The aim of the article is to analyze the activities of the social movements, as an important part of current political events. Author is of the opinion that social movements are crucial political tool, which is used by political parties. They allows politicians to ensure a political recruitment, drum up political support and create new political elites within the party. The main questions that need to be indicated are: if social movements are tools used by political parties in order to enhance an influcence on legitimacy of their activities, if social movement are a part of a process of political socialization for their activists, if social movements have an influence on abilities and experience of the group to conduct political activity?

Opis:
The article analyzes the major factors that have led to a lack of professionalism and competence among some of the politicians in power in Ukraine in recent years. One such factor may be the ability of a large part of citizens to come to power with financial and administrative resources in the conditions of broad access to public administration and local self-government, and many of these figures do not have a clear idea of governance and are driven by interested motives. The desire of Ukrainian society to replace the old ruling elite with new political forces by voting in parliamentary and local elections for newly created parties should also be considered, but it should be noted that most of their party list has never had political or managerial experience. Therefore, the emphasis is placed on the organization of stafftraining for professional political activity, primarily on the basis of leading higher education institutions that train civil servants, as well as political parties and public organizations aimed at educating future political leaders. The National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine plays a leading role in staffing public administration activities, while among non-governmental organizations, the “Young Batkivshchyna” NGO, the First Ukrainian Academy of Politics, the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, and the School of Democratic Governance for Youth should be singled out.

Although political marketing management is still a very popular issue in modern political science, surprisingly, only few studies have tried to provide theoretical foundations for describing comprehensive marketing process in political parties. The aim of this paper is to present two complementary concepts developed by Robert P. Ormrod and Stephan C. Henneberg: Political Market Orientation and Strategic Political Postures. Both authors have prepared a theoretical framework for complex analysis of marketing operations in the parties. They consider political marketing management to be a permanent process which includes mainly building and maintaining relations with various stakeholders and creating strategies. The article presents these concepts from the perspective of previous studies and criticizes some assumptions in purpose to indicate possibilities and barriers of future empirical work.

The paper’s aim is to check whether there is a relationship between the effectiveness of emotion management techniques and the protesters’ subjectivity level in Poland. In this case, it is necessary to analyse selected significant social protests in terms of the emotions felt by the ruling elites, the emotions they evoke among the protesters, and the level of political subjectivity possessed by the latter. In June 1956, the technique of masking emotion management was used effectively. The intensification technique in October was fully effective. In December 1970, only the use of the intensification technique brought results. In June 1976, the masking technique proved to be effective within a limited time range. In the summer of 1980, the party-state apparatus was not able to effectively manage emotions. The breakthrough was the introduction of martial law and forcing a significant part of society to be submissive and conformist. Managing emotions by intensifying them during the Women’s Strike proved to be partially effective. Crossing the threshold of subjectivity by opposition social groups makes the management of emotions generally ineffective. The paper offers an innovative research design for analysing the relationships between the management of emotions and the political subjectivity level.

This study attempts to demonstrate the reform strategies implemented in the last three years in Uzbekistan. The author focuses on analyzing the implementation of five priorities of this strategy - the dialogue between the authorities and society, human resources and management system, economy and social sphere, security and foreign policy. He devotes a great deal of attention to present the image of the architect of these reforms - the president of the state. The author emphasizes that the style of exercising power, including the implementation of reforms by Shavkat Mirziyoyev, fits into the model of transformational leadership. It is a reforming, missionary, and servant (national) leadership tailored to the expectations and aspirations of the society, but also burdened with high risk, regardless of the starting conditions for the reconstruction of the state.

Opis:
The article reviews the process of transformation of management strategies of politic management elite in the regions of North Caucasus. The scientific analysis is carried out in the context of social conditions of modern value-institutional crisis. The author considers the changes in values of North Caucasus peoples and inner and outer factors that lead to the modification in the character of managing these regions. The article studies the practices of power transition and making an own system of power by new leaders. It deals with such factors influencing the management of regions as increasing the meaning of religion and religious extremism, the meaning of ethnic mobilization strife mechanisms. The influence of these factors is shown on the examples of the Republics of North Ossetia-Alania, Dagestan, Kab ardino Balkaria, Chechnya, Ingushetia. The author examines the possible strategies of how Russian federal authorities may react on conflicts in regional elite and principles of their interaction with regional elite.
В статье рассматривается процесс трансформация управленческих стра тегий политико-управленческой элиты в регионах Северного Кавказа. На учный анализ проводится в контексте социальных условий современного ценностно-институционального кризиса. Автор рассматривает, какие изме нение в ценностных ориентирах народов Северного Кавказа, а так же внеш ние и внутренние факторы приводят к изменениям в характере управления этими регионами. Изучаются практики передачи власти и создания собственной системы власти новыми руководителями. Рассматриваются такие факторы, непо средственно влияющие на управление регионами как рост значение рели гии и религиозного экстремизма, значение механизмов этнической моби лизации и конфликтности. Действия данных факторов показывается на конкретных примерах республики Северная Осетия-Алания, Дагестан, Ка бардино-Балкария, Чечня, Ингушетия. Автором так же рассматриваются возможные стратегии как на конфлик ты в региональной элите могут отреагировать со стороны федеральных властей России и принципы их взаимодействия с региональной элитой.

В данном исследовании предпринята попытка представить стратегии реформ, реализованные в Узбекистане за последние три года. Автор сосредотачивает вни¬мание на анализе пяти приоритетов этой стратегии: диалога власти с обществом, человеческих ресурсов и системы управления, экономики и социальной сферы, безопасности и внешней политики. Большое внимание уделяет архитектору этих реформ, которым является президент государства. Подчеркивает, что стиль осу¬ществления власти, включая реализацию реформ Шавката Мирзиёевa, вписывается в модель трансформационного лидерства. Это реформаторское и миссионерское руководство, а также национально-государственная служба в соответствии с ожи¬даниями и стремлениями большинства общества, но также связанные с высоким риском, ввиду изначальных условий восстановления государства.
