5 WHY analysis - Opis:
- Companies operation in variable surroundings causes the increase of customers requirements. They expect inter alia: high quality products delivered on time and low prices. Thus a lot of non-production companies decided to implement lean management concept. It results inter alia from the positive effects of using Japanese management concepts, methods and techniques, but also from “dictate”. Parent companies are implementing lean management concept in subsidiaries without appropriate preparation. The aim of this article is to present − on the basis of research results − limitations in implementing lean management concept. The author presents 5 barriers and negative results. The author pays attention to the role of management involvement in a change, that is lean management. This article shows the reasons of desired effects lack of lean management concept using based on 5 WHY analysis.
