New technologies, as autonomous vehicles are, disrupt the way people exist, and con-sequently with human rights. Research devoted to artificial intelligence and robotics moves freely and the destination, for the time being, is unknown. This is the reason why special attention should be paid to the ethics of these branches of computer science in order to prevent the creation of a crisis point, when human beings are no longer neces-sary.. The aim of this paper is to examine whether such development is a new challenge to human rights law and what happens when an autonomous vehicle drives an autono-mous human being. The paper also mentions the desirable level of human control over the machine so that human dignity, from which human rights originate, is preserved.

W artykule autorka analizuje wizerunek Wołodymyra Zełenskiego w prowadzonych przez niego mediach społecznościowych (social mediach) w pierwszym miesiącu od agresji Rosji na Ukrainę. Wskazuje w jaki sposób uległ on zmianie, podaje przyczynę tych modyfikacji oraz określa sposoby kreowania wizerunku prezydenta Ukrainy. Odnosząc się do analizy zawartości treści poszczególnych wystąpień Wołodymyra Zełenskiego przy uwzględnieniu głosów polskich ekspertów obrazuje elementy mające wpływ na kształtowanie jego marki osobistej (personal branding).
In the article, the author analyzes the image of Volodymyr Zelensky in his social media in the first month after Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. It indicates how it has changed, gives the reasons for these modifications and defines the ways of creating the image of the President of Ukraine. Referring to the content analysis of the individual speeches of Volodymyr Zelensky, taking into account the opinions of Polish experts, it illustrates the elements influencing the formation of his personal brand.

The article discusses possessive adjectives in Polish (derived from nouns and used to mark possession), their structure and functional scope as well as diachrony, and contrasts them with similar formations in Swedish. Adjectives derived from names and surnames are a marginal phenomenon in the Scandinavian languages and as such absent from most grammatical descriptions; their scope of use is limited. However, a comparison with Polish allows a new perspective on these adjectives in Polish as an alternative possessiva structure. The analysis is based on corpora search of Polish and Swedish texts.

The definite article in the Modern Nordic languages is a suffix, etymologically related to a demonstrative. The form is not attested in runic inscriptions, the oldest linguistic sources, but first appears in Icelandic sagas as well as in Swedish and Danish legal codices from 13th century onwards. However, in these texts it does not appear with the same regularity as in modern languages.The Old Swedish form constitutes an intermediate form between a demonstrative, from which it is derived, and the article it has become in Modern Swedish. In the oldest texts it appears in contexts where demonstratives can only be found sporadically and its form suggests it no longer is a demonstrative. At the same time it is not yet obligatory.The aim of this paper is to show the grammaticalization of the definite article as a gradual, dynamic process, involving changes in the form and functional scope of the grammaticalizing item and to consider the properties of the Old Swedish form -in, derived from the distal demonstrative hin ‘that’.

Swedish EU-access in January 1995 triggered off a widespread linguistic debate on the futurę of the Swedish language in the united Europe. Despite its status as one of the Union's offcial languages, Swedish is often referred to as a minority language threatened by English. The debate mentions current language policies of the E U , linguistic and non-linguistic aspects of the influence of one language on another and presents a number of solutions strengthening the status of the weaker language. Both the arguments and proposals can be interesting as new accessions are awaited and the debatę on Europeanisation is present even in the Polish linguistics.

Artykuł został poświęcony analizie terminów politycznych derywowanych od antroponimów funkcjonujących w języku dyskursu publicystycznego. Aktualność tematu jest dostrzegalna w potrzebie ciągłego badania języka mediów masowych — środki komunikacji masowej są aktualizatorami nowych trendów językowych, tym samym sprzyjając wzbogacaniu zasobu leksykalnego użytkowników danego języka. Celem badania jest scharakteryzowanie najbardziej produktywnych modeli słowotwórczych używanych w dyskursie publicystycznym. W artykule został przeanalizowany materiał faktologiczny ze słownika Словотворчість незалежної України 1991–2011 A. Neluby. Materiał badawczy został uzupełniony terminami zebranymi przez autorkę artykułu z wydań elektronicznych prasy ukraińskiej ostatnich lat. Analiza zebranego materiału pozwoliła dojść do wniosku, że najbardziej produktywnymi sposobami tworzenia neologizmów są te, które polegają na dodaniu prefiksu lub sufiksu do wyrazu podstawowego oraz tworzenie złożeń.
This paper presents the analysis of political terms derived from anthroponyms used in the mass media discourse. The topicality of the paper consists in the need to explore the language of mass media — new linguistic trends are disseminated through mass communication, thus stimulating the development of the vocabulary of users of a given language. The analysis aims at distinguishing and defining the most productive models of word formation used in the mass media discourse. The empirical material examined in the article is based on the dictionary Slovotvorchist nezalezhnoi Ukrainy. 1991–2011 compiled by A. Nelyuba. It was supplemented by terms found by the author of the article in digital issues of the Ukrainian press of recent years. The investigation submitted leads to the conclusion that the most productive models of creating neologisms are adding prefixes or suffixes to root words or compounding.

Badania obejmujące analizy ilościowe i jakościowe zostały przeprowadzone na obszarze śródmieścia Poznania, który został wybrany jako przykład studialny. Przedstawiona metoda badawcza ma na celu wyznaczenie potencjalnych lokalizacji działań przestrzennych realizowanych w skali urbanistycnej i architektonicznej, które pozytywnie wpłynąna jakość wizualną, na podwyższenie poziomu atrakcyjności przestrzenno-społecznej oraz ożywienie danej przestrzeni poprzez implementację funkcji i form kulturotwórczych i kreatywnych.
The paper focuses on the questions of using a creative potential to revive and transform often degraded and depreciated city centers. The idea was the identification and classification of urban spaces intended for creative functions implementation. Poznań was chosen as a case study city, for which there was carried out research in the area of the downtown, including quantitative and qualitative analysis. The presented research method aims at identification of potential locations for spatial activities carried out in urban and architectural scale.

The aim of this article is to present the idea of divinity of power on an example of the medieval service, dedicated to the Serbian despotess Angelina Branković. The image of a ruler and a concept of power presented in the text are based on the perception of Angelina as a participant and a heiress of the sacred tradition of Branković dynasty. The service has played an important role in the creation and strengthening of the ruler image in the spiritual culture of the Orthodox Serbs. In addition to strictly liturgical function, it also served as a way of transmission of the elementary set of national religious and political ideas. Hymnography dedicated to St. Angelina was a response to the social and religious needs to canonize the native saints who certify God’s care for Serbia in the period of slavery, strengthen the national spirit, contribute to stabilizing the situation in the country.

Celem pracy jest wskazanie powiązań i zależności istniejących pomiędzy ekonomią a prawem na przykładzie ekonomicznej analizy prawa konstytucyjnego. Autorka koncentruje się na kwestiach związanych z funkcjonowaniem i strukturą organów władzy państwowej w sensie ekonomicznym oraz bada również pod względem relacji ekonomia – prawo, ustrój kraju oraz prawa i wolności wynikające z konstytucji. Ponadto wyjaśnia, że nie bez znaczenia są związki istniejące pomiędzy określonymi regulacjami a rozwojem gospodarczym państwa i jego dynamiką. Ekonomiczne następstwa zjawisk prawnych stanowią bowiem odzwierciedlenie ustanowionych, a później stosowanych przez kompetentne organy państwowe przepisów prawa, które mają istotny wpływ na procesy gospodarcze. Prawo zatem traktowane jako dobro publiczne określa pozycję ekonomiczną danego państwa. Przyjęte metody badawcze obejmują komparatystyczną analizę tekstów podstawowych aktów prawnych z wykorzystaniem literatury przedmiotu.
The aim of this thesis is to point out connections and relationships existing between the economy and the law on the example of the economic analysis of the constitutional law. The author concentrates on issues connected with the functioning and the structure of state authorities within economic terms, and also examines regime of the country and the rights and freedoms arising from the Constitution within economics-law relationship.. Moreover, it is explained that the relationships between particular regulations and economic development of the state and its dynamics are not irrelevant. The economic consequences of legal phenomena reflect established provisions of law having significant impact on economic processes which are then applied by the competent public authorities. Therefore, the law treated as a public welfare determines the economic position of the country concerned. Research methods contain a comparative analysis of contents of fundamental legal acts together with the publications in this field.

The problem of reconciling work and family life has always been the women’s problem. They often gave up work, stayed home on maternity leave or found only part-time employment. Is there a place for men in the feminised private sphere? Stereotypes that lock women at home and push men out of home cause damage to both groups. As the available data and results of earlier analyses show that men, at least officially, do have the same opportunities as women to take advantage of, for example: the availability of flexible forms of employment, but still very few of them do that. For this reason, men are still more likely to be seen as breadwinners than carers. The situation is exacerbated by the fact that in most cases fatherhood in the workplace is not to be openly demonstrated. Employers assume that the family life of workers (men) should not interfere with their work in the company.
Problem godzenia życia zawodowego z rodzinnym od zawsze był problemem kobiet. To one częściej rezygnowały z pracy, korzystały z bezpłatnych urlopów wychowawczych lub ograniczały swoją pracę zawodową. Czy w tej sfeminizowanej sferze prywatnej jest miejsce dla mężczyzn? Stereotypy, które zamykają kobiety w domu, wypychają z niego mężczyzn – czyniąc szkodę zarówno jednym, jak i drugim. Dostępne dane i analizy pokazują, że mężczyźni mają formalnie takie same jak kobiety możliwości wejścia do sfery prywatnej (o czym świadczy np. dostępność elastycznych form zatrudnienia), ale w dalszym ciągu niewielu z nich to robi. Z tego powodu mężczyzna wciąż częściej jest postrzegany jako żywiciel rodziny (breadwinner) niż rodzic-opiekun (carer). Sytuację pogarsza jeszcze fakt, że w większości przypadków ojcostwo w miejscu pracy jest niewidoczne. Pracodawcy zakładają, że życie rodzinne pracowników (mężczyzn) nie powinno w żaden sposób zakłócać przebiegu pracy w firmie.

W niniejszym opracowaniu dokonano analizy opłaty produktowej ponoszonej w przypadku niezapewnienia wymaganego poziomu zbierania zużytych baterii i zużytych akumulatorów przenośnych. Ponadto podjęto próbę zdefiniowania terminu „opłata produktowa”. W opracowaniu przedstawione zostały także cechy tej opłaty oraz jej rola jako rodzaju opłaty ekologicznej. Podstawową metodą badawczą jest metoda analityczna uzupełniona przez metodę dogmatyczno-egzegetyczną. Analizie poddano przede wszystkim poglądy wyrażone w literaturze przedmiotu. Ponadto odwołano się do wykładni przepisów ustawy z dnia 24 kwietnia 2009 r. o bateriach i akumulatorach. Źródłem danych empirycznych były raporty o funkcjonowaniu gospodarki bateriami i akumulatorami oraz zużytymi akumulatorami sporządzone przez Głównego Inspektora Ochrony Środowiska za lata 2010-2014. W opracowaniu uwzględniono stan prawny na dzień 31 marca 2016 r.
The following paper analyzes the product fee incurred in case of not providing sufficient amount of collected waste batteries and waste portable rechargeable batteries. Moreover, the term “product fee” is also defined, as well as its features and function as a type of an environmental fee. The analytical method has been used as the primary research method, which has been supported by dogmatic and exegetical method. Mainly, the standpoints presented in the literature have been analyzed, and a reference has been also made to the interpretation of the Act of September 24, 2009 on batteries and rechargeable batteries. The main source of empirical data are the reports on the functioning of batteries and rechargeable batteries management and waste rechargeable batteries drawn up by the Chief Inspector for Environmental Protection for the years 2010-2014. The study takes into account the legal status as of March 31, 2016.
