- The aim of this publication is to present the equipment enabling the collection of comparative material for otoscopic and cheiloscopic identification which was constructed by the company STANIMEX (Ltd.). The authors emphasise that if you have otoscopic and cheiloscopic traces and want to identify a person who may have left the trace, you should collect comparative material of appropriate quality. In addition, interesting data has been presented, provided by the Scientific Development Department of the Central Forensic Laboratory of the Police, concerning, for example, the number of positive and negative identifications.
