Labour market - Opis:
- This elaboration is an analysis of the reality of vocational education in the Kędzierzyn-Koźle poviat. The elaboration is based on the results of study conducted in the poviat from 2008 to 2009. The article presents demographic analysis of the population and its effect on the labour market. It also provides information on the type and level of education in upper-secondary schools and the number of students being educated at a given level. The author included information about professions and faculties in which the training that did not take place and about the employers' expectations with regards to that fact. Conclusions aiming at improving that situation have been formulated.
