    Współczesne przedsiębiorstwa powinny budować swoja pozycję rynkową poprzez wdrażanie zmian w wielu obszarach swojej działalności, miedzy innymi dzięki zastosowaniu zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych. Dzięki tym systemom menadżerowie mają stały wgląd do bieżących informacji, które są niezbędne do sprawnego zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wad i zalet wynikających z wdrożenia systemów MRP, MRP II i ERP w przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym.
    Contemporary companies should build their market position by implementing changes in many areas of their business, inter alia through the use of integrated IT systems. With these systems, managers have a constant insight into the current information that is essential for the efficient management of the business. The aim of the article is to present the advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of MRP, MRP II and ERP systems in the manufacturing company.

    The goal of research is to perform a cluster analisys of the Bulgarian meat industry from the point of view of the logistics development. In order to study the state and development of the meat industry logistics in Bulgarian meat processing organizations, a wide range of statistical and analytical methods are used (comparison, group average, graphical method, cluster analysis and others). The date processing in done by a computer program for statistical date processing - SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The object of the industry is the meat processing companies in Bulgariq. According to the MFA Agro statictics for November 2010, the meat processing industry includes 65 factories for cutting red meat, 30 white meat slaughterhouses, 283 meat processing factories and the minced meat factories - meat preparations and mechanically separated meat, making a total of 378 companies in the industry. The result of the study show that logistics plays a vital role for the meat processing organizations, because of the growing demand for quality, price and speed of delivery of products. Successful management of logistics allows time saving through faster movement of information, details and products from one process to another.

    The paper presents issues related to integrated IT systems, which are used in the management of many enterprises, including those dealing with logistics. The source of materials was a literature review. The study is a review. The evolution of the approach from MRP systems to integrated MRP II and from ERP to ERP II respectively is shown. The systems cooperating with ERP, such as CRM, SCM and WMS are also presented. Finally, important aspects related to the implementation of integrated ERP class IT systems are presented.

    Information flows in the logistics and their volume become the starting point for considerations on the Logistics Information System - LIS. In order to select the most important information from the decision-correctness point of view, with the highest merit and in short time, appropriate measures and information techniques should be applied. Only computer techniques can handle with such an enormous amount of data and process them into valuable and useful information. The Logistics Information System is based on the broadly recognised ICT infrastructure, which constitutes the basis for application of further technical solutions. The popular document exchange technique is EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). EDI, as an inter-organizational system, ensures data and information transfer between companies, when pursuing the goals of logistics activity. With this technique, information is collected and transferred almost at every supply chain link.

    Przedstawiona została geneza procesu zmian, na przykładzie drukarni, w nawiązaniu do problemu powodzenia wprowadzanych zmian pod kątem uwarunkowań zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych. Wdrożona została metoda doskonalenia – Lean Management. Opracowane, przeprowadzone i przedstawione badania związane z wykryciem problemów powstających podczas procesu produkcyjnego, stały się punktem wyjściowym przy wyborze odpowiednich narzędzi służących eliminacji marnotrawstwa.
    Presented was the Genesis of the proces changes, for example, the printer „Serigraph”, in reference to the problem good luck changes for the external and internal conditions. Implemented improvement method – Lean Management. Developed, conducted and presented a study related to the detection of problems arising during the production proces, have become the starting point when choosing the appropriate tools to eliminate waste.

    The paper presents the problem of manufacturing process flexibility in view of a company’s material and information flow stream management. The author of the article has described the functions of a production process control system and presented the characteristics of production capacity intensive and extensive reserves. The MRP II/ERP, MES and APS class IT tools supporting the process of production planning, organization and control have also been discussed.
    Artykuł przedstawia problem elastyczności procesu wytwarzania w kontekście zarządzania strumieniem przepływu materiałowego i informacyjnego firmy. Autor artykułu opisał funkcje układu sterowania procesem produkcji oraz przedstawił charakterystykę rezerw intensywnych i ekstensywnych zdolności produkcyjnych. Omówione również zostały narzędzia informatyczne klasy MRP II/ERP, MES i APS wspomagające proces planowania, organizowania i sterowania produkcją.

    Multidrug resistance-associated protein (MRP1) causes cellular drug resistance in several cancer cell lines. In this paper we show that antisense oligonucleotides decrease MRP1 expression in human leukaemia cells. We investigated biological activity of a series of 12 linear phosphorothioate oligonucleotides, complementary to several regions of MRP1 mRNA. The oligonucleotides were administered to leukaemia HL60/ADR cells overexpressing MRP1 protein. Then, the level of MRP1 mRNA was determined by means of semiquantitative RT-PCR and the protein level by reaction with specific monoclonal antibodies. Some of the investigated antisense oligonucleotides decrease the expression level of the MRP1 protein by 46% and its mRNA level by 76%.

    The paper discusses the problem of principle methods of production control as a strategy supporting the production system and stimulating efficient solutions in respect management in production enterprises. The article describes MRP, ERP, JIT, KANBAN and TOC methods and focuses on their main goals, principles of functioning as well as benefits resulting from their application. The methods represent two diverse strategies of production control, i.e. pull and push strategies. Push strategies are used when the plans apply to the first and principle part of production and are based on the demand forecasts. Pull strategies are used when all planning decisions apply to the final stage and depend on the actual demand or orders from customers.
    Artykuł podejmuje tematykę podstawowych metod sterowania produkcją jako strategii wspomagających system produkcyjny oraz stymulujących efektywne rozwiązania w zakresie zarządzania w przedsiębiorstwach produkcyjnych. Artykuł opisuje metody MRP, ERP, JIT, KANBAN oraz TOC, skupiając się na ich głównych celach, zasadach funkcjonowania oraz zaletach wynikających z ich zastosowania. Metody te prezentują dwie odmienne strategie sterownia produkcją, tj. strategie typu pull oraz strategie typu push. Strategie typu push używane są wtedy, kiedy plany dotyczą pierwszej, bazowej części produkcji i oparte są na prognozach popytu. Strategie typu pull, wykorzystywane są natomiast wtedy, kiedy wszelkie decyzje planistyczne dotyczą części końcowej i są podporządkowane realnemu popytowi, czyli zależą od rzeczywistych zamówień klientów.
