Team work - Opis:
- The article contains characteristics of contemporary forms of the group work i.e. the process group work, project group work, group work as the moderation - situational and planned - group problem solving. Targets and character of the realization were also assigned to this diversification. Applying examples of the group work in a few organizations were also given, pointing at their specificity and the field of application. Examples of best practices were indicated in the next part of the article (practical recommendations) as a result of long-term authors experiences in initiating and supporting the realization of the group work. Promoting the group work as the important tool in the build process of intellectual capital of enterprises and for stimulating internal integration processes is significant idea of the publication.
