- The report deals with the project of research in pedagogical staffs in educational institutes within the Czech Republic. The research is planned for three years, i.e. 2006–2008. At the first stage there will be the institutions chosen which are close to the so-called community system by their nature, and on the contrary, the institutions which are run in a classical subordinative way. These two groups of institutions will be subsequently subjected to an analysis.
