    Artykuł stawia pytanie o możliwość postantropocentrycznej lektury wierszy Joanny Pollakówny. Poetka, doktor historii sztuki, zakorzeniona w kulturze europejskiej i myśli chrześcijańskiej (św. Augustyn, św. Jan od Krzyża, Pascal), wydaje się bliska tradycyjnym wartościom humanizmu (humanizmów). Podejmując tematy bólu i cierpienia, przymierza do nich sensy religijne i filozoficzne, wraz z wpisaną w nie, tak głęboko, że niekiedy trudną do dostrzeżenia, perspektywą antropocentryczną. Równocześnie, w swojej twórczości, poszukuje relacji i bliskości z istotami nie-ludzkimi – dostrzegając równość wszystkich bytów wobec kolei biologicznego życia (zoe). W tekście przedstawiam wybrane wiersze Pollakówny, reprezentatywne dla jej pisarstwa i zawartych w nim refleksji o zwierzętach. Zarysowuję w ten sposób dwa kierunki rozważań poetki o istotach nie-ludzkich – dążenie ku relacji i zachwyt ich niemożliwą do oswojenia naturą.
    The article questions the post-anthropocentric ability of Joanna Pollakówna’s poems. Poet, Ph.D holder in history of art, rooted in the European culture and Christian thought (St. Augustine, St. John of the Cross, Pascal), seems to be close to the traditional values of humanism (humanisms). She takes up themes of pain and suffering, adds religious and philosophical meanings along with anthropocentric perspective inscribed so deeply into them that it is sometimes barely visible. At one time, in her work, she is looking for relationship and intimacy with non-human beings – at other times recognizing the equality of all beings towards the biological life (zoe). In the following text I present the selected Pollakówna’s poems representing her writing and containing reflections about animals. In this way, I try to outline the poet’s two directions of considerations of non-human beings – striving towards relationships and the delight of their impossible to tame nature.

    The article presents reflections on the bill on the protection of the rights of a purchaser of residential premises or a single-family house and on the Developer Guarantee Fund, Parliamentary printed matter no. 985. According to the bill drafter, the proposed changes are a response to “bankruptcies of property developer businesses and related financial losses of those who have purchased residential premises or houses through these businesses”. A number of provisions of the Act, the structure of which remains unclear, give rise to numerous interpretation disputes and significantly undermine the certainty of legal dealings. Firstly, there is no regulation regarding the supervision of the developer guarantee fund and its legal status. The regulation regarding the developer guarantee fund is scarce compared to that of the Bank Guarantee Fund, thus leaving significant room for abuse. Secondly, the bill is significantly defective in its lacking any method for calculating the contribution depending on the level of risk of a given developer going bankrupt. All entities are to be subject to the same contribution.

    W zbiorach rękopisów średniowiecznych Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej w Poznaniu zidentyfikowano w 2008 roku pergaminowy dokument papieża Innocentego VII z 1404 roku, adresowany do arcybiskupa Pragi i odnoszący się do przywilejów kościelnych opactwa cystersów w Pomuku (Nepomuku) w Czechach. To obecnie najstarszy dokument (sensu stricto) w zbiorach Biblioteki. Stan jego zacho wania wskazuje, że został wykorzystany wtórnie przez nieznaną introligatornię jako obleczenie drewnianej okładki kodeksu, być może również cysterskiego. List Innocentego VII typu littera exsecutoria (tj. zawierający papieskie polecenie – mandatum) ma szczególną wartość źródłową jako jeden z nielicznych ocalałych dokumentów z archiwum klasztoru w Pomuku, zniszczonego i rozproszonego w okresie wojen husyckich w Czechach. Artykuł zawiera edycję łacińską omawianego dokumentu.
    A rare document from 1404 issued by Pope Innocent VII was found in the manuscript collection of Poznań University Library in 2008. The document, written on parchment, is addressed to Archbishop of Prague and refers to some ecclesiastical privileges for the Cistercian abbey at Nepomuk in Bohemia. Strictly speaking this is the oldest document that is currently held in the collections of the library. The state of its preservation shows that the document has been reused by an unknown bindery as a wrapping for the wooden binding of a codex, possibly of Cistercian provenance. The manuscript of the type littera exsecutoria (i.e. one that includes a papal instruction – mandatum) has a particular source value as one of the few preserved documents from the archives of the monastery at Nepomuk that was almost entirely destroyed and then dispersed at the time of the Hussite wars in Bohemia. The present article is supplemented with a Latin edition of the document.

    Artykuł jest prezentacją wyników wstępnej kwerendy w Bibliotece Uniwersyteckiej w Uppsali, przeprowadzonej 14–18 maja 2012 roku. Jej celem był ogólny przegląd najstarszej części księgozbioru pod kątem znajdujących się w nim rękopisów i starych druków zrabowanych w 1656 roku z bibliotek poznańskich jezuitów, bernardynów i dominikanów. W części wstępnej artykułu przedstawione zostały szwedzkie grabieże księgozbiorów w XVII wieku, starania rewindykacyjne Rzeczypospolitej oraz badania naukowe nad polskimi księgozbiorami w Szwecji prowadzone od XIX wieku. Podstawę źródłową kwerendy stanowiły przechowywane w archiwum Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej w Uppsali niepublikowane notatki bibliograficzne Józefa Trypućki (1910–1983), językoznawcy i bibliografa szwedzkich poloników, wieloletniego profesora Uniwersytetu w Uppsali. Materiał ten – efekt kwerendy Trypućki w zasobach Carolina Rediviva – zawiera cenne informacje dotyczące starych druków i rękopisów proweniencji poznańskiej. Zbiory wielkopolskie znajdujące się w Uppsali nie doczekały się dotąd szczegółowych badań. Niniejszy artykuł jest próbą nakreślenia kierunku i metod dalszych badań.
    The present article aims at presenting a concise overview of the results of an initial search query and investigation carried out at the University Library in Uppsala between May 14–18, 2012. Its main goal was to get acquainted with the oldest part the library’s book collection in view of manuscripts and old books that came into possession of the library as spoils of war after they had been looted in Poznań-based libraries of the Jesuits, the Bernardines and the Dominicans in 1656. The introductory part of the article provides an outline of the history of the lootings by the Swedish armies of book collections in the seventeenth century, attempts at the restitution of the materials by the authorities of the Republic of Poland and the research on the Polish book collections currently held in Sweden that has been going on since the nineteenth century. The source base for the query was the unpublished bibliographical notes written by the Polish linguist, bibliographer of the material concerning Poland or Polish affairs kept in Sweden, and a long-term professor of the Uppsala University, Józef Trypućko (1910–1983) currently held in the archive material of the University Library in Poznań. The above material, the result of Trypućko’s investigations on the resources of Carolina Rediviva, contains valuable information concerning old prints and manuscripts of Poznań provenience. Regrettably, the collections from Greater Poland that are currently held in Uppsala have not been yet properly researched and no all-inclusive study has been published. The present article attempts to provide tentative directions in future studies on the subject along with appropriate relevant methodology.
