Opis:
Micro-arc oxidation was applied to AZ91D magnesium alloy by taking K2Cr2O7  as the colouring salt in the silicate system. It was shown that the green coating obtained through performing micro-arc oxidation on magnesium alloy consisted of Mg, Mg2SiO4 , MgO, and Mg2SiO4  based on analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Among which, Mg2SiO4 was the colouring salt; there were something in the lamellar, pit, and convex forms found on the surface of the coating. The coating consisted of a porous, and a compact, layer from the outside to the inside. As demonstrated, the colour of the coating depended on the K2Cr2O7 concentration: it became gradually deeper with the addition of K2Cr2O7 and the increasing micro-arc oxidation time. The corrosion resistance and hardness of the green coating were greater than that of the matrix.

Opis:
In the B10 isotope enrichment industry, the purification of anisole mixture makes great sense. A dynamic-accumulative operation policy of continuous distillation (DACD) with repeated filling and dumping of the still is proposed for the separation of trace heavy impurities in the recycled anisole. To simulate and optimize the purification process of anisole, a mathematical model of DACD is derived, and the computer codes are developed in the MATLAB environment. Moreover, the experiment is performed in a pilot-scale distillation column. The results show that the experimental date agrees well with simulation results. DACD could solve the difficulty of flow rate control when the bottom flow rate is very small in continuous distillation. The size of the still in this operation mode is also smaller than that in batch distillation. And the yield of anisole is raised to 99.91%. In a word, DACD is especially suitable for separating trace heavy impurities from the recycled anisole.

Opis:
Modified PVC (M-PVC) material with suppressed migration and low glass transition temperature was prepared via click reaction of a monooctyl phthalate derivative. Chemical structure and composition of M-PVC were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and element analysis. Thermal stability, glass transition temperature and migration stability of M-PVC were studied with TGA, DSC and migration tests, respectively. The study showed that M-PVC exhibited poor thermal stability, and low glass transition temperature of 66.0°C. No migration was found in distilled water, 10% (v/v) ethanol, 30% (w/v)acetic acid and petroleum ether. The PVC material is expected to preparing PVC products in the areas with high migration resistance requirement.

Opis:
The adsorption of pentafl uorobenzene on nine ionic liquid-based silicas was investigated using solid phase extraction. The effects of several variables such as the type of ionic liquid groups, adsorption time, temperatures and water ratio in the solution system were experimentally evaluated. The imidazole-chloride ionic liquid group based silica exhibited the highest adsorption efficiency under the optimized conditions of 5 min adsorption at 30°C in water/methanol (30:70, vol%) solution. In addition, the effects of pH, as well as type and concentrations of chloride salts were investigated. At pH values other than neutral and high salt concentration, the adsorption efficiency was reduced. Finally, the relative standard deviation of less than 5.8% over a 5-day period showed a high precision for the nine tested sorbents.

Opis:
The efficient reuse of homogeneous catalyst is important. Cation complex of [Ru(η6 -p-cymene)(PPh3 )(CH3 CN) Cl]PF6  with different ligands was synthesized and characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), 1 H-, 13 C- and 31 P-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (1 H-, 1 3C- and 31 P-NMR), element analysis (EA), and high resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS). The complex was used as a catalyst for the hydrogen transfer reduction of carbonyl for the first time, presenting an excellent catalytic performance of 89%–98% conversion of acetophenone and its derivatives. The catalyst may be efficiently reused by the electro-adsorption of 10 times to one catalyst recovery. The cation [Ru] complex presented advantages of both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysts.
