    Opis:
    This study aims to explore the leadership effectiveness that promotes Vocational High School (VHS) revival. The Kerlinger survey method was used to test the notion of emotional maturity, position power, helpful behaviour, and leadership effectiveness. The sample of 252 responders included 84 VHS principals and 168 VHS teachers. According to the confirmatory factor analysis, emotional affirmation established the construct of emotional maturity, position power was best developed coercive power, and readiness to explain the program. Personal traits are the most powerful predictor of leadership effectiveness and the contribution of position power that directly influences helpful behaviour is 4.92%. The contribution of position power to direct leadership effectiveness is 5.19%, and the contribution of supportive conduct to direct leadership effectiveness is 6.05%. The leadership model discovered in this study is innovative that it can empirically explain the dominating elements that compose the latent variables: emotional maturity, position power, supportive leadership style, and leadership effectiveness. These findings greatly impact how leadership science is developed in education, especially vocational.

    Przedmiotem analizy jest definicja legitymizacji statusu ustrojowego sędziego. Autor dokonał wcześniej rekonstrukcji dwóch leksykalnych rozumień terminu „legitymizacja”, które określił odpowiednio jako „stan” i „proces”. Teza, że sposób definiowania terminu „legitymizacja” jako „procesu” jest adekwatny do analizy legitymizacji pozycji ustrojowej sędziego, stanowi asumpt do prowadzenia dalszych badań. Autor sformułował własną definicję legitymizacji, odnosząca się do statusu ustrojowego sędziego. Jest to szczególnie doniosłe zadanie z uwagi na złożoność konstruktu legitymizacji, a także panujący w doktrynie chaos terminologiczny. Problem legitymizacji w odniesieniu do sędziów jest kluczowy nie tylko pod względem uprawomocnienia ich pozycji ustrojowej, ale również pod względem ewentualnego stwierdzenia braku legitymizacji, z uwagi na konsekwencje takiego stanu rzeczy.
    The subject of the analysis is the definition of legitimacy of the systemic status of a judge. The author has previously reconstructed two lexical understandings of the term “legitimacy”, which he defined as “state” and “process,” respectively. The thesis, that the way of defining the term “legitimacy” as “process” is adequate for analyzing the legitimacy of a judge’s constitutional position is the apex for further research. The author has formulated his own definition of legitimacy, referring to the judge’s systemic status. This is a particularly momentous task given the complexity of the construct of legitimacy, as well as the prevailing terminological confusion in the doctrine. The problem of legitimacy with regard to judges is crucial not only in terms of the legitimacy of their constitutional position, but also in terms of a possible finding of lack of legitimacy, given the consequences of this.
