Opis:: The content of the article presents a different perspective on the closeness through the relationship in siblings. The dynamic development of the relationship depends on many factors. The proximity of siblings affects, for example, the intimacy of siblings. The method of maintaining the relationship between siblings is visible in other relations at the stage of education. Attention is also focused on research done among siblings in one of the lower secondary school. The research concerned cooperation and competition as an activity through which siblings build, develop and strengthen relationships. 73 young people were examined (of which 22 came from large families)
Artykuł przedstawia tematykę intymności i bliskości w relacjach pomiędzy rodzeństwem. Dynamiczny rozwój relacji zależy od wielu czynników. Wypracowywana bliskość przekłada się na kreowany klimat wspólnej intymności. Sposób podtrzymywania relacji pomiędzy rodzeństwem uwidacznia się w relacjach na etapie edukacji. W drugiej części artykułu przedstawione zostały badania zrealizowane wśród rodzeństwa w jednej ze szkół gimnazjalnych w dużym mieście. Badania dotyczyły współdziałania i rywalizacji jako aktywności, poprzez które rodzeństwo buduje, rozwija i wzmacnia relacje. W drugiej połowie 2015 roku przebadanych zostało 73 młodych ludzi (z czego 22 pochodziło z rodzin wielodzietnych).

Opis:: Interorganizational cooperation depends on many factors including the similarity and differences between the partners in terms of e.g. organizational culture, knowledge, resources, or in relation to geographical location to each other. These differences can be analyzed by using the concept of distance which occurs in various dimensions. The aim of the paper is to identify distance dimensions and to indicate how they affect business cooperation in a tourist destination. To achieve this aim, the research on economic cooperation was used, involving semi-structured interviewees with tourist entrepreneurs operating in different Polish municipalities. Research showed that all types of distance dimensions (cognitive, communicative, organizational, functional, social, cultural and geographical) are important for tourism cooperation, although in relation to the processes related to a given territory (e.g. tourism development) the role of some of them, such as social distance or geographical, is crucial.
Współpraca międzyorganizacyjna zależy od wielu czynników, w tym od podobieństwa i różnic między parterami w zakresie np. kultury organizacyjnej, posiadanej wiedzy, zasobów czy też lokalizacji geograficznej względem siebie. Różnice te można analizować, wykorzystując koncepcję dystansu, który może występować w różnych wymiarach. Celem artykułu jest identyfikacja wymiarów dystansu i wskazanie, jak oddziałują one na współpracę gospodarczą w regionie turystycznym. Aby osiągnąć ten cel, wykorzystano badania nad współpracą w postaci wywiadów półstrukturyzowanych z przedsiębiorcami turystycznymi działającymi w różnych polskich gmianch. Badania pokazały, że wszystkie rodzaje wymiarów dystansu (poznawczy, komunikacyjny, organizacyjny, funkcjonalny, społeczny, kulturowy oraz geograficzny) są ważne dla współpracy w turystyce, choć w odniesieniu do procesów związanych z danym terytorium (np. rozwojem turystyki) rola niektórych z nich, takich jak dystans społeczny czy geograficzny, jest kluczowa.

Opis:: The main paper aims to evaluate the impact of organisational competence on knowledge and information flows within cluster organisations and technology parks, with particular emphasis on innovative content knowledge. The paper addresses the research question: “What set of competencies of cooperating companies allows access to information and knowledge in cluster and parks structures?" The authors report their findings from a quantitative study carried out in four cluster organisations and three technology parks functioning in Poland. The research sample covered a total of 269 enterprises: 132 cluster members and 137 park tenants. The primary method of data collection was a survey questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using the interdependence of variables, ANOVA, and logistic regression. The research showed that the surveyed enterprises from both analysed groups preferred cooperation with partners of a similar level of competence development and the same or complementary scope of competence. This set of competencies of cooperating organisations also guaranteed better access to information and knowledge resources, including confidential information and new knowledge. This study additionally indicated that the knowledge creation activities performed by the cooperating cluster organisations depended on the proximity of the competencies of organisations as well as on the nature of the information, disseminated within the cluster organisations. The theoretical contribution is related to the results obtained by analysing the phenomenon of information and knowledge dissemination in cluster and park structures, revealing the impact made by the competence proximity of cooperating organisations on the access to this such resources. Thus, the findings supplement the state-of-the-art knowledge of the concept of industrial clusters by presenting a broader view on cooperation developed in geographical proximity, based on a set of various partner competencies.
