Russia - Opis:
- Establishment of the Russian state at the turn of 1991-1992 was associated with large political changes. Those changes can be described as revolutionary. Within the economic sphere, they meant the transformation of the centrally planned economy with a common property of the state to a market economy. It was assumed to follow the pro¬cess of degovernmentalization of economy as quickly as possible, primarily by means of privatization of state enterprises. This article will attempt to present the process of privatization of state property in Russia in the period 1992-2011. Analysis of this process will be based on a study of changes in the ownership structure of the economy, the structure of employment and the impact of privatization revenues to the state budget.
