threats resulting from exploration of cyberspace. Qualitative research (focus interview) was carried out in five groups of three-year elementary school students (N = 15) from the urban environment. Results of the study may inspire design of educational programs, but owing to the small size of the group studied, they may not be used as a basis for drawing more general conclusions.
