Opis:
We first introduce an alternative way to study the insensitive nuclei enhanced by polarization and distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer NMR experiments with the product operator descriptions for weakly coupled I (I=1/2, S=1/2) spin systems as a quantum controlled not gate and a not gate, respectively. In this framework we apply the density matrix operators obtained from the analytical descriptions of the mentioned pulse sequences by using product operator formalism step by step on the NMR spin product states represented in Dirac's notation.

Opis:
Distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer including the detection of quaternary nuclei is a carbon-editing pulse NMR experiment. In this experiment multiplicity information for all carbons including quaternary carbons are obtained. In the present study, analytical descriptions of DEPTQ NMR experiment have been investigated for weakly coupled $IS_{n}$ (I = 1/2; S = 1; n = 0, 1, 2, 3) spin systems by using the product operator theory. Then, the theoretical discussion and the experimental suggestions for sub-spectral editing of C, CD, $CD_2$ and $CD_3$ groups have been presented. The comparison of the obtained results with those of the basic distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer NMR experiment has been also performed for $CD_{n}$ groups. It is shown that DEPTQ experiment can be also used for $CD_{n}$ groups.

Opis:
Product operator theory was often used to describe analytically multipulse NMR experiments for weakly coupled spin systems. In this study first we introduce the descriptions of subspectral editing with a multiple quantum trap NMR spectra for IS$\text{}_{n}$ I=1 /2, S=5/2 with n=1, 2, 3) spin systems by using product operator formalism. These theoretical investigations lead us to form the general expressions for the intensities of the spin -1/2 nuclei coupled to the nuclei with spin ≥5/2. The obtained results can be used for the spectral editing in both liquid-state and solid-state NMR experiments. Furthermore, in order to satisfy the obtained analytical expressions for signal intensities we add the presentation of analytically description of subspectral editing with a multiple quantum trap sequence for weakly coupled IS (I=1/2, S=7/2) spin system.

Opis:
Product operator theory is widely used for analytical description of multiple pulse nuclear magnetic resonance experiments for weakly coupled spin systems. Distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer and subspectral editing with a multiple quantum trap NMR experiments are used for spectral assignments of $\text{}^{13}$C NMR spectra in CH$\text{}_{n}$ groups. First, in this study we proposed and showed theoretically that distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer and subspectral editing with a multiple quantum trap experiments can also be used for subspectral editing of $\text{}^{13}$C NMR spectra when $\text{}^{13}$C nuclei coupled to spin-3/2 nuclei. The product operator technique is applied for the analytical description of $\text{}^{13}$C distortionless enhancement by polarization transfer and subspectral editing with a multiple quantum trap NMR spectroscopy for $\text{}^{13}$CX$\text{}_{n}$ ($I_{X}$=3/2; n=1, 2, 3) groups.
