    Opis:
    The conditions of the financial crisis contributed to the development of new or modification of existing financial products. In the period of financial instability, for the financial market participants were more important to invest in safe products, characterized by a limited risk of loss. The purpose of this article is to analyze the modification and development of selected financial products during the financial crisis, with particular emphasis on the impact of the crisis on innovative bank products. Structured products as financial innovation have evolved to adapt to market needs, under the influence of various factors related to the financial crisis. Thanks to the flexibility of structured products it was possible to use primarily instruments guaranteeing the return on invested capital and earning instruments on dips. Observing the market for these products in Poland, is a noticeable upward trend in the number and value of offered structured products, which intensified especially during the crisis in global financial markets.

    The uncertainty in global economy, enforce the need for more effective management of credit risk. One of the aspects of this management is the use of credit derivatives. Although these instruments have been used for a long time, still are regarded as innovative instruments. In addition, these transactions in Poland still remains outside the regulated market. This causes danger of transforming them in tools that can be toxic and harmful for the Polish financial system. The aim of this study is the attempt to discuss the introduction of innovative financial instruments to over-the-counter-market (OTC). The author asks a question about the possibility of introducing credit derivatives on the regulated market, both in terms of legal aspect and potential of these instruments in the management of the credit risk. The study also presents balance between opportunities and risks of concentration on the regulated market. The study raises the hypothesis, that the introduction of credit derivatives to the organized market increase the potential of the Polish capital market, its innovation and popularity of which Warsaw could become financial center of Central and Eastern Europe.

    The global financial and economic crisis which started in the autumn of 2008 had a dramatic impact across European labour markets, although in some countries the labour markets initially showed good resilience. Between 2007 and 2010, the average unemployment rate in the EU-15 rose from 6,3%, to 9%. UB systems vary considerably across Europe in terms of their structure, generosity, entitlement and eligibility criteria. Across Europe, Governments have made a range of changes to national UB systems during the crisis, including both increasing (in first period in Mediterranean countries) and decreasing (Anglo-Saxon countries) the generosity of the benefits, adjusting the eligibility criteria, widening access to include certain vulnerable groups, tightening the monitoring of UB claimants.

    W pracy zdefiniowano i zinterpretowano zmiany zachodzące w przestrzeni rynku akcji. Analizie poddano 73 spółki notowane na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie w okresie od początku 2006 r. do końca września 2012 r. Jest to okres obejmujący w całości dwie odsłony kryzysu finansowego - od pierwszych objawów kryzysu do momentu, kiedy te badania zostały przeprowadzone. Zbadano dynamikę rynku akcji za pomocą wskaźnika, który mierzy zmiany efektu zniekształcenia kształtu przestrzeni rynku. Indeks ten opiera się na metodach geometrii euklidesowej. Pozwala on na właściwą identyfikację i interpretację najbardziej burzliwych okresów na rynku finansowym.
    This paper defines and interprets the changes in the stock market space. There are analyzed 73 companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in the period from beginning 2006 to the end of September 2012. This is a period, covering entirely the last two financial crises from their first symptoms to the moment when these researches have been carried out. The dynamics of the stock market space was investigated using an index, which measures the evolution of the distortion effect in the shape of the market space. This index is based on geometry technique and it proved to be useful in the Polish capital market. It allows for proper identification and interpretation of the most turbulent periods in financial markets.

    The economic system is a whole, which is composed of various elements. The labor market is one of the elements. Self-employment i san alternative form of employment, that belongs to the so-called atypical forms of employment benefits. It is for people who are not able to find employment ora re unable to accept available jobs, with thei professional aspirations. This is a particulary attractive way of functioning and earning during the economic downturn. The article presents the most important rules and concepts of selfs-employment in Poland, the advantages and disadvantages of this form of employment, as well as the status and dynamics. The statistical data allowed for analysis of the phenomen and see how developed a numer of self-employed economic slowdown.

    All activities of the EU in the scope stabilization of the financial services should be closely correlated with the reforms in this area conducted in the world and the EU should actively participate in the construction of a new financial secure architecture. The actions, which should further stabilize the increasing phenomenon of crisis should include: reconstruction of the institutions created after the collapse of the Bretton Woods system, a new global mechanism for regulating the economic processes must be created, the development of new international economic policy, which will be based on the transnational regulations, further work on the new architecture of financial security, the introduction of strict regulatory measures and increase of security standards, close governance monitoring of the global banks that concentrate a huge mass of money.
