    Opis:
    There is no unique definition of migration nor is a simple classification of migration possible either, because of the existence of multi-dimensional migration criteria such as cause, length, distance, direction, volume, velocity, migratory status etc. The purpose of the paper is to develop significant data that will provide insightful conclusions for the factors that contribute to high migration of youth from Kosovo. The qualitative empirical research is meant to find out the extent to which youth were satisfied with the way of life in Kosovo, what the reasons were for that, and whether that would change their way of life.

    Opis:
    The allocation of revenues / incomes is a key factor in the functioning of every socio economic system. Problem, even considerable risk of significant property and the income inequality lies in the fact that this would mortify capital and does not get into the economic cycle. Dangerous is that income inequality is understood (forces to be accepted) as a static and necessarily acceptable phenomenon of the current socio-economic system. The deepening income inequality is the cause of many negative issues of the contemporary world. World inequality (growing disparity in capital and labour income) obtains enormous proportions and has a growing trend, thereby it increases the volume and strength of its negative consequences, such as: economically unjustified concentration of capital and assets in the hands of individual layers of society, economically unjustifiable and unsustainable dis- parity between wealth growth and deepening inequality of its distribution, disregard for the principles of merit and non-discrimination within the manner and form of distribution and redistribution in society, narrowing the space for the recovery of capital surplus, increasingly deformed structure of production and consumption, unprecedented expansion of the financial sector; virtual demand generated by the expanding financial sector , excessive production capacities, increase of regional disparities, increasing economic and political power of TNK, increase of deficit of public finance; shifting of state costs to the citizens (health, education, social care, etc.), permanent income freezing of the majority of the population, growth in the number of people in poverty, escape of firms from paying social and fiscal payables, insufficient effective demand at real economy, corruption, excessive growth of government and household indebtedness, unemployment, inadequate position of people at the labour market, devastation of the environment, the decline of moral and value orientation in people's behaviour and in the functioning of society, decline of the birth rate, aging of population, social, economic and political instability, susceptibility of the society to social and economic shocks, etc. These facts also represent new economic and social conditions for business.

    Wypadki drogowe to wiele tragedii ludzkich pociągających za sobą ogromne straty społeczne i materialne. We współczesnym świecie motoryzacja – oprócz tego, że jest silnym czynnikiem rozwoju społecznego – rodzi wiele problemów społeczno-ekonomicznych, medycznych, prawnych, organizacyjnych itd. Sposób ich rozwiązania w szerszym pojęciu rzutuje na stan bezpieczeństwa i porządku publicznego, a w ujęciu węższym na bezpieczeństwo ruchu na drogach publicznych, strefach zamieszkania i strefach ruchu. Niniejszy artykuł poświęcony jest wypadkom drogowym i ich skutkom w ujęciu statystycznym oraz analizie powstania zdarzeń na drogach i ich sprawstwa.
    Road accidents are many human tragedies with huge social and material losses. In the modern world, apart from being a strong factor of social development, automotive industry raises many social and economic, medical, legal, organizational and other problems. The way they are solved in a broader sense affects the state of safety and public order, and in a narrower sense - the safety of traffic on public roads, residential areas and traffic zones. This paper is devoted to road accidents and their consequences in statistical terms and the analysis of the occurrence and cause of events on the roads.

    The article is devoted to the migration crisis in modern Europe. Considered the reasons for migration crisis and contributing to the worsening situation of migrants, the actions of different countries to resolve the crisis, possible consequences for the European States. Defines the main directions of migration flows, the main problems of migration policy. Identified the necessary direction in the development of migration policies of European countries, prospects for resolving the immigration crisis.

    W artykule przedstawiono i poddano analizie dane statystyczne, dotyczące wieku i stażu poszkodowanych w wypadkach przy pracy, które zostały zarejestrowane przez Główny Urząd Statystyczny, za pomocą formularza „Statystycznej Karty Wypadków przy Pracy Z-KW”. Opisano rozkład wskaźnik częstości występowania wypadków przy pracy według wieku stażu poszkodowanych. Przeprowadzono również analizę przyczyn, przebiegów i ciężkości wypadków przy pracy w poszczególnych grupach wiekowych.
    In this article statistical data, concerning age and tenure of persons injured in accidents at work, which were registered by Polish Central Statistical 0ff ice (GUS) with the use of „Accident Statistical Card”, have been presented and analyzed. The frequency distribution of accidents at work and incidence rate were analyzed regarding persons” injured age and tenure. Causes, courses and consequences of accidents at work in particular age groups were also analyzed.
