- This article attempts at analysing the current and drafted legal regulations concerning court executive officers and execution as well as the civil procedure as regards the court executive officers’ legal status. Allowance is made for their hybrid position in the system: on the one hand, they perform public authorities’ functions; on the other hand, they conduct activities in a self-employed capacity, based on full business risk related e.g. to the high personnel and material costs.
