    Der Artikel befasst sich mit einem relevanten Problem der pragmatischen Verbvalenz. Vor allem wird darin die tatsächliche Realisierung syntaktischer Verbforderungen in deutschen und polnischen juristischen Texten analysiert. Die Autorin untersucht zuerst die Syntagmentypen mit Hauptverben sowie deren Valenzmuster. Insbesondere erforscht sie aber die zahlreichen Fälle voller und reduzierter Valenzrealisierung wie auch die Beispiele der „Valenzerweiterung“. Die Ergebnisse werden mit den Ergebnissen aus früheren Beiträgen der Autorin verglichen, in denen Zeitschriftenartikel, Werbeanzeigen und Gedichte auf Valenzrealisierung geprüft wurden.
    The article touches upon a significant issue relating to the pragmatic valency of verbs. Its main purpose is to show the factual implementation of the syntactic requirements of verb valency in German and Polish legal texts. The author not only analyses the syntagmas involving the main verbs and their valency patterns, but also the numerous cases of filled and incomplete valency implementation, as well as the examples of “valency expansion”. The results of this analysis are compared with the results of the previous studies by the author on valency implementation in magazine articles, ads and poetry.
    Artykuł porusza istotny problem tzw. pragmatycznej walencji czasownika. Stanowi on analizę faktycznej realizacji syntaktycznych wymagań czasowników w niemieckich i polskich tekstach prawniczych. Autorka przedstawia typy syntagm zawierających czasowniki główne (pełnoznaczne) oraz ich wzorce walencyjne. Główny akcent położony jest na zbadanie licznych przypadków pełnej i niepełnej realizacji walencji, a także przykładów jej rozszerzenia. Osiągnięte wyniki Autorka porównuje z wynikami wcześniejszych analiz, którym poddano artykuły z czasopism, anonse reklamowe oraz wiersze.

    Opis:
    Der Tod, die vermögensrechtlichen Beziehungen (insbesondere das Eigentumsrecht) sowie der Wille, den anderen, von sich selbst gewählten Personen sein Nachlassvermögen im Todesfall zu übergeben, bewegen den Menschen als Elemente der außersprachlichen Realität zu einem sprachlichen Handeln, indem er ein Testament ausfertigt, das immer – unabhängig von der Testamentsform – mit solch einer Sprache ausgedrückt wird, deren Wesen mindestens bis zu einem gewissen Maße vom Gesetzgeber mittels der Rechtssprache geregelt und geordnet wird. Das Recht determiniert also die Sprache des Testaments in einem solchen Grad, der für die richtige und wahrgetreue Wiedergabe des Willens von den Erblassern und für die Auslegung der Willenserklärung in Gestalt des Testaments nötig ist. Der Wille wird somit immer vor allem aus der im Testament gebrauchten Sprache rekonstruiert. Ohne Testament als Sprechakt kann der Wille des Testators keine Rechtsfolgen erzeugen. Im Beitrag werden die Ergebnisse einer sprachlichen, kognitivistisch geprägten Untersuchung von ausgewählten Begriffen aus dem Bereich des Erbrechts in der deutschen und polnischen Sprache dargestellt. Das Ziel der Analyse besteht darin, den Grad der Äquivalenz unter den Termini aus beiden Sprachen zu messen, sowie den Grad der Präsenz des sprachlichen Weltbilds in den Formulierungen aus den genannten Sprach- und Kulturkreisen zu schildern.
    Śmierć, stosunki majątkowe (w szczególności prawo własności) i chęć przekazania majątku na wypadek śmierci wybranym przez siebie osobom skłaniają człowieka jako elementy rzeczywistości pozajęzykowej do działania językowego w postaci sporządzenia testamentu wyrażonego niezależnie od formy testamentu za pomocą takiego języka, którego forma jest regulowana i porządkowana – przynajmniej do pewnego stopnia – przez prawodawcę przy użyciu języka prawnego. Prawo determinuje zatem język testamentu w takim zakresie, jaki jest niezbędny do prawidłowego odtworzenia woli spadkodawcy i interpretacji złożonego przez niego oświadczenia woli. Wola testatora jest zatem zawsze rekonstruowana głównie na podstawie testamentu będącego aktem językowym, bez którego nie może ona wywrzeć żadnych skutków prawnych. W artykule prezentowane są wyniki ukierunkowanej kognitywnie analizy językowej wybranych pojęć z zakresu prawa spadkowego w języku niemieckim i polskim, której celem jest ustalenie stopnia ekwiwalencji terminów w obu językach, jak również ocena stopnia utrwalenia językowego obrazu świata w słowach z jednego lub drugiego kręgu językowego i kulturowego.
    The death, the proprietary relationships (especially right of ownership) and the will to devolve an estate to someone as the elements from the extra-linguistic reality move the people to use the language in form of the drawing up the testaments. These wills are always expressed through the agency of such language, whose form is regulated and arranged – at least to some degree – by a legislator using the legal language. The law determines then the language of the testament to that extent, which is necessary for right reconstruction of the testator’s will and for appropriate interpretation of his declaration. That will is always reconstructed on the basis of the testament, which is a speech act, without which the testator’s will cannot have any legal effects. In the paper hereunder there are presented the results of the language-cognitive analysis of the chosen terms from the inheritance law in the German and Polish language. The aim of the exploration is the showing of the terms’ equivalence in both languages, as well as the evaluation of the presence’s extent of the linguistic picture of the world in the words from both language and culture circles.

    The aim of this article is to present some examples of word formation in the speech of the trilingual speakers of German, Polish and the Russian local dialect of the Masurian Old Believers. The lexeme were registered during the field research in the linguistic and cultural borderland in the period 2007-2015. The article is also going to present the phenomenon of the language contact observed by a bilingual child. Multilingual speakers create words of diverse word classes and by diverse participation of the grammatical and lexical morphemes, that could be an object of further exploration.
    Artykuł prezentuje przykłady tworzenia leksemów w procesie mowy osób posługujących się językiem niemieckim, polskim i gwarą rosyjską staroobrzędowców mazurskich, które zarejestrowane zostały podczas badań terenowych na pograniczu kulturowo-językowym w latach 2007-2015. Jednocześnie ukazane zostaną również zjawiska kontaktu językowego w mowie dziecka bilingwalnego. W warunkach wielojęzyczności mówcy tworzą słowa w zakresie różnych części mowy i z różnym udziałem morfemów leksykalnych i gramatycznych, co może stanowić przedmiot dalszych badań.
