    Opis:
    Twitter is an online social networking service where worldwide users publish their opinions on a variety of topics, discuss current issues, complain, and express positive or negative sentiment for products they use in daily life. Therefore, Twitter is a rich source of data for opinion mining and sentiment analysis. However, sentiment analysis for Twitter messages (tweets) is regarded as a challenging problem because tweets are short and informal. This paper focuses on this problem by the analyzing of symbols called emotion tokens, including emotion symbols (e.g. emoticons and emoji ideograms). According to observation, these emotion tokens are commonly used. They directly express one’s emotions regardless of his/her language, hence they have become a useful signal for sentiment analysis on multilingual tweets. The paper describes the approach to performing sentiment analysis, that is able to determine positive, negative and neutral sentiments for a tested topic.
    Twitter jest ogólnoświatowym serwisem, w którym użytkownicy publikują swoje opinie na różne tematy, dyskutują na temat bieżących wydarzeń oraz wyrażają pozytywne bądź negatywne opinie o produktach, których używają w codziennym życiu. Z tego powodu Twitter jest potężnym źródłem danych do badania opinii i analizy wydźwięku. Jednak analiza wydźwięku komunikatów na Twiterze (tweetów) uważana jest za problem, będący zarazem wyzwaniem, z powodu niewielkiej objętości tekstu tweetów i często nieformalnego charakteru ich języka. Artykuł skupia się na analizie symboli znanych jako emotikony i emoji. Zgodnie z przeprowadzonymi badaniami, symbole te są powszechnie używane w komunikacji za pomocą Twittera. Wyrażają one bezpośrednio emocje niezależnie od języka, dlatego mogą być używane w wielojęzycznych tekstach. W artykule przedstawiono podejście do analizy wydźwięku umożliwiającej określenie pozytywnego, negatywnego lub neutralnego wydźwięku badanych tekstów.

    Opis:
    The influence of SAS of different chemical nature on aggregate stability and bactericidal action of nano silver colloidal solutions is investigated. Colloidal solutions of silver were obtained by restoring the argentum nitrate agent in a neutral medium. With the help of spectrophotometric method, it has been proved that such solutions are characterized by high aggregate stability compared with the use of other traditional reducing agents. Anionic SAS (sodium dodecylsulfate and sulfanol) and nonionic SAS (OS-20) increase aggregate stability of nano silver solutions, while cationogenic SAS − alcamone promotes rapid coagulation and aggregation of nano silver particles. The study of bactericidal action of the solutions to the E.coli are showed that the nano silve colloidal solution with or without presence of OS-20 and alcamone completely inhibit the growth of colonies of E.coli, that is, it’s have high bactericidal properties.

    The article touches on the issue of social axioms and underlines the importance of their relationship with the psychological functioning of an individual. So far, there were identified five universal, pancultural social axioms: Social Cynicism, Social Complexity, Reward for Application, Religiosity, and Fate Control, “which are generalised beliefs about the world and people, including social institutions, physical environment, spirituality, and life events.” They turned out to be better predictors of behaviours than values. The articles points to an important role of the axioms in the way of perceiving people and the world and it describes the dangers which may be a consequence of a certain way of thinking. Intergenerational and family transmission of beliefs opens a discussion about the educational role of families. The publication is a review of the data on the axioms and their correlates, measuring techniques, and the areas worth further research. The idea of axioms is still fairly new and the research is not abundant. So far, no Polish publication occurred which would present the knowledge about the axioms in that way. The article sets the stage for future discussions and analysis.

    In recent years, the Steer-by-Wire (SBW) technology has been gaining popularity and replacing classical steering systems. It plays the most crucial role in autonomous cars where the vehicle must perform maneuvers on its own without driver’s intervention. One of the key components of this system is the steering wheel angle sensor (SAS). Its reliability and performance may affect driver’s life and health. The purpose of this paper is to show a test system to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the steering wheel angle sensor in the SBW system during real-world maneuvers and show how SAS parameters such as accuracy of angle, angular speed etc. affect car trajectory resulting in hit cones. For this purpose, a test system was built, with the use of virtual test drives based on CarMaker software, CANoe and VTSystem hardware. In order to evaluate its performance, the errors introduced by the system were determined. Additionally, using the realised test system, three commercial steering wheel angle sensors were tested and compared during a virtual test drive. Their errors were determined, as well as their performance in the SBW technology and the consistency of the obtained results with the parameters declared by the manufacturer were verified as well.

    W artykule podjęto zagadnienie aksjomatów społecznych i podkreślono wagę ich związku z funkcjonowaniem psychologicznym jednostki. Dotychczas zidentyfikowano pięć uniwersalnych, pankulturowych aksjomatów społecznych, tj.: Cynizm społeczny, Wynagrodzony wysiłek, Złożoność społeczna, Przeznaczenie oraz Religijność, które „są uogólnionymi (zgeneralizowanymi) przekonaniami na temat świata i ludzi, w tym instytucji społecznych, fizycznego środowiska, świata duchowego oraz występujących wydarzeń i zjawisk”. Okazują się być lepszymi predyktorami zachowań niż wartości. Artykuł wskazuje na ważną rolę aksjomatów w sposobie percypowania ludzi i świata oraz określa zagrożenia, jakie mogą być konsekwencją pewnych sposobów myślenia. Międzypokoleniowa i wewnątrzrodzinna transmisja przekonań otwiera dyskusję nad wychowawczą rolą rodzin. Publikacja stanowi przegląd światowych danych o aksjomatach i jego korelatach, narzędziach pomiaru oraz obszarach wartych dalszej eksploracji. Tematyka aksjomatów jest wciąż dość nowa, przeprowadzono nieliczne badania w ich zakresie. Dotychczas nie pojawiła się polska publikacja, która gruntowałaby wiedzę o aksjomatach społecznych w ten sposób. Artykuł otwiera przestrzeń do dyskusji i analiz.
