- This paper is a synthesis of the most important difficulties and obstacles affecting nursery in Poland, including the context of new challenges, such as the pandemic. With the use of information sourced from active healthcare personnel, this article is an attempt at diagnosing which possible fields could be led to optimization of medical personnel’s efforts and mitigation from certain tasks by the implementation of new IT technologies and devices. Application of the presented examples of solutions could be an answer to the issues addressed in this article.
