    Opis:
    The text proves the importance of philosophy for the development of science, including legal science. Philosophy as a source of wisdom would serve for the politicians in passing just laws. Philosophy is now being eliminated from the education process. The result is that the lower values dominate now, such as material and biological values. They also exist as a result of political liberalism. The lack of influence of philosophy on the consciousness of individuals eliminates higher values from the influence on society as a whole.

    Opis:
    Followers of methodological antinaturalism in philosophy, who criticise the application of methods representing the natural sciences to other realms of knowledge, argue for the necessity to separate the humanities from the empirical instrumentarium of research. The exposed dualism of investigation process reveals differences between axiomatic and deductive explanation of arguments of formal sciences and with the understanding of the humanistic interpretation and with idealizing historical and comparative analysis in the area of sciences concerning the spirit. An important contribution into historic analyses of the Geisteswissenschaften sphere came from a disciple of the Marburg Neo-Kantianism and follower of Kantian apriorism, Ernst Cassirer, and an author of the antipositivistic turn and the historical philosophy of life, Wilhelm Dilthey. Both philosophers enter into the polemics with naturalistic ideas of the man and the culture; they enter into polemic with a positivistic vision of the reality determined exclusively by physical and biological factors. In their own considerations they stress the irreducibility of the historical world to the dimension of nature. They underline the qualitative exceptionality of man as a conscious and creative (in cultural terms) individual. Taking as the point of departure the question of history, I will show dependences, collected at the perspective of the empirical (not metaphysical) ideas of the culture created by the selfconsciousness producing cultural meanings.

    The aim of the article is establishing the link between philosophical problematization and the way of life of the man. This connection is becoming apparent in particular in Edmund Husserl’s analyses concerning issues of the crisis. Philosophical problematization is a kind of the new attitude and has its beginning in the appearance of the Greek philosophy. Conducting philosophical problematization, the man is gaining the real image of the world, of oneself; what is more, the man is attaining to a higher level of the humanity. The highest level of the humanity means in the light of the Husserlian phenomenology that the man is discovering in himself transcendental „I”.

    Opis:
    The contemporary man, and perhaps especially Christian, feels himself torn in to direction. On the one hand, he wants to be a good Christian, and he is moved in the direction of worship, adoration and faith in Christ. On the other hand, he believes in man and man’s eff ort to build up the world, in human progress, in different philosophy and political conception, in human potential to build the future. Both of these directions seem good and deserving of all his eff ort, but they seem to be two diff erent directions. There is an apparent conflict between the upward impulse of faith, worship, adoration and the forward in the direction of faith only in man, faith in the liberally world, faith in human progress, faith in economy and political philosophy. This apparent conflict between man’s upward impulse toward God and his forward impulse toward progress results in a spiritual dualism. Therefore a man in our time will better know himself and reality of the progress of the world in the authentic value of our civilization too. On the way of renovation of his life in the faith’s dimension, has a man the possibility to find the motivation to live in the new light of God’s love.

    In the article 'The change a way of life' - with reference to hermeneutic ideas of philosophy I present a hermeneutic conceptions of Gadamer's, Ricoeur's and the late Wittgenstein's from a therapeutic perspective. I point out that terms such as: the understanding conditions, changing a way of life and being in the world, plays the fundamental role in the hermeneutic conceptions. Ricoeur as well as Wittgenstein, analising these terms from language perspective, schow us, that the philosophical thinking suppouse to lead to expansion of man's self-consciousness and to understending the different forms of life. From that angle that idea of philosophy could be understanded as a kind of efford tend towards to change our looking at things, providing the subject to a kind of transformation. This process can be recognized as therapeutical because it force us to schake a many of our opinions, hidden prejudices, beliefs about ourselfs and about the world, which are treated as a background of our daily life. In connection with that I analyze the similarities between Ricoeur's and Wittgenstein's projects on one hand, and the Freud's psychoanalysis on the other.

    This article examines the writing of Mikhail Prishvin – author of multiple works written in the form of poetic belles-lettres prose, in which he presents a man in his organic connection with nature (eg. The Root of Life), author of lyrical and philosophical miniatures (eg. Nature’s Diary), in which he contemplates the world of plants and animals, eyeing the life of the inhabitants of the forest, describing natural phenomena. Throughout his life Prishvin kept journals which inspired many of his works and are a valuable document of author’s contemporary era. In his literary works Mikhail Prishvin discussed the meaning of human life and man’s destiny. His philosophical views where largely shaped by philosophical thought of Nikolai Fyodorov and Vladimir Solovyov. He also related to Vladimir Vernadsky’s idea of “noosphere” (sphere of human thought).

    Without doubt “Prolegomena filozofii pracy” by Stanislaw Brzozowski sets in a historical perspective the trail which we can go through not only thanks to our serious effort, but also to the intangible internal gesture. According to this philosopher, the work irreversibly determines the shape of our lives; it creates a world of culture. What is more, life is its purpose in the sense that it makes permanent transformations in the world that protects human life – not necessarily our own! According to this new logic, man creates his life and the cognition of himself. Reconstruction of murderous mental rite of work is impossible, because living matter wears just down through the work. However, according to Brzozowski, we cannot know anything except our own life. We constantly think about it, we give it some shape. The author pas- sionately draws from Hegel’s philosophy of process, but he arrives at his own implications. Brzozowski has made a specific identification of consciousness with a deep philosophy. In his opinion, our fear of the future would not be justified if we could rely on the work of our ancestors. However, work remains our constant challenge. In general, a person is very weak and fragile in the face of the world of nature. We are weak when we are subordinated to the objective rules. If a human develops in the work – he and she protects and cares for their truly human dignity. Brzozowski was a rebelious thinker. He believed in the cause of the working class even more than their own strength. I would like to dedicate my article to Stanislaw Brzozowski to demonstrate what a piercing philosopher and a theorist of social thought he was.
