- The Cox proportional hazard model was applied to the estimation of the HCV healing probability, including the type of the antiviral therapy. The analysis gave the answer, which kind of medicines were more effective in the battle against chosen disease. The most chances for healing have the sick, who had been treated with the PegInterferon α and Ribavirin, and the less chances – patients, who received only Interferon α.
