Labour supply - Opis:
- The article presents the methodological assumptions extraction of deficit and surplus used by the public employment services in labor market analysis. Labor market analysis based on the same methodological assumptions are conducted twice a year at the level of county, state and country. However, the methodology used can in fact describe a small part of the labor market, focusing on the analysis of reported job vacancies to the District Labour Offices and the registering of unemployed persons. On this basis, the indicators are calculated deficit and surplus. The article shows weaknesses the methodology and presents the recommendations of change - so that the analysis conducted in the labor market could be a real instrument of adjusting the direction and content of education to labor market needs.
