    In this article the author illustrates an idea of Snoezelen (Multisensory Environments, polish: Sala Doświadczania Świata), while describing its potential for stimulating self-awareness and autonomy of its users. She analyses the main motives of creators of Snoezelen, to expose the influence of their attitudes towards an importance of basic human rights of people with every disability level on contemporary popularity and usefulness of Snoezelen for variety of recipients. She then examines the meaning of each of the main principles of Snoezelen Room, to hightlight a connection between Snoezelen and the development of independence and self-esteem of its users. The conclusion of this analysis, as well as a personal experience of the author in using the Snoezelen method, allowed to frame an idea of the process of gaining individual autonomy in the environment of Snoezelen Room.

    Many problems of contemporary organizations originate in the area of axiology. In management practice, however, the problem of values is often reduced to stimulus-motivation of behavior and does not exceed the paradigm of socio-technical effectiveness. This is why strictly axiological problems are not identified and recognized as axiological but are often referred to in terms of their technical or economic consequences. In result, management practice deals rather with effects than actual causes of experienced problems. From the point of view of methodology of decision-making such state-of-affairs requires intervention. There are at least two ways to recommend changes with respect to such situation. First one, direct way, involves promoting axiological reflection among managers. Second one, the indirect, seeks to stimulate axiological consciousness through management consulting products that are built on essential axiological theory. The following paper focuses on the second of above mentioned ways and discusses particular consulting product called MSE™. On the one hand, the cognitive benefits of application of the MSE™ consist in implementation and validation of theory of integrated humanities in organizational context. Practical benefits, on the other hand, rely on opportunities emerging from MSE™ that allow for diagnosis of intellectual mental infrastructure of contemporary organizations and changes recommendation resulting therefrom.

    Článek se zabývá významy a lexikografickým zpracováním výrazů označujících náboženské, zejména křesťanské obřady. Postupně jsou zde zkoumána substantiva obřad, bohoslužba, mše a liturgie, a to zejména z hlediska sémantického a lexikografického. Pozornost je věnována rozdílům v užívání těchto výrazů, protože i když všechny v některém ze svých významů mohou označovat bohoslužebný obřad, nejsou vždy volně zaměnitelné.
    The article deals with the meanings and lexicographical treatment of expressions denoting religious, particularly Christian ceremonies, in Czech. In the article, the nouns obřad ‘ceremony’, bohoslužba ‘(church) service’, mše ‘Mass’ and liturgie 'liturgy' are examined, with particular attention to their respective semantic and lexicographic features. Attention is paid to the differences in usage of these terms, because although each of them can refer to a liturgical ceremony, they are nonetheless not always freely interchangeable.
