    The article presents the results of the phonemic-graphemic analysis of the proscription entries from 15th century, which come from the book of city Jauer and were written down in the Silesian dialect of the Early New High German. Due to the analysis it could be proved, the text contains the standard Early New High German features as well as the dialectal structures and the sound changes, which are characteristic for the Silesian dialect. All the results of the exploration are supported with with the appropriate examples.

    Opis:
    Der Beitrag konzentriert sich einerseits auf Präsentation des Inhalts, andererseits auf die phonematisch-graphematische Analyse des Textes der Eintragungen (1351–1360) aus dem Görlitzer Stadtbuch. Die genannten Archivalien, die mit den Händen der in der Stadtkanzlei tätigen Kanzlisten niedergeschrieben wurden, gehören dem ersten, im Jahre 1305 angelegten, Görlitzer Stadtbuch an. Die Erforschung der schriftlich fixierten lautlichen Seite der deutschen Sprache bewies eindeutig, dass das damals in Görlitz gebrauchte Deutsch dem Entwicklungsstand aus der Zeit der Wende vom Mittelhochdeutschen zum Frühneuhochdeutschen entspricht, wobei auch einige wenige dialektale Neuerungen angetroffen werden können, was den Text unter die Schriftdenkmäler aus dem ostmitteldeutschen Sprachkreis schlesischer Tradition einreihen lässt.
    Artykuł dotyczy z jednej strony prezentacji treści, z drugiej zaś analizy fonematyczno-grafematycznej tekstu adnotacji (1351–1360) w zgorzeleckiej księdze miejskiej. Rzeczone źródło, spisane różnymi rękami pisarskimi kancelaryjnych skrybów, jest pierwszą księgą miejską, założoną w 1305 roku. Eksploracja utrwalonego na kartach księgi języka dowodzi niedwuznacznie, że używany ówcześnie w Zgorzelcu język niemiecki odpowiada stanowi ewolucji języka niemieckiego z czasów przełomu epok średnio-wysoko-niemieckiej i wczesno-nowo-wysoko-niemieckiej. Ponadto w tekście poszczególnych not dają się zauważyć pojedyncze innowacje językowe o charakterze dialektalnym, dzięki czemu możliwe jest przyporządkowanie analizowanych archiwaliów do zabytków piśmiennictwa kręgu wschodnio-środkowo-niemieckiego w jego śląskiej tradycji.
    The aim of the paper is a presentation of the content and of the results of the phonemic-graphemic analysis of the German records from the first decade of the second half of the 14th century, which come from the town council of Zgorzelec (Görlitz). The records form a part of the first book of records of the town Zgorzelec. The aim of the article is to answer the question what the spelling rules in the town chancellery of Zgorzelec are and how the script fixes the features of the spoken language from the past. Due to the analysis, it could be explicitly proved, that the German used in the text matches to the level of evolution of the German language within the periodization of history of the language as it contains the standard Early New High German features as well as the dialectal structures and the sound changes, which are typical for the Silesian dialect. The text can therefore be classified as one of the linguistic monuments of the East Central German of Silesian tradition. All the conclusions of the study are supported with the suitable examples.
