    The purpose of the article is to draw attention to the fact that the Polish legal system features system-related guarantees of the rights of the detainee which are regulated in a multi-centric system of law, consisting of a set of constitutional norms and legal international norms, which create the models of judicial control of detention in a Polish criminal lawsuit. The article puts forward a thesis that the Polish system features the socalled dispersed control of constitutionality, which is erroneously considered a synonym of the concept of the so-called direct application of the constitution. The questions under discussion are analysed by means of a formal-dogmatic method. The article also discusses the possibility of the participation of assistant judges in the exercise of judicial control of detention, with reference to the recent modification of the system-based position of assistant judges.

    Opis:
    European states responded in different ways to tensions related to the increase in religious diversity, and the restrictions introduced were considered appropriate when they resulted from public security and the need to protect others, especially if the state presented a credible justification. On this occasion, the case-law of the ECHR developed two key concepts for the determination of the presence of religious symbols in public places: a powerful external symbol and an essentially passive symbol. An important achievement of the Tribunal is also the introduction of the concept of “improper proselytism.” Certainly, a further increase in religious diversity in Europe may lead to new areas of controversy, which will then be assessed by the ECHR. However, the existing instruments used by the Court, such as the idea of the Convention as a living document, the theory of the margin of appreciation or the analysis of the existence of the European consensus, enable it to develop its interpretation in this regard.

    Znajomość problematyki ochrony własności intelektualnej i poszanowanie cudzej własności stanowią klucz do rozwoju gospodarki. W związku ze wzrastającą rolą własności intelektualnej w życiu społecznym i gospodarczym zaistniała potrzeba kompleksowej edukacji dzieci i młodzieży oraz wsparcia naukowców i przedsiębiorców w tym obszarze. W artykule przedstawiono podejmowane w Polsce działania, które w szerokim zakresie upowszechniają wiedzę o ochronie własności intelektualnej w społeczeństwie – edukację szkolną, kształcenie na poziomie wyższym, wsparcie dla przedsiębiorców i różnorodne inicjatywy społeczne.
    Familiarity with the problems associated with the protection of intellectual property rights and the respect for somebody else’s property constitute a key to the development of the economy. Due to the increasing role of intellectual property in social and economic life, there arose the necessity of a comprehensive programme of the education of children and young people and the support of scholars and entrepreneurs in this field. The article presents the activities which are engaged in Poland. These activities consist in the dissemination on a wide scale of the knowledge about the protection of intellectual property in the society – school education, higher education, support of entrepreneurs and various social initiatives.
