Opis:
The authors deal with an extension and modification of construction kits in order to create a simple tool for assessing the level of creativity according to the products made by pupils. The article describes a modified construction set – a creative set, divided into system and non-system parts. In the context of the product design, the use of non-system parts indicates the pupil‟s creativity performance. The creative set was tested out on a sample of 62 elementary school pupils. Subsequently, the authors put the products to analyse.

Rozwijanie twórczej aktywności uczniów jest koniecznością współczesnych czasów. Rozwój ten w dużej mierze uzależniony jest od sposobu pracy nauczyciela. Aby rozwijać twórczą aktywność, nauczyciel powinien proponować uczniom różnorodne zadania techniczne, wymagające początkowo naśladownictwa, kierowane bieżącym instruktażem, po zadania wymagające samodzielności i twórczości.
Developing creative activity of students is a necessity of modern times. The development of students’ creative activity largely depends on how the teacher. To develop creative activity the teacher should offer students a variety of technical tasks requiring first aid, targeting the current instruction, the tasks requiring self-reliance and creativity.

Technical education allows teachers to provide a wide range of possibilities for the application of creative elements. These elements further develop students' creative and intellectual attitudes in their approach to solving problems inside and outside the classroom. In order for this method of teaching to be successful, the education system must be redesigned to support and strengthen this educational objective.
Kształcenie techniczne umoŜliwia wprowadzenie przez nauczycieli szerokiego zakresu działań twórczych do procesów dydaktycznych. Podejmowane działania metodyczne nastawione na rozwój twórczy dzieci i młodzieŜy wpływają równieŜ na rozwój intelektualny oraz postawy w podejściu do rozwiązywania problemów w przyszłości poza szkołą. Aby metody nauczania stymulujące rozwój postaw twórczych odniosły sukces, system edukacji musi być tak zaprojektowany, aby szeroko wspierał i wzmacniał kreatywnośc uczniów jako podstawowy cel edukacyjny.

A work with the modelling material is incorporated in the framework education programme even for the nursery school and also for primary schools. The modelling material is incorporated there for the purpose of the output (managing the hand and eye coordination, managing the fine motor skills). The character of the material, incorporation of a working process, aids and tools for modelling is important in the primary school. Thanks to the characters of the modelling masses (material, variety of colours/colouring) are all these outputs fully supported. We deal with different types of modelling doughs and with their possibilities of the use in primary schools and with creativity testing of children.

The condition for the success of the sessions carried out in i-Lab (innovation laboratory) is to create free and unfettered atmosphere, inspiring to invent the greatest number of ideas. For this purpose, innovation laboratory uses brainstorming method of collaborative search for solutions. Each participant of the session can anonymously report a lot of the strangest ideas that are not immediately evaluated by others. Deferred evaluation is to encourage everyone to freely and un-conventional thinking.

V práci vysokoškolského pedagoga zaujímá významné místo tvořivost a očekává se, že ji bude umět využívatjak při odborných badatelských aktivitách, tak při vykonávání dalších nepedagogických i pedagogických činností. Vysokoškolský učitel tedy potřebuje k optimálnímu výkonu své profese kromě své odbornosti také pedagogické kompetence a kompetenci k tvořivosti. Skutečnost je však mnohem komplikovanější. Po učitelích jsou současně vyžadovány činnosti, které jsou rutinní, neatraktivní, čistě formální a tvořivost ubíjející, zapříčiňující úbytek energie, stres, apatii a blokaci tvůrčího myšlení. Učitel je pak nucen k aktivaci tvořivosti vynaložit mnohem více sil s ne vždy pozitivním výsledkem. Položili jsme si proto následující otázky: Dá se učitelům v tvůrčím snažení pomoci? Je možno je k tvořivému úsilí motivovat? K realizaci edukace, které měla podpořit jejich tvořivost, jsme využili kurz „Inženýrská pedagogika“, který vysokoškolští učitelé absolvují na Vysoké škole báňské-Technické univerzitě Ostrava s cílem získat nebo si prohloubit pedagogické kompetence.
In the work of a university teacher occupies creativity a significant place and is expected that teacher will be able to use it both in professional research activities and in performing other nonpedagogical and pedagogical activities. For example, a college teacher needs for optimal performance of his/her profession in addition to his expertise pedagogical competencies and competences for creativity. However, the reality is much more complicated. Teachers are at the same time required activities that are routine, unattractive, purely formal, and creativity throbbing, causing energy loss, stress, apathy, and blocking creative thinking. The teacher is then forced to activate creativity to make much more effort with not always a positive result. We therefore asked the following questions: Does the teacher help to be creative? Is it possible to motivate them to make creative efforts? To implement education that was supposed to encourage their creativity, we used the “Engineering Pedagogy” course, which the university teachers under take at the Vysoké škole báňské – Technické univerzitě Ostrava in order to gain or deepen pedagogical competencies.

The proposed research is focused on and maps the various methods of communication of students who study master teaching courses at Faculty of Education (or existing elementary and secondary teachers) in the pedagogical practice. The experience with the project will lead to improve the preparation of future teachers (student) and improve approach of the preparing teachers. Present educational system imposes high requirements on teachers of all levels. Personality development is marginalized in teacher training, mainly the development of creative abilities and skills to solve conceptual matters and dynamic changes in the educational process. One of the ways of improvement the personality and professional development is to include the case study method. Case study method of didactic situations is a modern procedure of effective development of professional abilities in future teachers.

The authors introduce a realistic concept of innovation in teaching technical subjects at primary schools with regard to sustainable development of industrial society. The concept is based on the published results of an institutional survey carried within six organizations which are concerned with teaching the educational area of Man and the World of Work and preparing teachers for the area. The survey was conducted as a part of the project Erasmus +Activity 1, action strategic partnerships for school education no. 2015-1-SK01-KA201-008942 and as a training of the institute of informal way of teaching at Techmania Technology Center. The innovation is seen especially in interdisciplinary connections between subjects, implementation of new modern technologies in teaching and support of informal education.

Technické vzdelávanie vychádza z každodenných potrieb človeka pri jeho aktívnej účasti na živote spoločnosti, či už na tvorbe spoločenských hodnôt alebo pri uspokojovaní osobných ambícií a záujmov. Autori príspevku zdôrazňujú význam a dôležitosť technického vzdelávania vo vzťahu k všeobecnému vzdelaniu každého jednotlivca. Poukazujú na úlohu základnej školy pri nadobúdaní technickej gramotnosti populácie a na nezastupiteľnosť technického predmetu v štátnom vzdelávacom systéme. Opodstatnenosť technického vzdelávania populácie je dokladovaná na príkladoch vzdelávacích systémov v Japonsku, USA a Nemecku.
Technology education results from everyday needs of man by his active participation in the life of society either in creating social values or in satisfying his personal ambitions and interests. The authors of the paper emphasize the importance of technology education in connection with general education of an individual. They point at the role of elementary school while gaining technology literacy of population as well as at irreplaceability of technology subjects in the state educational system.
