Opis:
The article concerns different strategies of agritourism services development included in general districts development strategies. The author presented different conceptions and forms of strategic agritourism development. The state of agritourism development in Malopolska Voivodeship was shown. A number of agritourism farms in individual provinces in this region was presented. Besides, factors of agritourism development on this territory were shown. In the empirical part of the article results of researches carried out in 57 districts in Malopolska Voivodeship, on the subject of the role of local authorities in agritourism development, and on the subject of the significance of undertakings directed to agritourism development included in district’ development strategies worked out, were shown.
Artykuł ukazuje różne koncepcje i formy strategii rozwoju agroturystyki na przykładzie wybranych gmin województwa małopolskiego. Przedstawiono stan rozwoju agroturystyki w tym regionie. Ukazano na bazie literatury przedmiotu rodzaje przedsięwzięć strategicznych w rozwoju usług agroturystycznych. Przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w 57 gminach omawianego województwa związanych z planami rozwoju agroturystyki ujętymi w strategiach rozwoju tych gmin.

The history of human thoughts since the time of Ancient Greece until present time shows us abundance of thoughts regarding phenomena human psychological life. It is possible to distinguish in this history five mains concepts of psychological life: 1. Ontological concept (psychological life is connected with a soul, which existence is treated as a being); 2. Subjectivistic concept (psychological life is connected with a consciousness); 3. Objectivistic concept (psychological life is connected with behaviour, which can be objective visible for a researcher); 4. Subconsciousnessal concept (psychological life is connected with a subconsciousness); 5. Realistic concept (psychological life is connected with a personality). Looking on issues concepts of psychological life in historical aspect it is possible to see huge abundance of ideas regarding this problem. Each epoch has been trying to resolve of the mystery of human psychological life on measure its own time. These researches made the important footstep in our history, without which, it would not be possible far progress in the discovering of the phenomena psychological life

The article presents some results of preparing a Polish translation of Thomas Hobbes’s first important work, Elements of law, natural and politic. I focus on explaining various meanings of the term “conception” as it is used by Hobbes in this writing. In his philosophy Hobbes uses the term in three different ways. The first of them refers to sense (or sensation) and image arising on sense organs as a result of the movement of external bodies mechanically affecting them. In its second meaning “conception” is understood as imagination, described also as a decaying sense. According to the third use of the term, “conception” is a state of understanding of something, or possessing a conception caused by speech (complex imagination). Such an undertaking makes it possible to reconstruct the development of the meaning of the term within the philosophy of Hobbes and the relation between his early and later writings, namely Elements of Law, Leviathan and De Corpore.

This study presents the vehicle classifications existing in various documents: „The Encyclopaedia of military Technology”, The Polish Norm PN-V-01002: „Armoured Equipment. Parameters and comparative ratios. Terminology and classification”, Structure of Car Transportation of Polish Armed Forces, The Defence Equipment Classification, The Allied Research Procedures Publication AVTP 00-07 „Military Vehicles Categories” (STANAG 4357 and 4358), The Common Procurement Vocabulary, established by the European Commission) and Fixed Assets Classification. The authors of the article take note of the inaccuracies in existing classifications and point out the necessity to create new, logical error free classification. The conception presented in the article is an attempt to put this situation in order. Presented conception of classification vehicles used in the army, primarily as weapons carries, necessary combat and logistics equipment, and also as means of transport and protection of sub-units of infantry, in order to eliminate chaos in military vehicle nomenclature used in documents such us: acts, regulations, norms and instructions. The conception characterizes certain level of generalization. For further detailed division can be used criteria named in the article: general criteria and particular criteria.

The article regards critical systems precisely controlled by safety units. A new idea of safety logic microcontroller is proposed. It is built on the basis of the simplest mechanisms and technical solutions. This approach allowed to obtain a complex decision-making and control microsystem, in which the applied mechanisms and solutions increased its reliability. As a result, the proposed control unit proved to be a universal solution, which can be used in any critical system.

The main aim of the paper was to elaborate a conception of spatial development around dormitories of the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum located in Prokocim – one of Krakow quarters. The area that is being elaborated comprises public space of academic commune which lives there. Lack of possibility to spend free time in the closest neigbourhood together with special landscape values and a very bad state of buildings and also outdated infrastructure became inspiration to create this conception. The task was characterized by works’ multi-stages and its main goal was to create favourable conditions of functioning and friendly space for its inhabitants. Special attention should have been paid to demands concerning architecture, environment and landscape values with simultaneous preserving of  economic balance while planning the conception. Planned assumption of modernization and development of objects and not only sporting and recreational ones can become a response for inhabitants’ expectations and needs in the range of free time realization and spending.

In this paper a new conception of safety logic microcontroller (BML) is described, together with its physical hardware realization. The unit has various mechanisms which increase its safety and reliability, so that it can satisfy rigorous requirements of safety-critical systems. Thus, the BML unit uses some untypical and innovative technical solutions. The new approach to safety systems development allowed to propose a new conception. The paper describes also physical realization of small multiprocessor BML unit for management of decision-control systems adopted to critical usage.

In the paper the sustainable development in historical view and theoretical aspects (conception, definition and aims of sustainable, dominant trends in UE agriculture) was presented. In the research on this problem, construction of the tools and models for the estimation of farms sustainable development level is necessary – the paper presents mythological trial of systematization of the principal indicators groups on this estimation.
Rozwój rolnictwa po II wojnie światowej, oparty na intensyfikacji produkcji rolnej – przynosząc znaczne sukcesy – doprowadził do wielu negatywnych zjawisk (nadprodukcja, poważne zagrożenia dla ekosystemu, pogorszenie jakości produktów itp.). W ostatnich latach podjęto wiele działań modyfikujących Wspólną Politykę Rolną. Zmierzały one do ekstensyfikacji produkcji rolnej oraz do opracowania systemu bodźców ekonomicznych stymulujących technologie, zmniejszające zagrożenie dla środowiska. Wymienione wyżej działania nie zakończą się sukcesem, o ile nie zostaną oparte na szerokiej systemowej koncepcji ochrony środowiska i rozwoju społeczeństwa. Jest nią propagowana koncepcja trwałego i zrównoważonego rozwoju. W artykule przedstawiono rys historyczny i teoretyczne aspekty zrównoważonego rozwoju (koncepcja, definicja i cele, dominujące tendencje w rolnictwie Unii Europejskiej). W dalszych badaniach nad tą problematyką kluczowym i niezbędnym elementem staje się wypracowanie metod służących ocenie stopnia zrównoważenia gospodarstw rolnych. Praca przedstawia metodologiczną próbę systematyzacji podstawowych grup wskaźników i kryteriów takiej oceny.

The article aims to analyze the Old Testament’s idea of life before birth. Firstly, I examine some expressions describing sexual intercourse. Secondly, I study the meaning of the word הרה hārāh “to conceive”. Thirdly, I analyze some crucial texts (ad es. Rdz 25, 21– 24; Wj 21, 22–25; Hi 10; Ps 139). At the end, I offer a brief synthesis of the Old Testament’s idea about life between conception and birth.

Opis:
Some legal thinkers (R. Dworkin amongst them) suppose that the concept of law is an essentially contested concept. This article firstly introduces the idea of essentially contested concepts, developed by W.B. Gallie. Secondly, it is argued that the concept of law cannot be perceived as an essentially contested concept, though some related concepts (such as “the rule of law”, according to J. Waldron’s analysis) can. Finally, I propose some arguments, in which I partly follow K. Ehrenberg’s recent analysis, showing that in Dworkinean terms, calling law an essentially contested concept may raise doubts and controversy.

Artykuł dotyczy badań w dziedzinie systemów pomiarowych bazujących na zasadach teorii "złotych pierścieni liczbowych" (ZPL). Zasady tej teorii prowadzą do rozwoju techniki komputerowej, bazującej na wykorzystaniu nieznanych wcześniej wspaniałych własności kodów ZPL. Jako przykład może służyć optymalizacja rozmieszczenia elementów pomiarowych w przestrzeni w celu osiągnięcia jak najlepszej zdolności rozdzielczej całego systemu.
The paper considers research in the area of measuring systems based on the "gold numerical rings" (GNR)s. The fundamentals of the theory lead to development of computing technology using unknown earlier remarkable properties of the GRB codes. As an example it can be the optimization for arrangement of sensors spreading in a space for achievement of the best resolving ability for all systems.

The Polish legislator has regulated the personal side of the offence of bodily injury in a child conceived in a manner different from the regulations adopted for crimes related to causing injury to the health of a born person. In the current legal framework, inadvertent harm to a conceived child or life threatening health disorder is not criminalised. Such a state of affairs leads to the issue of a possible amendment of Article 157a of the Penal Code regarding the punishability of unintentional acts. It seems (taking into account the birth criterion) that the legislator differentiates the protection of legal goods in the form of human life and health. It is indisputable that criminal law is an ultima ratio, applied when other legal means are not adequate to the rank of the protected good. However, despite the fact that there are civil regulations on this subject, it seems that they are not a sufficient means of protecting the legal goods in question. For this reason, this discourse proposes several solutions with regard to the subjective part of the offence of Article157a PC.
