Opis:: This article presents results of a study that aimed to identify differences in the introduction of product, process and organizational innovations between production/ service/trade/building and mixed-activity microenterprises. In order to fulfill the aim of the study, primary data were collected and analyzed. The data gathered from 770 Polish enterprises enabled drawing conclusions about the relationship between the type of activity undertaken by microenterprises and type of the innovation introduced by them in their practice.

Opis:: The article is a theoretical-empirical. The main goal is to analyze a culture of innovation in academic spin off. In the first part is presented determinants of innovation academic spin-off companies. Theoretical considerations were the basis for presenting the empirical part of the results of own research conducted among academic spin-off entrepreneurs in Zachodniopomorskie, Lubuskie and Wielkopolskie Region.

Opis:: The article presents the concept of financing of SMEs in the process of internationalization. Indicated changes in the financing of the strategy as a result of the internationalization of business, long-term goals and internationalized activities of SMEs, presented determinants shaping strategy and internationalized business financing. An important part of the study is to present scenarios internationalized corporate finance division, depending on the adopted instrument of internationalization.
