Opis:
In this contribution we shall focus on the project of philosophy for communities carried out at the Liceo “Vasco-Beccaria-Govone” (Mondovì , Italy) within the IX edition (2016) of the CeSPeC Summer School on Futures, imagining the world of tomorrow. Philosophy is understood as a practice, an experience, a creation of concepts, an inquiry, as an exercise of argumentation and research. Thanks to this view, a dialogue has opened up with the pupis of this school. In this contribution we present the perspective of a post-philosophy for children and we understand it as an opportunity for philosophy in itself.

Opis:
Post-war research on Belarusian dialects in Poland using linguistic geography methods was launched in the 1950s by Prof. Antonina Obrębska-Jabłońska and her associates at the Polish-Soviet Institute in Warsaw. Before long, the institute’s Eastern Slavic sections were transferred to the Slavic Studies Unit of the Polish Academy of Sciences, where this work was continued. The main source of information on Eastern Slavic dialects between the Bug and Narew rivers, i.e. in the southern part of the area planned to be included in field studies, was Władysław  Kuraszkiewicz’s article from 1939. In this work the Professor discussed the accentually determined development of Belarusian and Ukrainian diphthongs and the position-dependent depalatalization of consonants as well as mentioning preserved relics of infinitive forms of the it’`ie and peč`ye type, which in a subsequent work he explained as being a relic of the Jatzvingian (Yotvingian) language. The present paper highlights the merits of the distinguished Polish Slavic studies scholar, Professor Władysław Kuraszkiewicz, as a person, researcher and teacher.

Opis:
Croatian Romanticism uses a multitude of Judeo-Christian motifs. Kranjčević’s Moses enters into a direct dialogue with God, who is not only a distant transcendental authority, but also a concrete being who responds to the people’s cries. When Moses indicates dissatisfaction with his people’s slavery, God reciprocates with both words and actions. The objective of this article is to look at thedialogues between man and God in the poem Moses in order to contribute to the research of the theme of communication between man and God in Croatian romantic poetry. The main subject of the poem is Moses, who is culturally more relevant for Judaism than for Christianity; his contribution in the Bible is connected to the struggle and active liberation from slavery. Unlike Christianity, Judaism affirms a revolutionary Messiah. In this poem, Moses is the prototype of a universal man in search of God, whereas communication is a prerequisite for solving individual and collective problems.

Opis:
The painting of Katarina Radojlovic1 , gone too soon as it happens too often in life, carries inherently and by its nature the autobiographical features that do not allow factual interpretations and anecdotal storytelling. Furthermore, the painter’s need to touch the “impersonal” without losing her own identity, however paradoxical it may sound, makes difficult any attempt to classify or rank her artistic opus within the existing courses of the contemporary Serbian art scene. After all, what’s the point of classification since during the process of creating the author was crystal clear about her painting being first and foremost cosa mentale. It is actually a form of searching for her, dealing with loneliness and meaningless in an effort to rediscover the meaning of reality via work of art that will by its own standards seek to establish a relationship between form and function of visual expression. This effort, we would say, is quite clearly to be identified in the last cycles of her artistic opus: Theatre of Shadows, Moonlight Stories and Imprint of a Shadow.

This paper concerns the system of the ‘main’ types of administrative action in the Czech administrative justice, more precisely the qualification of the ‘correct’ type of an action. The boundaries between action types are not always clear, which has consequences for the protection of applicants’ rights in the administrative justice proceedings. The first part of the paper deals with the theoretical level of the problem outlined. The second part deals with some recent changes in Czech case law and proposes possible solutions.

Ignacy Raczyński, the bishop of Poznań from 1794 to 1807 and then the archbishop of Gniezno, ruled the Poznań diocese in a complicated political situation that followed the loss of independence by Poland. The Poznań period of his life and activity has so far been hardly investigated. The author carries out a brief characterization of his rule in this period and publishes six of his letters to Jan Chrzciciel Albertandi, his official for the archdiaconate of Warsaw, formerly the Mazovia part of the Poznań diocese. The letters reveal a number of hitherto unknown details of the relations between the Church and the state in those times. The text also includes the pastoral letter of bishop Raczyński of 1796 to the clergy and faithful of the Poznań   diocese.

Opis:
The article describes the work of the poet from Cracow, the author of short stories, essayist and translator – Ewa Elżbieta Nowakowska. Her poems were situated on the map of Polish literature among the “born in the seventies”, in the strand of “emboldened imagination” poetry, in the background of “Cracow school of poetry”, in a circle of women’s poetry. The main themes of her work: religion, the world of nature, history, culture and were presented by selecting relevant examples of her poems. In the conclusion, it was hypothesized that the varied work of the poet combines with the interest in perception and cognition, for what is available for the sense of sight as well as for what is hidden: transcendence and the mystery of being, expressed in the poet’s works by the broad metaphor of “the eye”.

Opis:
One of the main tasks of the Police is to prevent the committing of criminal offences. Crime prevention is the part of the Police’s activity which aims to reduce the number of crimes and offences committed through preventive and educational programs, aimed particularly at younger people. In the context of crime prevention in the United States of the1960s, the idea of community policing was born. It involves the close cooperation of the Police with members of the local community. Its development began in Poland in the early ‚90s, mainly due to the significant increase in crime, but was very slow. Therefore, compared to Western countries, the idea of community policing, in practical terms, is still in the early stages of development in our country. However, it is already possible to specify numerous examples of its actual occurrence. Community policing requires wise, consistent and constant repetition of actions so that it will have positive effects in the future.
