protection of human life and health
security in the city - Opis:
- The article presents the elements for managing the security of cities in crisis-bearing situations, which can be adapted at any level of administration. The use of the right management model, in case of appearance of these kind of situations, is possible after a full analysis of the risks involved. The activities of the relevant and established services and institutions should minimize the impact of life- or health- threatening events, save their property and protect the environment. The main objective should be to create an appropriate framework to ensure the necessary conditions for the protection of human life and health, as well as the essential conditions for the survival, cooperation and interoperability of systems, departments and other entities involved in performing tasks related to the protection of urban populations. Notwithstanding, the versatility of the developed model should guarantee the compatibility of actors at different levels of government.
