    Jesus’ Cross, death, and Resurrection are events from His life that paved the way for man’s salvation. The Son of God’s passion and death on the Cross led to the Resurrection. Because of Jesus Christ’s Resurrection, every person who remains in union with him can count on experiencing his own personal resurrection. Christ took up the Cross out of love for man and, in so doing, paved the way to eternal life. The prospect of eternal life was made possible for man through Jesus’ redemption, which He achieved on the cross and brought to completion in the Resurrection. Because of this greatest of mysteries, man’s union with God does not cease when he dies, but rather continues within God’s eternal life. This article considers Ratzinger’s theology that presents the staurological basis of the mystery of the Resurrection and is organized into three categories: the Cross, death, and the Resurrection. When man lives with Christ, he enters into a relationship of love that leads to the cross, which transforms time and is a precursor to eternity.

    The author of the article Christ as the face of the Father’s mercy. A top-down and theophanic conception of God’s Mercy draws the most fundamental approach to the mystery of mercy as a form of the inner revelation of the Triune God's life from the ample Polish literature devoted to the issue of God’s Mercy, and analyzes it. Also practicing mercy, according to this conception, may be done in the right way if its features are recognized in Jesus Christ the Incarnated Son’s deeds. The author calls this perspective of theology of mercy “a top-down conception”, as humanity is not able to comprehend the essence of mercy without the aid of the supernatural world that, on the one hand, shows what God is like in His essence, and on the other, how one should follow God to be saved. God's self-revelation in the salutary events becomes – according to the author – the best interpretation key of God's theology of mercy, showing His Trinitarian character.

    W niniejszym artykule została przeprowadzona analiza słów Jezusa o zniszczeniu i odbudowie świątyni zawartych w J 2,19. Na początku przeanalizowano znaczenie słów „burzyć” i ,,odbudować”. Wykazano, że nie mają one sensu fizycznego zniszczenia świątyni, oznaczają śmierć i zmartwychwstanie Jezusa. Następnie ukazano, że słowo ,,świątynia” zostało w tym miejscu użyte w odniesieniu do ciała Jezusa jako nowej przestrzeni obecności Boga. Przeprowadzone analizy wykazały, że słowa Jezusa należy rozumieć głębiej niż polecenie zniszczenia świątyni w Jerozolimie. W tych słowach Jezus przepowiedział swoją śmierć i zmartwychwstanie i wskazał, że od tej pory nie świątynia z kamienia, ale Jego ciało jest nowym miejscem obecności Boga.
    This article has been carried out analysis of Jesus’ words about the destruction and rebuilding of the temple in John 2: 19. First analyzed the meaning of the words ,,demolish” and ,,rebuild”. It has been shown that they have no meaning of physical destruction of the temple, but it means the death and resurrection of Jesus. Later it has been shown the word ,,temple” means the body of Jesus as the new space the presence of God. The analyzes carried out showed that the words of Jesus must be understood more deeply than command the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem. By these words Jesus foretold his death and resurrection, and pointed out that from now not the temple of stone, but his body is a new place of God’s presence.

    Autor artykułu Chrystus obliczem miłosierdzia Ojca. Koncepcja odgórna i teofanijna Bożego Miłosierdzia wydobywa z bogatej literatury polskiej na temat Bożego Miłosierdzia i analizuje najbardziej fundamentalne ujęcie misterium miłosierdzia jako formy objawienia wewnętrznego życia Boga Trójjedynego. Również praktykowanie miłosierdzia, według tej koncepcji, może być właściwie prowadzone, jeśli się rozpozna jego cechy w działaniu Jezusa Chrystusa, Syna Wcielonego. Autor nazywa tę perspektywę teologii miłosierdzia „koncepcją odgórną”, gdyż ludzkość nie jest w stanie pojąć istoty miłosierdzia bez pomocy światła nadprzyrodzonego, które z jednej strony pokazuje jaki jest Bóg co do swej istoty, z drugiej jak należy naśladować Boga, by się zbawić. Samoobjawienie Boga w wydarzeniach zbawczych staje się − według autora − najlepszym kluczem interpretacyjnym teologii miłosierdzia Bożego, oddającym jego trynitarny charakter.

    Wniebowstąpienie jeszcze wyraźniej niż Zmartwychwstanie daje nam odczuć, że Chrystus jest ponad wszelkimi ludzkimi ograniczeniami. Jest inaczej i bardziej obecny, niż potrafimy to zrozumieć. Można określić tę obecność jako Boską, a ta nie zna opuszczenia, oddalenia, zapomnienia, odległości.
    The Risen Christ reveals the love of God the Father and reveals himself as His beloved Son. In Him, every man is accepted by God. Ascension is the next step in the mission of Christ, which completes in His return to the Father. In Him man returns to his Father. The exaltation of Christ is already made on Calvary. Through the cross Son opens the door to Father’s house for His brothers. Acending to the heaven, Christ does not leave the disciples and foretells the coming of the Holy Spirit. That is why the Apostles after the Ascension did not suffer sorrow, but they glorified God and expected the Paraclete. The presence of the Master of Nazareth took on another dimension, a new form. Through the Holy Spirit, Jesus still reveals the Father to the disciples, this is done especially in the Eucharist.
