Opis:

For the purposes of this study, verdicts that were of particular importance for the acquis of EU antitrust law have been selected and which, due to the Brexit procedure initiated in the EU at the same time, underline the importance of UK entrepreneurs in the development of EU competition policy.

Opis:
The case of the English ski instructor Simon Butler working in France is the best example of the malfunctioning of the professional-qualifications recognition system in Europe. The practice of European and national administration as well as the jurisprudence of the CJEU and French courts shows how important and complex the subject of qualification recognition is. A review of administrative practices and an analysis of case law show the positive and negative sides of the EU's qualification recognition system. The European Commission is carrying out numerous activities aimed at improving said system. The latest solutions make the idea of qualification without borders a reality. The most important task is to examine the changes and legislative proposals of the European Union, analyse the case of Simon Butler and present proposals for changes against the background of activities undertaken throughout the Union. They should be realised through legal research methods and non-reactive social methods.

Opis:
The concept of public policy in Polish literature is a relatively new issue. Funds are one (but not only) of the instruments of implementation of public policies in the EU. In the classical meaning of public policy consists of a sequence of separate activities which should include identification ofproblems, the definition of principles and policy objectives, an indication of the instruments and resources needed to achieve set targets and assess their validity. The aim of this paper is to show how European Union funds affect the implementation of EU public policies in Poland and what are the implications.

Opis:
The subject discussed in the thesis is the formation of a new social class, called precariat. The author of this expression – Guy Standing – in his ground-breaking book, entitled The Precariat: The New Dangerous Class, claims that the new group should be considered as a social class. Is it true? Having investigated the European labour market and having carefully analysed the trends set after the fi nancial crisis of 2007/2008, the thesis depicts the reasons for current unstable situation and argues for the point of view of Standing.

Opis:
The main aim of this paper is to reconstruct all new legal components of the legal term „financial stability” and to underline its multilevel understanding and possible meanings of that term, which should framed the new Financial Stability Safety Net in the new supervisory architecture of the EU, where the financial stability is considered as a prerequisite of creation and market law application. The main thesis of this paper is assertion that the financial stability is multielement, multilevel and multifunctional term, which could and should be refered to both, the EU and domestic level as a whole, to financial institutions and supervisors and also to the clients of the financial market. This shows the opinion, that the legal term „financial stability” is to fulfil as a result of the balance, compromise andaccomplishment of the financial market participants legal interests.
